Io You

Warning: Beware Greeks bearing gifts

Fiona had been taking a lunch break in the fields close to her family's pasture when the rain hit, almost out of nowhere. At first, it was just a pleasant drizzle, with an accompanying coolness in the air that did little but dampen her sandwich and leave a few spots on her shirt. But within a few minutes, the weather thickened and the skies opened up, drenching the young lady head to toe and causing her to take refuge underneath a large apple tree that rested on the edge of her parent's farm. It was considerably less damp there, but Fiona was still soaked, save her long blonde hair which lay somewhat drier under the wide brim of her leather Stetson. She removed her hat and looked over its cracked, brown surface fondly. It was the closest thing she had to a family heirloom, not counting the ancient, broken down tractor in the south corn field, which had been sitting there and rusting ever since her great-grandfather had abandoned it there in 1907. Fiona's hat, on the other hand, been her grand pappy's before her, and she planned to give it to whatever of her own grandchildren she felt deserved it. Fiona chuckled, imagining a bunch of critters scampering around the farmhouse and calling her Ma. She had plenty of time between then and now.

Fiona's attention was suddenly pulled upwards when a brilliant flash of lightning lit up the overcast sky, accompanied a few seconds later by the rumbling clap of thunder. Fiona realized that outside, soaking wet and under a tree were not three things to be during a thunder storm. She wasn't terribly scared of bad weather, figuring that the chances of actually being struck by lightning were somewhere between one and zero, but she still felt a little uneasy when the second bolt struck, larger this time, and with the deafening roar of thunder only seconds after.

Fiona decided to do something about her still sopping wet clothes, which were clinging to her skin in a damn uncomfortable way. Stealing a glance to make sure that no one was in eyeshot, the young woman unbuttoned her shirt, kicked off her boots and socks, and slid out of her jeans, wringing the articles of clothing dry and hanging them over a low branch on the tree. She picked apprehensively at her wet panties, the last article of clothing she wore, which were already starting to ride up her keister. Again, taking another careful watch to make sure that nobody would be getting a free show, she pulled her bottoms off of her rounded behind and gave them a quick twist to get rid of most of the water, before quickly sliding them back on, a slight blush to her face despite the only other living souls within a mile being the cows grazing in the pasture. She grabbed her slightly drier pants and pulled them on, quickly followed by her boots. She was just in the process of buttoning her shirt back up when she heard a voice behind her. A MALE voice.
"Pardon me ma'am, but is the room for one more in there?"
Fiona nearly leapt out of her skin. She plastered herself against the trunk of the tree, defensively covering her modesty with her hands, despite there being nothing on display.
"What!" she yelped "What, where do y- What!" her voice failed her. All she could think about was the fact she had fully exposed herself only a minute or so beforehand, and now some strange man had waltzed in out of the blue, for all she knew he having just finished taking a long, unrestricted look at her nethers.
The man in question was big, easily over six feet tall and built like a bull. He looked Mediterranean, with dark, olive skin and short, tightly curled black hair matted to his skull from the rain. His strongly hewn jaw line was covered in a rough, equally curly beard "Sorry to frighten you!" he apologized "I thought you heard me coming and-"
"You didn't frighten me!" Fiona lashed out defensively "You just caught me off guard is…" She trailed off, recomposing herself and standing up straight, an accusatory look in her eye. "You didn't see nothing, did you?"
"See what?" The stranger replied "I was just making my way along this road when I saw your head poking from behind this tree. I just wanted to ask if we could share the shelter"

Fiona still wasn't entirely sure if it was her head that had been what was poking out, but she relented. "Sure thing, big guy. I ain't about to let somebody try to walk home in THIS" She motioned to the rain still pouring down from the sky. As if to punctuate her point, another flash of lightning tore through the sky, the thunder following it immediately afterwards.

"Sounds like it's right over head" The man smiled, sliding into a sitting position and beckoning Fiona to join him. Against her better judgment, she planted herself alongside the mysterious stranger, knees drawn up to her chest as she stared out into the tall grass being beaten down by the torrent of water overhead.

"I love the rain myself" The man said "Especially during a lightning storm, there's that whiff of energy in the air that gives it a tinge of danger and excitement. How about you?"

Fiona shrugged "I'm not one for thunder and the like, but rain's always made me feel a sense of, I dunno…renewal. Like something fresh is coming after it. I live on a farm, so I guess that comes with tending to crops." The young lady paused. She wasn't the type to pour herself at other's feet, but here she was, opening up to a complete stranger like it was hardly an issue. "Sorry, but…I don't even know you're name, why're you so interested in chatting with me anyways?"

The man continued to smile. "I like to talk. Meeting new people is always interesting" He extended a welcoming hand "My name is Maximillion by the way, but you can call me Max"
Fiona grabbed his outstretched limb and shook it. "Fiona Fletcher. No laughin' at the alliteration"
"Wouldn't dream of it" Max replied honestly. His hand felt strong against Fiona's own. She was still chilled from the rain, but Max had warmth to him that reminded her of a comfortable bed, with thick, inviting covers and fluffy, cool pillows.

