The Storm Foxes are a treasure hunter guild. Its members brave the wilds and ruins of Trivium in search of riches. Some hunt alone, while others hunt in pairs. Still others form small teams with in the guild.
Dierk the beast tamer leads Andraxia, Jokribelle, Kristal, and Samira, along with part-time member Rhann and newcomer Louis on the hunt of the treasure of the long dead alchemist Paora in his labyrinth below the decimated village of Caltamo. While the team is skilled in both combat and dungeon crawling, they soon find they are not alone.
This is a story I was planning on writing for a while. I got the basic idea for Nova when reading D.Gray-Man, which I picked back up a few months ago. I also got some other ideas from the manga "Why Not Be My Dog" and the game Breath of the Wild. Not long before starting on this story, I started working on the puzzles in the desert area.
Timelinewise, it takes place a few years before the events of A Slave to the Omnisuit or All that Glitters.
