It is incredibly effective at getting rid of dirt and bacteria, and it's a great source of heat if you happen to be a cold-blooded creature. Also, the rapid heating and cooling of the scales is a great way to strengthen them, making them almost as tough as obsidian. The only bad thing about lava is when it gets in your eyes. If you get lava in your eyes, you're gonna have a bad time. <br /><br /><br />By the way, I don't know how to draw rocks, but I'd imagine it's something like this.