As the two fell apart again, the downpour started to relent. What was once a torrent became a smattering, and then, no precipitation whatsoever. Fiona peeked out of the cover of the tree and craned her neck upwards, watching the heavy cloud cover dissolve away into a clear, bright blue sky. In under five minutes, nothing was left of the thunder storm but wet grass and a slight dampness in the air.
"Well if that ain't the darndest thing…" She muttered, rising to her feet and venturing back out into the field.
"Hey, look at that. I've never seen the rain make way for the sun so quickly like that" Max followed Fiona into the clearing. "Maybe it's a sign?"
Fiona shot him a bemused look "A sign of what?"
Max glanced off into the distance, a distant look in his sky blue eyes. "Things to come…" He turned back to Fiona. "You said this is your farm. Care to show me around?"
For the first time, the young woman afforded her new friend a coy grin "Sure thing. I'll let you see whatever you want"

The duo made their way inland, towards the cow pasture that ran close to the Fletcher farmhouse, talking all the while. Max explained that he was "An electrician, of sorts", who was just passing through town. He'd been taking a brief jog after lunch when the weather hit. In truth, Fiona heard half of it. She had never been gifted with an abundance of an attention span, and she felt that her attention was more well spent wandering away from his words out to the mountainous horizon, and occasionally towards his small blue T-shirt and how tightly it stretched across his wide, steely pectorals.

Fiona leaned against the rough wooden fence that marked the perimeter of the cows' grazing field, casting an eye over the bovines within.
"Problem?" Max frowned, tracing her line of sight.
"No, actually" Fiona tilted her head in confusion. "The old girls are fine. Well that's a mite odd. Usually it only takes a loud noise or two to get em' riled up. I've never known the herd to stay calm after a thunderstorm like that."
"Maybe they felt safe during this one" Max offered.
Fiona snickered "That ain't likely. If I didn't know better, I'd say that ruckus in the clouds occurred nowhere else but right over our heads."
"Any other ideas dancing around in that head of yours?" Max smiled, sidling up behind her.
Fiona didn't turn around, but her grin grew. "I reckon I could guess what's in yours. I gotta say, you're a mighty forward gentleman"
"But you like that, don't you?" he responded, quieter this time. Closer to her.
"How is it you know so much about me?" Fiona murmured. "But you're still a mystery?"
"Would you like to find out more?" he whispered, right in her ear.
Fiona turned to face Maximillion. His shirt was off, revealing his powerful, sculpted chest. He rested both hands on the fence, on either side of her, caging her in. She instinctively felt her hand reach out, tracing the lines of his muscles and downwards, towards his loosened belt. Everything about the man before her was intoxicating, she wanted to drink him in and explore his body and soul. Everything he had to offer. "Ain't…exactly the place for such a thing" Fiona breathed, her words the last line of defense the more sensible part of her brain could throw up.
"Under the sun" Max grinned, his voice barely audible as his lips met her neck. "Out in the country, with no one around for miles. Seems right to me"

Her lips met his as they threw their arms around each other, Fiona feeling her body forced against Max's by his powerful limbs. Pure, animal instinct guided her as she fumbled with his belt, desperate to pull it off almost as much as her own.
"Ain't-ain't right" she shuddered as his tongue explored her neck and moved downwards, towards her breasts. "Just met, and…you getting on top of me…No-no manners at all."
"I did warn you" Max grunted as he unbuttoned her shirt "Lightning tends to get me excited"

As far as Fiona was concerned at this point, nothing existed except her body, the body of this mysterious, entrancing stranger and the clothing that served as an obstacle between them. What was happening was so delicious, so sensual and so perfectly WRONG that if she could, the country girl would have painted it on a stained glass window for the entire world to see. What happened next was the equivalent of someone throwing a rock straight through that window.

"I KNOW YOU'RE HERE SOMEWHERE!" a piercing female voice rang out, loud and as frightening as cannon fire.
Instantly, Max broke away from the half-clothed Fiona, a look of genuine terror on his face. "Oh no" he shuddered.
Fiona was still reeling from their initial embrace as she tried to piece together what had just happened. Suddenly, she felt Max's hands on her shoulder, shoving her hard off of the fence and into the cattle enclosure. She could have also sworn she felt a strange electric shock when his fingers left her torso.

"Just play along…" Max whispered through a frowning, wide-eyed look of worry.

Fiona was just about to protest to this radical shift in his treatment of her when she felt that same tingle run through her body again, from head to toe this time and climbing in intensity.

