Lyra by Dvega (Color) by Master-Geass

Lyra pulled back her string and took aim. Her mana channeled into the weapon. The last wyvern flew towards her at blinding speed. She released the string and the glowing arrow took flight. It struck the beast square in the head. The winged lizard fell to the ground and rolled over. It almost hit her, as it was carried by its own inertia, but she jumped out of the way just in time.

"Good shot." Kanakpriya clapped her hands, sitting on top of another fallen wyvern. It's throat had been cut. "That makes six. There shouldn't be any more."

"Good. That last shot used up almost all of my mana. I will need to rest to recover it. I can't believe I let you talk me into hunting six wyverns, even small ones, with just the two of us." Lyra lowered her bow as she walked over to her new partner.

Lyra was a young elf, only 180 years old. This was her first outing from the woods she called her home. It had been over a year since she left to see the world. As an archer, she wore light leather armor and green fabric. Her skirt was short, so she could better move around when she needed to.

"Hey, you were able to take out three of them before they knew what hit them." Kanakpriya, or Kana as she often went by, on the other hand, was human in her late 20's. She wore dark brown clothes under a black cloak and hood. The only armor she wore was a pair of bracers. "Thanks to my special perfume, they couldn't smell us and took too long to find us."

Unlike Lyra, she had traveled this lands for many years. In that time, she had learned they layout of the local kingdoms and the best routes to take. As a smuggler, she had to keep a low profile.

"But the other three got very close. I can barely smell anything myself." Lyra looked at the nearby bodies. One was laying on it's side with an arrow through its heart and another in its bell. Kana had thrown some kind of powder into its eyes and it thrashed around blindly until it fell. A similar fate had befallen the one the smuggler was sitting on.

"We still got them. That was the hard part. Now we just have to cut them apart. It's all easygoing from here on out." Kana put her mask back on. She had said it was to protect her from spores and stuff. She took out her knife and cut off the left ear of the beast. However, she didn't stop there. She started to skin it, cutting off the larger scales that covered much its body.

Lyra watched the woman work. Dismemberment wasn't her thing, and that's why she needed Kana. She said they could get more then just the kill reward for eliminating the local monsters. The hard scales of wyverns and dragons fetched a large price, as the risk involved with collecting them was greater. However, it would have taken more than just the two of them if they had been after dragons, or even a larger breed of wyverns.

Lyra started to recover her arrows as she watched out for more monsters. After all, they might be lurking nearby or attracted to the smell of blood. These were specially made arrows, very accurate and strong enough to endure her magic. Since the trees they were made from don't grow in this part of the world, she had to be careful not to lose any of them. She put her foot down on the head of her latest kill and pulled it out. She then went for the two in the next one.

Most of the time was taken by Kana cutting off the scales, but Lyra helped out by cleaning some of them. Once that was finished, they walked back to the horse-drawn cart they used to come here.

Suddenly Lyra started to feel hot. Her cheeks turned red and her nipples hardened. Something was very wrong with her. "W-What is happening?" The bow slipped from her hands.

She found herself becoming very wet. Soon, she couldn't help herself and dropped to her knees. She moan as she unbuckled her leather skirt and it fell to the ground. She then pulled her undergarments to the side for some air down below. "D-Don't look, I can't help it!" She cried out as she undid her leather breast piece and the strap over her shoulder. The quiver fell to the ground as well. She let out another moan as she pulled away her green shirt and rubbed her braless breast.

Kana moved behind the woman trapped in her own lust. She couldn't see what she was doing.

