Deana Williams the mechromancer has finished her partnership with Vivian Darkmoor. While the two have parted ways, Deana is continuing her mission of developing whatever new idea passes through her head. Then one day, she is given an offer she never would have expected, but is it all it seems?

has been borrowing Trivium as a setting for his comic, Getting into Character, as well as a few of my characters. He had offered me the chance to use his mechromancer character, Deana. I think maybe some others, it's been a while. I had been bouncing around a few ideas and the other week we came up with an ending to her introduction story. I had already came up with a number of ideas for it, so I quickly got to work at it. This is technically a one-shot, but I may visit Minerva Academy again and I already have plans to use Deana as a supporting character in Tower Raid, which is something I haven't started writing yet since I'm still fine-tuning it. I will likely use her when ever her type of magic comes up.

To the best of my knowledge, she first appears in The Stand: Origins, with Mary showing up a bit later.
