This is a picture of 
character Sheila being transported in prison bondage. The original line art was done by 
as part of his Patreon rewards. then asked if anyone wanted to try their hand at coloring her. When I had some free time I decided to take him up on that. I wasn't given any details on what color to make them, so I went with orange for the prison uniforms. Then I started making versions that matched their colorful hair.