"So close. I'm almost there. I can't stop myself." She was seconds away from climax. She opened her mouth to moan and then... nothing.

~~~~~~~~~~~
Kanakpriya Chamak loved gold more than anything else, and would do anything to get it. She looked over her latest victim from behind her gas mask: a voluptuous marble elf in the midst of passion. Her legs were spread. She was down on her knees with them 18" apart. Her left hand was cupping her large breast as her mouth hung open in a near perfect O. Both her nipples stuck out and her hair ran down her back. The clothes were still cloth and leather, but hung loose off her body.
She closed a small bottle on the ground before walking over to the new statue. "You will make a fine decoration. A very expensive decoration, sure, but a fine one nonetheless. It's nothing personal, just business. I would even sell my own sister, so don't feel too bad." She stroked the alabaster cheek.
She always regretted selling her little sister. She had only gotten a few silver pieces for her. Had she known what the going rate was for a woman as lovely as her sister, she could have haggled and gotten at least 10 gold for her. Then again, Kana would have fetched a similar price and the slavers were looking at her in a way that told her to get out of there.
Her sister was the first but certainly not the last woman she sold. She had gotten good at luring people away from their homes and within her grasp. Sometimes she would drug them, and other times she would turn them to stone. There was a good market for petros and in some places, they were easier to sell then flesh and blood slaves.
Unfortunately, turning them into lovely statues came with its own challenges. Getting them in the right pose was hard enough, but she need the right tools to keep them that way.
She looked down at the metal talisman in her hand. It was a disk about 5" wide and half an inch thick. On the front was the carved face of a gorgon. A moment ago, it was lukewarm and its eyes had a dim glow. Now, it was cool to the touch and the eyes were black. She had used up the last of its stored mana to turn the elf to stone. "Time to get a new one." Just a moment ago, she had watched the green energy shoot from the metal disk and strike the elf in the back. She watched as the color drained from her hair, from her bare arms, and from her legs. If only she could have seen the look on her face as it changed as well. "Time to get to work." She placed the talisman into robe and pulled out her knife.
She had used a hunting knife on the wyverns but this one was smaller. She unstrapped the last of elf's leather armor and began cutting off her dress. She could sell the armor, but the dress was never coming off in one piece; might as well scrap it.
She carefully cut the green fabric here and there. Tossing remains behind some bushes, she picked up the leather armor, bow, and quiver. "Nice bow and arrows. I might get a few good coppers for these, maybe even some silver. The armor will go to a thrift shop, but I could get something there too." She walked back to the cart.
She heard the sound of squirrels getting busy in the trees. The aphrodisiac was still heavy in the air. It was an airborne potion Kana had opened up while the elf was getting her arrows back. She closed the bottle once the deed was done, but it would still hang around for a while.
Setting the items in the cart, she unhooked it from the stolen horse. She couldn't have the mare inhale the vapors and get horny too. She then pulled it back to the stone elf and slowly loaded her on. "Sorry for the slutty pose. I would have liked to have gotten you in an archery position but I couldn't think how to get you into it without there still being a live wyvern or something else I don't want around." She then started to pull the cart. "Don't worry, I know a guy who will pay a few hundred gold for a sexy girl like you. Elves bring in a big price, even without a good pose." Thinking of all the gold she was getting distracted her as she pulled the cart. "Best get out of here as fast as we can. That gas can make monsters very aggressive, and not in the usual way." She giggled.
It was a few days later when Kana arrived at her destination. It was a large mansion belonging to one of her regular clients. She had already turned in the wyvern ears in the town for the reward, and sold off the elf's things in the next town. They went for more than what the elf had in her wallet. No wonder she took the job.
Maybe she should have memorized her name, but she had already forgotten it. Maybe it was for the best. She didn't want to get attached.
The maid let her in. She wore a white apron and black miniskirt. She had on a frilly white headdress and a silver tiara with a well-polished emerald in the middle. They walked past the garden. Kana glanced to the side. A number of nude alabaster women stood around in different poses. Some seemed new.
There was a lovely swordswoman posed to strike. Her hair was braided down over her shoulder and onto her left breast. She still had the ribbon. Standing in front of her was a running maiden with a look of terror on her face, as if she was fleeing the warrior. Her hair had flown back as her breasts had bounced. It was amazing she could balance on one foot like that.
Close by was one of Kana's works. A pair of young lovers staring lovingly into each other's eyes. The shorter girl with the C-cups had her hands on her lover's waist, while the D-cup girl had her hands on her shoulders. If she remembered right, the father of one of them did not approve of the match. They had decided to elope and Kana had offered to help. She had convinced them the best way of smuggling themselves out of town was to be shipped out in a box. They had taken off their clothes and posed with each other. Kana said they would be restored together, so they signed a small waiver and she turned them to stone. They were then placed into a padded box and taken away. Clearly, when they arrived at their destination, albeit not the one they were expecting, she hadn't returned them to the flesh. If it happens, the two girls would most likely be restored together; it's just that Kana never said she would be the one to do it. She also made no promise about keeping their things safe.
She looked at the archers as she passed them by. One seemed to had just let her arrow fly and smirked, likely having hit her target. The other was down on one knee as she held an arrow notched. The string was missing from her bow, likely cut when she was found.
She tied the horse to a post and walked inside. The pillars in the main hall each had a stone woman fused with them. Some had a look of shock while others had a look of wonder. Soon, they entered a side room. The maid turned to her and spoke in a monotone voice. "Have a seat. The master will be with you shortly."
"Very well." Kana walked up to a chair. It was a short-haired woman. She was supported by her head that leaned backwards, her arms pointing straight forward. It was if she was sitting herself when she was turned to marble, as her legs were at right angles at both the butt and knees. Kana sat on the woman's thighs, using the back of her legs to support her back. She had often wondered how they got the woman into this pose before petrifying her.
She looked over at the cat woman in the corner of the room. She was a granite statue holding a large orb in her hands that illuminated the room. She looked down at the orb with a greedy smile on her face and her ears perked up. "Poor girl, must have grabbed a cursed item." Kana chuckled to herself.
