I commissioned this picture for An Unexpected Bid, a TF story I wrote back in 2018. It happened to be around Halloween at the time, so I added that to the theme at the last minute. I chose to put in Lilly's dulahan. However the character is largely undeveloped, not even having a name yet. Granted she doesn't have any speaking given she doesn't have a head. The name of the image comes from what Vorona called Celty in Durarara!! when she tried to decapitate the Headless Rider. I added the Jack-O-Lantern for esthetics, given the last act of the story takes place on Halloween.

I largely invented her to be part of Lilly's menagerie of monster girls. In all likelihood, she is one of Lilly's bounty hunters. Her scythe transforms, extending one wing into a curved blade, and the pole would be telescoping. It's enchanted to turn who ever it cuts into a mannequin, turning body parts into plastic so there is no risk of bleeding out. When Lilly sends her bounty hunters after someone she typically wants them alive. Thanks to a magic ring she can conjure more Jack-O-Lanterns and use them as projectiles.

An Unexpected BidFinnea slipped on her sweatpants and tank top in the morning. She hadn't showered yet, there would be time for that later. She put on her fit-bit and stroked her round ear, a tic of hers. She put on her choker before leaving the college dorm room.
As she often did, she started her day with a run to the park. She enjoyed the fresh air and it felt good to get out of the city. Well, as much as the park was out of the city. She still wasn't used to so many large buildings and missed the abundance of trees.
It had rained last night and not many people were out this morning, but she didn't mind. She went down her normal path and glanced at the leaves as they changed color.
After the first mile, Finnea saw a pair of men jogging towards her on the path. She moved to the side to make room for them to pass.
However, they had other plans. Once they were close, one of them shoved his arm out to grab her across the chest. The other reached for her arms. She slipped a hand free from his grasp and pu
