Description: Delora is Lilly's fifth head slave, having been pushed back when Akiko became the fourth unexpectedly. She is charged with running and protecting Lilly's private island, Phantom Refuge, as well as command of her seafaring slaves.

She has a deal of pride in herself, believing herself worthy of the highest levels in the slave hierarchy, and labored for years to earn the title of head slave. She personally oversaw the renovation and reconstruction of Phantom Refuge after Lilly took ownership of it. Additionally she is charged with growing the second branch of of Lilly's organization and her navy.

Delora also likes to collect art and pearls. Her room has been decorated with whatever pretty things she was able to get her hands on, and has quite the collection of pearls. Gathering and polishing pearls has been a hobby of hers since she was a little girl.

Hydrokinesis is an uncommon power among the nimsine. She is able to control and bend water to her will. She is even able to make it solid without turning it into ice, allowing her to form weapons on the spot. This is aided by her Gem of the Undine, which absorbs, stores, and expels water.

Delora is also trained in basic magic, able to fire attack spells or use healing magic. When using offensive magic, she prefers to use lightning. However, she also uses summoning to attack opponents with kelp, often to bind them.

Delora's collar holds two gems. Rubbing one will cause her wet suit to appear and disappear. The other gem holds her longcoat, which is enchanted to automatically deflect projectiles. However, it causes too much drag underwater so she removes it when she goes swimming.