Lord Douglas soon walked into the room. He was the biggest land owner in this province and the best choice for unloading big ticket items. It would take weeks to get to the next buyer on horseback. "Hello, Ms Chamak. It's good to see you again. Have you brought me another lovely work of art?"
Kana stands up. "It's good to see you again too. I happened to come across a fine piece that you would just love. She is just your type."
"I can't wait to see her." Lord Douglas followed Kana outside and back to the cart. There, she untied the ropes and removed the tarp. The marble elf shined in the sunlight. Kana had taken the time to polish her just hours ago. "Amazing. An elf, and so detailed too." He slid his hand up the immobile woman's side and up to her free breast. "And so smooth. I will give you 100 gold."
"Getting a hold of an elf statue in such a rare pose isn't easy." Kana glanced at a marble woman not 20 feet from them who was playing with her own breasts in her final moments. "And I know you love this sort of thing. I was thinking of 600 gold."
"I don't know. She may have been an elf and it is a nice pose, but something tells me that this isn't the work of an elder gorgon and marble is a common material for petros. Maybe if she were gold or silver. 150 seems fair." The Douglas family has been rich for a few generations now, collecting revenue from the lands they owned. Most of the closest city was owned by this man. He loved his statues, but he also loved to haggle. Kana always had to highball him in order to get the price she wanted.
"She has a perfect O-shaped mouth. See how her tongue hangs out like she wants it. She would make a nice piece as your new fountain for your garden, or maybe your bath. Or maybe you would display her in your private chambers. Still, I see your point about the marble. 550."
"I might have agreed with you a month ago. However, I just got a lovely mermaid for my bath chambers. You should see her, she is quite stunning."
"I am sure your bath chamber is large enough for more than one statue. Beside, I noticed an empty spot in your garden she would fit just perfectly in."
"Hmmm, I don't know about that." The two of them negotiated for the better part of a hour. "375 gold, and that's my final offer."
"375 it is." Kana smiled. She had only hoped for 300, but she asked for twice as much so she could lower her price, as he would never pay her first offer.
"Very well. I will gather my gold. Be with you soon." He took his leave. The maid waited with Kana, as well as two of his bodyguards. The men stood by the front door as the maid just stared blankly.
Kana looked around. She saw a pink marble cat girl, on all fours prowling like a tiger. She had her stone eyes on the alabaster bunny girl who was lazily lodging on a matching bench.
Close by were a matching pair of statues. One was a muscular slaver with B-cups holding a chain with both hands. On the ground in front of her was a younger woman with a nice pair of D-cups. She looked to be crying out as she stretched out her left arm. Her right arm and both knees supported her weight as she motionlessly struggled against her captor.
"What a cute girl. If they hadn't been turned to stone, she would have been sold as a concubine. Or maybe she was being used as a human sacrifice to some petrifying creature, only for the delivery girl to fall prey as well. What do you think?" She looked back at the maid who gave no reply. "Oh, you are no fun."
Before long, Lord Douglas returned. He held a bag in his hand. On the side were enchanted embroidery that showed 375g, 00s, 00c. "I have your payment my dear."
"Thank you." Kana held out her bag of holding and dumped the gold coins in. The embroidery then started to change, the number dropping down. Soon, it showed 00g, 00s, 00c. Given how many coins may be needed to make large transactions, many people carried money bags that showed their current content. Of course, they had to be hidden in another bag - or better yet, a bag of holding - so you don't advertise how much you are carrying. Do that, and you were just begging to be robbed.
"Until next time, then." He turned to the maid. "Puppet, take the elf to my bed chamber."
"Yes, Master," replied the maid in her usual monotone. The runes on her bracelets glowed as she effortlessly picked up the marble former warrior and carried her inside.
And with that, Kana took her leave.
A few days later, Kanakpriya arrived at a small cave. She moved on foot, choosing not to bring the horse with her, having checked it at a stable in the closest town.
Entering the cave, she felt the left wall until she found what she was looking for. Pressing down, she turned her hand counterclockwise, then clockwise half as much. A seam appeared on the wall as a section pulled back several feet. She then walked through the passage it made.
"I'm home!" She called out as she entered the main chamber, the door soon closing behind her. As it was located inside a cave, it had no windows. The room was illuminated by the crystal at the end of the staff held by Kana's most prized possession, a golden statue of a young mage. She stood there naked, her golden assets reflecting the light of her final spell. She held the staff in front of her as she looked back over her left shoulder.
Zerrin was the only other person who knew the location of this cave and the secret behind its hidden door. She was the one who enchanted it, after all. She was still studying magic when it happened, but she was more than skilled enough for the job. Kana had paid her well to keep her mouth shut as they worked together to expand the cave, add air vents, and built the hidden door. She had gotten to know her over the weeks they spent together, but even then, it wasn't to the point of anything personal. With her trust issues, Kana couldn't just let Zerrin return home and start talking about what they did. So once the job was done, she tied up that lose end. Using a now depleted artifact, she struck the mage as they looked over their work. By dumb luck, the illumination spell she was using at the time never faded. Naturally, it would be a waste to cover up all that beautiful gold, so she stripped her bare.
The rest of the room was pretty simple. Stone walls surrounded most of the room, with the sole exception of the front wall, where bricks had been laid. She had put in a few oak tables and shelves. A lone chair stood by one of the tables. To spruce things up a bit, a few banners and tapestries hung on the walls, as well as few paintings Kana hadn't found a buyer for yet. Plus, there were her other golden trinkets.
Kana removed her cloak and hung it on the coat rack. Her bracers went on a table nearby and her traveling shoes swapped out for large slippers. Last, she hung her weapons from the rack. "I had a profitable trip this time. Not only did I get a lot of wyvern scales, but I even snagged a slutty elf. Douglas gave me 375 gold coins for her. I should hopefully get a few more gold coins for them." She stroked Zerrin's chin. "The bad news is, I used up the last charge on my gorgon talisman. I haven't figured out how to recharge this thing yet, so I am going to have to pick up a new one. Maybe I could acquire one while I sell off the scales." She stroked the golden arm for a moment.
