It had been about a week since Jenny had last been to the room in the basement. She had somehow managed to grind Lex down, with the idea that she wanted to get a maid bot to help with cleaning their new huge house. With their old house being up for sale, and a potential buyer interested, Lex couldn’t really say no. But it kind of made sense to him, as it would be far cheaper in the long run, than hiring a cleaning company to come once a week to clean their new home.

Jenny had been looking online at the types of maid bots over the last week and had narrowed it down to a couple that she thought would be good for cleaning the house, but also would be potentially capable for the other things she had in mind.

That evening Jenny and Lex went about ordering the maid bot, they went with a standard looking maid bot, it had a Matt silver finish with shiny black detailing and also came with 7 various styled maid outfits, with matching heels of varying lengths, matching head wear and gloves.

With all of that included, the whole cost was £15k, plus an additional £5k for the house control system, which also included installation. Which they both thought was an absolute bargain!.

Jenny reminded Lex that the maid bot was an investment and would pay for itself over time. Considering that they had decided to keep Jenny’s grandmothers home as their main home and use the money made from their house that had just recently been sold, on improving the house and having a few little extra nice things. Plus it was also nice having a bit of financial security, with some savings in their joint bank account.
