After the city was hit some type of flash a few months ago women found themselves unwilling to wearing clothing. There were some exceptions like clothing worn for safety and sanitation but even though seemed to need to be as sexy as possible for women to wear them and only as long as needed. So most women find themselves like this, wearing high heels to protect their feet and wearing something in their hair if they'd like. And of course the police officer couldn't do her job without her tools so she has those too. Most have gotten used to this.

hosts a live stream on Picarto where he takes commissions. During one of these streams 
had him draw the above picture. I enjoyed the story behind it so on a whim I decided to color it. Not nowing who these women are or what ethnicity they were meant to be. So I made three different hair and skin tones for both of them, as well as two tan line variants for the woman on the right. I then made 15 verations of the above picture to get every combination and let him pick his favorite. This is one of the other versions.For the one he picked look here and the one Dvega picked.