All too soon, she stepped away and walked to a small box on a shelf. She opened it and put the used-up talisman inside. There were a few other identical metal talismans already inside, as well as darkened crystal pendants and other assorted former magical items. Every one of them had a victim or few associated with it. She picked up a pendant by the chain and looked at it. Although the crystal had long since gone dark and cracked, she still admired the golden snakes that wrapped around it.
Putting the box back, she walked over to the large wooden chest on the far side of the room. She took out her key and opened it, reveling the large pile of gold coins glittering in the enchanted light. She then grabbed her bag of holding from her side and held it upside-down. "Gold coins." She pictured them in her head and soon they came pouring out. She then ran her greedy fingers through them. A smile grew on her face. "So much gold..."
Next, she opened the wooden door to the side and entered it. Inside was an oak bed and straw-filled mattress standing on top of a hard wood floor. To the side was a dresser, the top of which was covered in gold goblets, small statues, jewelry, and other golden trinkets, as well as a mirror. An oak cabinet stood against the far wall. "Sun, shine." The crystal on the ceiling lit up at its trigger word and illuminated the room.
To get more comfortable, she stripped off her dark clothing. Dropping them on the bed, she opened her drawer. She then pulled out her pink nightgown with fluffy hem at the end of the skirt. Sliding it on, she adjusted the bra and panties to fit just right. Next, she grabbed her favorite accessories: a multi-plate gold necklace, a snake-shaped gold arm band with ruby eyes, golden bracelets, several gold rings, gold earrings, and even a gold crown. She would have worn gold clothing too, if she could find any comfortable ones.
She then walked back into the main room. "I got enough food for a few days. Enough for me to rest from my long journey." She leaned against Zerrin's golden form, wrapping her arms around it, feeling the cool metal against her skin. "So sorry I will have to be leaving you before long, but I have to restock my arsenal. Still, I have enough sliver and copper that I won't have to dip into my gold for a while. I think I will rest a week or two before I head out to one of the magic cities. Tomorrow I will get some wine to celebrate a job well done. I will even get you some nice metal polish. I bet you would like that."
Kana looked into Zerrin's golden eyes. She didn't consider herself a lesbian. She normally had no interest in women. The few she slept with were marks she felt nothing for. Men, on the other hand, were only sometimes marks. However, there was just something about this golden idle that drove her wild. She often talked to her as if she could hear her, as if she could care. She was the only one she felt she could tell her secrets to, because she wouldn't tell a soul.
* * * * *
A few weeks later, Kana stepped off the M-train. She had arrived in Starcoast City. As a trade town and home to a large magical community, it was the perfect place to sell her remaining wyvern scales. She had sold a few on the way, but no trading post had the coin to buy all of them. What's more, she needed to restock some magical tools and potions.
She stepped off the train car and into the station. She saw more M-trains and empty platforms in the large room. She was amazed at to how fast these vehicles moved. A trip that would have taken her several days on horseback only took a few hours. Unfortunately, they only ran on these metal rails and none went anywhere near her hideout. She had to travel from town to town for a while before she could get to the closet station.
But this station had a lot more rails. A large sign and map on the wall showed what town each set of rails went to. As she walked to the door, she saw people unloading cargo from the trains. Mostly looked to be food. Paying it no further mind, she set off on her mission.
The first thing she did after leaving the station was hail a cab. Having left her stolen horse in a rental stable in the first town with a M-train station she came to, she needed a ride. What she got was a latex rickshaw girl. She was dressed in a royal blue bodysuit that hugged her large breasts, a fake horse tail attached to the butt. She walked on a pair of latex boots with metal hooves, her matching gloves gripping the rods of her rickshaw tight. To complete her getup, she had on a pair of latex pony ears. "Where to, ma'am?"
Kana smiled as she sat on the cart's seat. "Let's start with the closest alchemy lab." She watched all the people as they went by. Many were dressed in all kinds of latex. Some looked like they would make good statues. Of course, she would never be able to snag most of them.
Her eyes widened as she saw a woman with gold skin. It looked so real. The woman wore a black latex bodysuit that showed off her back, a bit of cleavage, and her lovely golden legs as she walked. Kana made a mental note to find out more about that later.
The ponygirl stopped in front of alchemy lab. "That will be 25 copper."
Kana didn't like to pay when she didn't have to. However, with so many people around, she couldn't make a scene. It was best to keep her nose clean, given what she was about to do. Besides, it was only 25 copper; not a huge loss, as much as she hated to admit. She reached into her bag of holding and thought of the copper coins, 25 of them. Soon, she pulled out the handful of coins and handed them to the rickshaw girl.
The lab was a large building and seemed to be doing well for itself. Soon, Kana talked to the owner of the lab for a while as they discussed the price on the scales. In low grade, dragon scales fetched a good price. However, the man only had the gold to spare for 50 of them. Still, it was most of her remaining scales, larger than average at 3" long.
She went to a leather worker next. The dragon hide was valuable, even with the smaller scales. The owner did his best to haggle with her, but she was still able to get a few gold for it.
She hailed another pony cab and took it to a hotel who's first floor was a tavern. It was a nice place and a room only cost her 4 silver. Given the gold she just got, she could afford it.
* * * * * *
They stopped in front of the gentleman's club. "611 Wharf Avenue. Are you sure this is the place?" The driver looked back at Kana.
"What, don't you think I'm sexy enough for this place?" She giggled as she paid the woman.
She took the coins. "Never mind." The driver cracked the reins and the ponies started walking.
Once the pony cab was gone, Kana crossed the street to . It was getting dark, but she still checked to see if anyone was watching before entering the abandoned warehouse numbered 612. She walked along a wall until she found a brick with a chunk missing. She started counting the bricks to the left of it. "Five to the left..." She pressed the brick, "three down..." she pressed the other brick, "Two right and four up." She pressed the final brick. A large number of the bricks then pulled back into the wall, sliding down the middle as they pulled to the left and right. This left an opening, revealing a hidden staircase leading down.
Making sure one last time that no one was looking, she entered the hidden passage. When she pressed a panel on the wall, the bricks once again started to move. They closed up and returned to their original position.
