The plate that Sapphire brought out for Echo to enjoy included a couple of the tentacles and a selection of both marinara sauce and wasabi. Echo picked up one of the pieces of calamari, causing Veronica to ask, “Are you actually going to eat that? Even after what happened?” If she had arms, she would have had pointed out to the fact that Echo now had four massive breasts with large teats that were dripping milk.
Echo's stomach growled again, “Yeah… I’m starving.” Echo dipped the piece of calamari into the marinara sauce.
“But it’s so squishy looking! And slimy!” Veronica said as Echo brought the golden brown loop of squid up to her mouth. Trepidatiously, she put the piece of squid into her mouth, chewing down on it. The piece of calamari was strangely chewy, but had a surprisingly alluring taste.
“*Mmmm*” Echo said in between bites, “This is really good!” Echo grabbed another piece, and then another, and then another. She continued voraciously devouring the rest of the calamari (and the marinara and wasabi sauce as well). She enjoyed it so much, that even after she had finished the meal proper, she went back and licked the plate clean.
“So? It was that good?” Spencer asked, eyeing Echo and waiting for any strange transformation to begin.
“It was beyond delicious! Besides, I’m more than full enough now that we can walk over to medical tent,” Echo said, standing up from the table.
“Do you really think it’s a good idea to be walking when you’re probably going to transform?”
“I’m sure it will be f-“
Of course, Echo didn’t get the chance to finish that thought, as her leg bent at an awkward angle as she stepped away from her seat. As she hit the ground, once again the shock from landing hard on the ground sent Echo’s head rolling off of her hand neck.
Looking at Echo’s leg, it had definitely bent at an awkward angle, her knee impossibly bent in the other direction. As Echo tried to move the leg, it seemed to move in a wave, her foot moving first and the rest of her leg adjusting to its new position. She couldn’t see it because it was covered by her pants, but the crease of her knee completely disappeared. Similarly the bones in her feet began to disappear, her toes merging together to a fine point, causing her sneakers and socks to easily slip off.
Just as it seemed the transformation had died down and her legs had completely transformed into tentacles, The same bubbling sensation as earlier began to occur around her hips. This bubbling was much more intense than the ones that had occurred on her chest. Violently a pale tentacle burst out of Echo’s jeans, followed by another. This happened again and again until she had ten tentacles, all matching her skin tone and under her control, and her pants were completely shredded.
“Oh my God! Echo!” Veronica shouted rushing to Echo’s body.
“Not again,” Spencer said, already wheeling his wheelchair towards where Echo’s head had rolled off to. Echo shakily sat up, her arms grabbing one of the tentacles, which were shockingly slimy and dexterous.
“Ugh… That was an experience,” Echo said as Spencer brought her head back to her body.
“Yeah, but really, what did you expect eating the food after it transformed you from a simple glass of milk?” Veronica said, again wishing that she hand for gesturing purposes.
“Hey, no regrets, that calamari was delicious,” Echo said, her head now once again safely in its perch on her neck hand, “and besides, we should probably be heading out to the medical tent anyway.” Echo made a move to try to stand up, but only managed to tie up her tentacles slightly. “Um… A little help?”
Eventually, after some untangling and false starts, the trio began to awkwardly shuffle towards the medical tent. Echo trying to get used to walking on her tentacles by supporting herself on Spencer and Veronica's wheelchair.