Kana walked down the stairs and into a carved tunnel. She followed its twists and turns, illuminated by the occasional crystal, until she ended up in the underground market. She didn't know who built this place; some say it was once an official section of the city that was closed off and forgotten, others said it started as smuggling tunnels used to sneak contraband in and out of the city. She didn't really care, all she needed to know is this was where you went for less than savory merchandise.
The only ways into the underground market were a number of secret tunnels, each camouflaged so you would have to know they are there to find them. The tunnels themselves had so many twists and turns, Kana had no idea just where under the city they were anymore.
She walked down the stone brick path. It was wide and a number of people in dark robes also walked back and forth. Keeping your hood up or face covered was normal down here. Many of the people who frequented down here didn't want to be too well known, but still, there were those who didn't care.
She looked at the stores with their ill-gotten or illegal merchandise. Many of the shops had windows, those that did having bars on them. In one window, she saw unregistered slaves. Each wore only a collar with a glowing gem in front as they stood nude, staring blankly in front of them. Some were pretty cute; if it didn't cut into her profit so much, Kana might have bought some to resell as statutes.
Another shop sold cursed weapons. Black blades with ominous markings were displayed in the window next to poisoned arrows.
The next shop bought and sold statues of questionable origin. Kana had unloaded a few here in the past. Standing in front of the shop was a granite woman with D-cups and a smile on her face. Her left hand was at her side and her right was just below shoulder level, her palm open and facing up, as if to hold something. Her legs were spread about 20" apart and her bush was well-groomed. A locked chain was around her leg and lead to the store. The green marble fox girl in the window had a look of terror on her face as she covered her breasts with one arm, her other hand close to her crotch. The sliver mage next to her had an evil look on her face, her finely carved staff in one hand going between her legs. Her butt stuck out a bit and her breasts were quite large. With her legs spread like they were, anyone behind her would get a good look at her sex. As always, there were many more statues inside.
She couldn't help but stop at the jewelry shop. More golden trinkets were for sale. She looked over at the golden rings, the bracelets, even a pair of golden panties. She wondered how they would feel against her skin.
Soon, she got to where she was going. At least, she thought it was. Kana walked into a potions shop. A drow in a royal blue latex catsuit and skirt was behind the counter. Close by was a nude, orange-haired catgirl who kept staring passionately at the elven woman. Bottles of all shapes and colors were on the shelves lining the walls. The drow spoke up. "Welcome. What can I get you?"
"Sorry, but wasn't a man named Skelker running this spot before? Did he move?"
"Skelker? Oh yes. I think they said he was the guy who ran this space before me. When I got here, this place was already ransacked. They tell me he is gone."
"Well, if you don't know where he is, maybe you could help me. I used to buy talismans off of him. They turned living things into marble, sometimes other stones or metals. Do you have anything along those lines?"
"Petrification? No, sorry, I'm afraid I can't help you. I deal in potions, and I don't have any petro potions. I have some nice paralysis potions. Slip one into the target's food or drink and they won't be able to move for hours. I have some very strong ones that will even slow the heart and lungs."
"I will have to think about it. Tell me, what do you have in the way of love or lust?" Kana scratched her head. "Paralysis might be useful. With the right type I could pose the girl any way I want, but that won't do me any good if I can't find a new talisman."
"Well, I certainly have a few of those. Isn't that right, Kitten?" The drow looked down at the catgirl.
The feline woman giggled. "Oh yes, Mistress. You make the best love potions. They are so tasty." Her tail slid back and forth.
"I have a few kinds. Anywhere from a little something to help the mood to full blown stalker-level devotion." The drow held up a small vial. "I can also make them pretty potent. A dose this size could make your average hominoid fall for you for a full week. Add a strand of your hair, let it sit for three days, then have them consume it. Add it to their drink or mix it with their food, and they will be all yours. After a while, you can even train them to drink it on their own." She set the vial on the table in front of Kitten. "This one was mixed with my hair. It is a notch or two below stalker, as I do have work for her and she can't always be following me around." She watched as her nude companion grabbed the bottle and drank it. "I sell larger sizes, if you want to buy in bulk. Let it sit with a strand of your hair before pouring it into vials to save on hair as well." She giggled and patted the catgirl on the head.
Kana talked to the drow for a while. In the end, she was able to get more airborne burning lust potion and even picked up 2 oz. of the lust potion. There would be many times when that would come in handy; after all, she had to pay with her body on more then one occasion.
"Where did Skelker go? I guess there is one person I could ask." Kana thought to herself as she walked down the tunnel. The next stop was right where it should be. No one new had moved in, so she walked through the door. The place was in shambles, just like she remembered it. Suddenly, she spotted something moving in the corner of her eye and stopped. Looking over she saw it. "Just a rat. One thing I can count on are rats being here." She rolled her eyes. "Willard, are you in here?"
Entering from the back room was one of the largest rats Kana had ever seen, standing at just over 6 ft tall on two legs. He looked down at her with his red eyes. "Oh hello, Kanakpriya. It's good to see you again." He smiled. "Tell me, what can I do for you?" As usual he was dressed in a brown robe. It was worn down it  a few places but that was more about is style then his financial situation.
"I'm looking for Skelker. He seems to have moved. Is he still in town?"
"Skelker, yes, that caused a bit of a stir last month with management. They had to collapse one of the tunnels. I'm afraid he resides in Nonvinculum Island now." Willard took a seat on an old wooden chair next to a round table.
Kana fell onto the chair opposite him as she moved to sit down. "He was arrested?" Kana covered her face with her palm. Nonvinculum, also known as the slumbering prison. Rumor has it that it is a beautiful work of art, not that the inmates were able to enjoy it. She lowered her hand, resting both on the table. "I take it he won't be waking up anytime soon. In that case, I will need another supplier. I need an item that can petrify a living person."
"Statue making, I figured that's what you needed Skelker for." Willard stroked his chin for a moment. "That will be a problem. Skelker was pretty good about keeping a monopoly on that market. All of his competitors had the habit of disappearing. No one new has moved in to fill the void just yet. I know of a guy who has preset wands that would do as you wish, but unless I missed my guess, your level of mana isn't high enough to wield one."
Kana folded her arms. "No, it's not." She had seen items that could cast a spell with ease, even ones that would turn a person into a statue, and wouldn't burn out. However, they ran on the mana of the wielder and she was no mage. "Do you know where any of Skelker's old competitors have gone to?"
"Well, from what I hear, Morgana is still gathering cobwebs in the back of a store room. However, she hasn't been in a talkative mood for the past two years." Willard chuckled.
"If I have to buy Morgana and a restoration item, that would cut into my profit margin." Kana shook her head. "Isn't there anything else I could use?"
"I'm afraid nothing in the underground market will suit your needs. However, there may be something in the above ground. I'm assuming you don't want that beverage that's been turning people into marble. If you did, you wouldn't be here. It wears off after an hour or so. Now, I know of a few ready-made spells they will sell to licensed buyers, but I know you're not. You would have to steal them. If you are willing to go that far, I know a particularly valuable item. A wellspring."
Kana's eyes widened. "A wellspring! Are you serious?" With a petrifying magical wellspring, she would never need to look for another gorgon talisman again.
Willard scratches his ear. "Well, I don't mean to get your hopes up. It's not confirmed if it's a wellspring or not, but the signs are there. I know for sure it doesn't have a spell count, so you don't need to worry about it burning out."
"I don't care if it can empower new mystical artifacts or not. If it can make endless statues, I want it." She pressed her hands down on the table.
Willard gave a toothy smile. He certainly had her on the hook now. "It won't be easy. A certain sorceress was given it by a wealthy client a few days ago. She is trying to keep it under wraps, but I know where it is."
Kana folded her arms again. "Do you really expect me to rob a sorceress?" She had to do something to lower the price, she already made herself out to be too eager.
"More like burgle. I know not only where, but how to get in, and when the woman is out of town. This information wasn't easy to get, mind you."
"Here it comes." Kana sighed and reached into her bag of holding. She then set a few golden coins on the table. Willard always had good intel, he was even able to get floor plans for a few places she had broken into in the past.
"Looking kind of light there." His smile showed his golden tooth. With another few gold coins, he swept them up. "That's the ticket." He snaps his fingers and two rats start to drag large scrolls onto the table. "The name of the shop is the Cheerful Fairy. The best part of it is that the owner is out of town right now. She lives a several days' journey from here, so she is always gone for a least a week at a time, usually more. Let me show you where to enter." He opened the scrolls and slid his long finger across the floor plans.
* * * * * * *
Kana did one final check of her equipment. She had spent three days playing this job and needed to do it right. She had gone to the shop, studied the layout as best as she could, and watched when the employees came and went. Willard's floor plans were accurate, but there was no way to tell for sure when it came to the back rooms. He had assured her that the sorceress would be out of the city for at least another week, but she didn't want to take any chances.
Soon, she zipped up her black catsuit, sliding the zipper up her chest. One of the useful tools of her trade, it had an enchantment weaved into it that hid her from scrying, so she could not be discovered from most magical means of detection. Next, she slid on her belt, her bag of holding attached to the side. The leather boots were enchanted as well, their trick being to silence her footsteps. It was a shame that they didn't go with the catsuit, but they would have to do. So as not to go unarmed, she put a knife in her boot. Then, she donned a normal pair of latex gloves. Last, she slid on a black latex hood with holes for her eyes and mouth.
With her dressing out of the way, she checked over her tools. The grappling hook was a favorite of hers, but she might not need it tonight. Still, she put it into the bag of holding. The magical lockpick kit was vital; into the bag with it. Next, she looked at a white cloth with a long strand of black-brown hair, carefully folding it up and sliding it into the bag. "Don't want to lose that." Her enchanted goggles, when dealing with a magic user's dwelling or shop, were a must. Likewise for her bag of amnesia dust, in case someone saw something they shouldn't have. She went through her checklist before heading out the door.
To most, it was just another night in Starcoast City. A woman walking down the street in almost full latex would seem out of place in other cities, but here it was perfectly normal. On her way to the rendezvous, she saw no less then five women wearing the exact same outfit. That was helpful for blending into the crowd.
Before too long, she got to the small park and spotted a woman sitting on the bench dressed in dark blue latex. She also had the right build and very long dark hair, so Kana sat next to her. "Nice night for shopping."
The woman replied. "Don't forget the discount." It was Janett, alright. Kana had met her in a tavern the other day while gathering information on the Cheerful Fairy. She soon found that Janett was doing the same. She wanted a doll they didn't keep on the shelves and was getting ready to break in as well. Like most of what was in that store, it was a magical item; in this case, it was said it could control people's bodies. The two of them soon decided to team up, but just to be sure, Kana checked with Willard about her background. She was an outworlder with a useful curse. Like Kana, she came and went. It seemed she had a lot of skill with acquiring goods by any means. The woman herself was well-built. Despite being old enough to be her mother, she still had a very attractive body and smooth skin. The latex catsuit and mask were Kana's idea, to better help hide them from detection.
"Ready to go?"
"Certainly. This isn't my first time, after all." Janett smiled as she stood up, and Kana did the same. The two women then made their way to the Cheerful Fairy. It was a three-story-tall department store. The front had large glass windows that, during the day, had three mannequins that wore different outfits each day, but at night, they were removed. The lights were out, so it was hard to see inside. Still, it would be best to stay off the first floor.
The two of them then made their way through the side-alley. Even at this hour, someone might be walking down the street, so they couldn't enter through the front. "Here looks good. Do it." Kana let out of her breath.
"The wind is pretty dead. Okay, brace yourself." Janett wrapped her arms around the younger woman. Their feet then started to dissolve into black mist. Soon, it moved up bodies until there was nothing left but blackness. The mist then crawled up the side of the building. When they reformed a few moments later, they were on the roof, which, according to Willard, was the best place to enter. "Here we are. Now it's your turn."
"Right." Kana walked over to the vent as she pulled out her tool kit. Despite it being too small for a human to to fit through, it still had a shield spell on it. Maybe it was to keep out toxic gases, maybe it was to keep out actual fairies. Whatever the reason, Janett couldn't get past it on her own. Kana donned her goggles. While looking through the enchanted lenses, she could see the spell surrounding the opening. By far, it was the weakest of the defenses. After all, who would try and enter through a vent? The lock picks were magical as well. She slowly and carefully picked apart at the protective shield and scratched the engravings. Once it was weakened enough, she took out an instant spell and broke it off, removing the filter from the vent. "There we go. All set. Should be clear. I can't see anymore enchantments guarding it." Kana returned her tool kit to her bag.
Janett stood up and walked over. "Hold on tight, then. We are going again." Once again, she grabbed onto Kana and the pair vanished into black mist. Together, they entered the vent. It really was a useful curse, perfect for this kind of work. They moved faster as they went further down into the building; much faster.
Suddenly, the two were tossed about. Something chopped through them repeatedly as it pulled them through. Being mist, it didn't hurt, but it was disorienting still. "Ahhh!" Kana crashed into a shelf as she reformed, knocking over the cardboard boxes. "What the hell just happened?" The first thing she noticed was that that she was naked. The second thing was that Janett was gone. Soon, she spotted four women standing closeby, looking at her. She jumped. "Are we busted already?" However, when she took a closer look, she saw that they didn't move, standing perfectly still with their arms to their side and wearing frilly bikinis. "Damn real dolls."
The four dolls were surprisingly lifelike, right down to their skin tone. Each was unique. There was the busty blonde, the tall redhead, the white-haired bunny girl, and raven-haired catgirl. She was now in the Cheerful Fairy, and if she remembered right, she was on the third floor. She had come during business hours to get a feel for the layout and to check for any inventory she may also like to acquire during this trip. They had hefty price tags of at least 100 gold, but were too wide to squeeze into her bag of holding, even if she had it. The dark elf doll had disappeared the day before, likely sold to someone. Which was too bad, as she knew a few guys would would pay even more for such dolls. "Janett!"
"Kana, is that you?" Janett's voice came from out of sight. "Hold on a moment. I will be right there." Soon the black mist rolled in and stood up, taking the form of a woman holding a shoe. Now Kana could get a good look at her nude body. She really did keep in shape. "Sorry about that."
"What happened?" Kana covered herself, but soon found it pointless. They were both women and it was a waste of effort.
"I think we hit a ventilation fan. I wasn't expecting it and I couldn't get away from it. Normally the vents in this city just have a simple wind enchantment to move air, if anything." Janett scratched her head. She didn't seem to care that she was in her birthday suit. "It spins around to pull air through it. They have them in my world, but this is the first time I saw one in this city."
Kana spotted a black catsuit draped over a mannequin. There seemed to be a lot of mannequins in this store, even outside of the clothing sections, and they were all collared for some reason. She took it back from the detailed plastic woman who had a light smile on her face as she watched them motionlessly. "And what about our clothes, what about my bag?" She started sliding the catsuit on in front of Janett and the life size figure.
"From what I could tell, they were scattered like we were. I found a shoe closeby when I put myself together on the second floor. There is no telling where they ended up." She sighed.
"I guess I should count my blessings that we are all in one piece, at least."
The two women looked around the store. After putting the boxes back on the shelves to hide the fact that they were here, they searched for their things. They were able to find both their bags, Janett's belt, two left shoes, and the goggles. No sign of Kana's knife, the masks, or the disposable catsuit she had given Janett. They then took some cotton slippers, but Janett didn't feel like trying to find some clothes in her size, and went to the staff only door. There was a chance their missing things were on the other side.
As there were no windows in this part of the building, Kana took out her crystal torch once the door was closed. She lit up the hallway as they explored the building. She had committed the floor plans to memory, but didn't know for sure what was in each room. The first room just had a table, a few chairs, and a half kitchen. Nothing to steal, but Kana did find her sock. The next room had large shelves with boxes and bottles. Kana helped herself to a few things including golden skin potions and strength enhancing bracelets like the ones Puppet wears. Janett eyed her while she did so but didn't say anything.
Before long, they got to their first planned stop and turned on the room lights, given it had no windows to the outside. It was then that Kana got a good look at Janett's body. She had seen the curved tattoos on her arms before, but now she saw they swam around her torso and legs as well.
The room was something of a workshop for making and customizing products. There looked many to be things like engraving, color changing, and size altering. There was a work bench, some chairs, a short platform with a large magical circle and four tall crystal lamps at the corners facing in, and an 8 ft tall glass tube with a metal back and pipes attached to it, another magic circle on the bottom of it. Kana could only guess at what some of these things did. Close to the platform was a nude mannequin, also wearing a collar, a smile on her face and her right fingers close to her lips as she stuck out her chest. This place sure had a lot of them, but it wouldn't be the first place Kana was in that had a lot of lifelike statues. "How do they keep the store so stocked with so little work space?" Kana was used to more stores making what they sold in the same building. Even the butchers had live animals in the back so they were fresh.
Janett looked around. "Most of it probably isn't made here. I recognize most of the products in the personal care department as brands from my home world. Others are likely made in a factory the sorceress controls. This seems to be for custom work and a few small things." She stopped at a locked case. "They are still set up for making a few things from scratch it seems."
Kana walked over to the case and took out her picks. She got to work on opening the door. "Got it." Once it was open, they looked inside. There were a number of items inside, but none had the magical aura of a wellspring. There were things like engraving needles, hammers, wands, and a number of tools Kana could only guess the purpose of.
"Here they are." Janett picks up one of three dolls standing on the shelf. They were simplistic, lacking features like eyes, hair, or fingers. They looked to be carved pieces of wood with ball joints in the basic shape of a human, but they did have magic to them.
"Well they look like plain dolls. Let me have a look at them. I best inspect them." Kana held out her hand.
"Sure thing." Janett passed Kana the doll, but put the other two in the bag. "I would take the other items in here, but I have no idea what most of them do. The wands can be dangerous if you don't know their function."
Kana held the wooden doll in her hand. "True. There is also no guarantee that they work without mana." She looked around. "There doesn't seem to be any sign that the wellspring is here. I had thought they would be using it to craft more items."
"I guess it's too valuable to leave out here with a simple lock." Janett scratched her head. "Well that leaves one place left to look."
"The black room." Still holding the doll, Kana sighed, turned, and walked through the door. They headed to the most protected place in the building. Willard had marked hot spots of magic on the map for them, however this room was blank. They couldn't scry inside with any of their tools, and no seer was able to peer inside. It was warded against prying eyes to the point where it looked to be empty space. Even the goggles showed nothing, not even for lights. It took a moment to get past the lock, and then they were in. "An office. I had hoped for a vault." They looked around. In one wall was a combination safe door and in the corner a mannequin wearing a green qipao with her leg raised and posed to strike. The far wall had large windows depicting the ocean, despite this room not having windows on the outside. To the left was a heavy wooden desk with carvings of three women on the front, three chairs around it, and a painting of two dragons in flight with a landscape background on the wall. The last wall had shelves that held a number of random objects on them; many had mana, but most seemed decorative like the top that wouldn't stop spinning. Other items were wooden masks, little idols, miniature figures of women, geo-crystals, a chunk of pink salt that had a glow, a executive ball clicker, framed pictures of women, and other little things.
"Well, not all hope is lost yet. This looks to be the boss's office and they always like to keep the good stuff close by." Janett giggled as she walked over to the safe. "Mmmm, something seems off about this one. Too out in the open." She turned and walked behind the desk. "I knew it."
Kana was looking at the safe through her goggles. It had low levels of mana emenating from it, but just barely. She turned just in time to see Janett swing the painting to the side, revealing another safe. "How did you know? There isn't even a trace of mana on that thing."
"Call it a hunch. Rich people like to hide their valuables in hidden safes, often behind paintings. That first one struck me as odd, too obvious. Now let's see if I can open this." Janett held up her hand as it started to dissolve into black mist and slowly enters the cracks of the safe. There was clicking sounds as she stood close by it.
Kana took this time to look at the doll. It seemed their intel was good. It was a voodoo puppetry doll, from the looks of the few markings it had. She started to fiddle with it, bending the joints, she made it pose. She was reaching into her bag when she heard a big click.
"Got it." Janett reformed her hand and started pulling open the thick metal door. However, as soon as she did, the eyes of one of the idols lit up. A blast of light fired from its mouth and struck the woman in the chest. She started losing her color.
"Crap!" Kana moved as quickly as she could. Before her eyes, Janett's arms pulled up as she turned into solid alabaster. Soon, she stopped moving all together. Her elbows now stuck out to the side and her hands behind her head as she looked slightly up. Her breasts stuck out as her crotch leaned back. Her knees were bent and spread apart. "Just in time. Such a sexy pose." Kana looked down at the doll in her hand. There was a strand of black-brown hair on its chest, and it was in the same pose as Janett. "Sorry I missed that trap. I had hoped to test the wellspring on you. It wasn't easy getting one of your hairs without your notice." She walked over to the idol and found a small wire attached to it. It led into the wall behind the shelf. "I see, so this is what triggered it. I bet this feeds into the safe's door somehow. No magic so I didn't see it." She pulled the plug and put the idol in the bag. "Looks like this still has some magic to it. Well, I will make good use of that."
Giggling, Kana moved to Janett. It was strange to see her tattoos still moving, even though she was nothing but marble. She ran her hands over her smooth skin. "Don't worry, I am sure I can find you a good home. Sneaking you out will be difficult, but not impossible. I think I remember seeing some anti-gravity tape on the shelves the other day and I'm sure I could find a tarp. The tricky part is getting you out of town." She sighed. "I guess I will have to use the tunnels." She then took the bag from Kana's waist, as she was able to remove the belt with little trouble. She then pulled out the other two dolls. "These things are quite useful. I can wager a guess as to what they were using it for, and you can bet I will make fine use of them, all of them."
She then looked over the safe. Concealment wards were carved all over the inner walls and the back of the door. Sitting inside were a few papers, a bag of gold coins, a picture of a blue-eyed blond woman, and a box with a small padlock. "Sweet. If nothing else, I can line my pockets." Kana giggled as she took the bag. Next, she took the box with more wards carved into it. "Well, she certainly doesn't want anyone finding this." She sat the box on the desk and pulled out her lock picks. Slowly, she worked her charm on the inner works until it clicked. "Yes." She then took a step back. Slowly she opened the box with a long stick from her bag of holding. No sense in getting too close.
Her jaw dropped when it opened. Sitting inside against a silk lining was a golden hand that shined with a brilliant radiance, the kind that she only heard about. Even now that the mana flowed free, she could see no sight of any traps. As the mana made it so bright, she had to remove her goggles. She just had to grab it, to feel it against her skin. Strangely enough, it was warm to the touch. She looked at the golden palm, the golden fingers... "What, isn't that too many gold fingers!?" She looked closely. How could she not have realized those were her own fingers? "Crap, crap, crap!" She tried to let go, but her hand refused to open as a tingling sensation moved down her arm. She grabbed her sleeve and pulled it back and watched as her skin slowly morphed. It didn't hurt, in fact it felt a little good, but that didn't do much to quell her growing panic. She swung her arm as she tried to loosen it. This failed as well and soon her elbow was locked in place. "There has got to be something here that could stop this." She tried to open the desk but most of the drawers were locked. She then let out a moan as the change spread to her breasts. Her nipples hardened before could do so permanently. She then pulled down the zipper halfway to check the progress it was making on her chest. She saw her golden orbs half-covered in the black latex as the change moved down to her belly button. Soon she was unable to move her left shoulder as well.
"Calm down Kana, calm down. Panicking is not going to help you at this point. Let's see, what are my, ahhh, options. I'm turning to gold, I will never make it downstairs to the counter-spells. I could either struggle or make a pose and hope for the best." Thoughts started rushing through her head as she made her best puppy dog eyes. Maybe they would show mercy and change her back, maybe they would put her on display, maybe they would melt her down for gold coins. Her lips became trapped as the wave of magic crept up her face. "Please don't melt me." Hopefully they would like her face and feel sorry for her, hopefully. That last silent plea was the last thing to go through her head before the magic rippled through that as well. She had become what she loved the most.
THE END?