What happened next only occurred within the space of a few seconds, but from Fiona's perspective, it was an eternity.
First, she felt pressure against her breasts as the damp cotton of her shirt pressed into her swelling flesh. A similar feeling intensified in the space between her navel and crotch, her skin growing in mass and sensitivity.
The bewildered farm girl watched the skin on her arms fade to a ghostly white, then develop inky patches of black, which began to pop up across her entire body. A jolt in the seat of her pants made her realize that her spine was extending, pushing against the rough denim of her jeans. She could feel her ears elongating and drooping with newfound weight along the sides of her splotchy face.
Fiona was tempted to reach for her new ears, to try and confirm if they were real, but her hands instead flew to her chest again as her shirt began to cut painfully into her still growing breasts, which had surpassed the double-D mark and ventured into uncharted territory. The sensation of her shirt being filled with flesh was only matched by her pants, which popped open with a brief snap as the button flew off and the fly was forced down by a round, pinkish mass that seemed to be growing out of her abdomen. Fiona ignored the stinging sensation in her rear and fixated on the new mammary gland rising between her thighs like a mound of dough. Her breasts had hit roughly the size of fleshy, white basketballs when their growth slowed to a stop. Her new udder reached their size, then exceeded it, growing noticeably larger before it's swelling too ground to a halt. Four pink nipples poked their way upwards from the large, swollen mammary, each one about an inch and a half high and as thick around as a man's thumb.
Finally, as a last little insult, a thin, ropey white tail punched its way out of her pants, lying on the ground behind her with a tuft of blonde hair on the end.

Fiona gawked, unable to address what had just occurred. She stared at the back of Max's head, too shocked, angry and terrified to speak. What the hell had just happened? What in the name of everything precious had he just done to her? Just as her words started to come back to her, the female voice from before echoed through the field, stealing the voice from her throat.
"THERE you are. Damn you to Hades you infidelious SNAKE!"
Fiona peeked from behind Max to catch a look at the voice's owner. She was greeted with the sight of a tall, statuesque woman striding across the field toward the pair. Her long, wavy brown hair was tied up in a loose bun and the only article of clothing she wore, an embellished white length of cloth wrapped around her body, did absolutely nothing to disguise her voluptuous, matronly figure. She stormed up towards the man in front of her with all the grace of a freight train, her face ending up inches away from Max's own.
"You thought I wouldn't notice that you'd skipped out!? That you'd ordered Hermes to distract me while you headed down to earth to play nookie again with some idiotic mortal?!" Her eyes seemed to smolder with unearthly rage.
Max would have swallowed if there was any moisture in his throat. "You've got it all wrong Dear, I'm not here with anyone! It's just me and the cows…look-" He turned around, then froze, his mouth half open and his right arm held in front of him in attempt to gesture towards a bovine that wasn't there. Slowly, both the man and woman brought their respective gazes down to look at Fiona. She gaped back at them, still speechless.
If the woman had been angry before, she was five seconds away from exploding into a column of fire. "OH!" She exclaimed in a voice that seemed to echo off of the distant mountains. 'Well of course, the cows! It's not like you were interrupted halfway inside of some country bumpkin and tried to cover your ass, LIKE YOU ALWAYS DO!"
Max's eyes were bouncing around in their sockets like ping-pong balls between the two women on either side of the fence, as if searching for a safe zone.
The mysterious woman wasn't done yet. "I can't BELIEVE you tried to pull the exact same trick that you did with that Io woman. What's the matter, can't pull it off under pressure? You didn't even perform the transformation correctly, leaving this poor girl trapped between forms!"
Fiona's ears perked up at her mention "Look, maybe-"
She was cut off almost instantly. "And YOU!" the other woman pointed to the cowgirl, who immediately shrank back once she was under the full scope of this woman's fury. "Who do you think you are? What self respecting female just GIVES herself to some random stranger in the middle of a field? Sorry, has it been a while? Getting a little antsy? All it takes is someone who can whip up a little thunder and lightning over your head to get you out of your cheap jeans? This is as much your fault as it is his! I should complete my husband's botched transformation and send you to the slaughterhouse! We'll see how eager you are to bed a married man when you're HAMBURGERS!"
Fiona's eyes widened in terror. "NO! Please don't!" Tears began to well up in her eyes as the concept of a firsthand experience at the killing floor danced through her head.
Max finally found his voice, stepping in between the two girls. "Hera, please. She's an innocent! Don't take it out on her, it's my fault! Blame me!"
Fiona sobbed slightly, then suddenly looked upwards with a flash of recognition. "Hera? I've heard that before. Aint that Greek or…yeah that's the name of a goddess or…but that would mean that he's-"
"Yes" Hera interjected "This waste of skin is my brother and husband, Zeus. King of Gods, Lord of the Skies, Wielder of Lightning, Serial Adulterer..." She looked sideways at him "And is being surprisingly noble."
Zeus shrugged, a faint grin playing across his lips as he sensed the softness in his wife's words. "I don't want her to suffer any more for something that I've done to you. You know I've always had an affection for humans"
"Believe me" Hera rolled her eyes "I've noticed. I'd say it's more like the millennia have softened you. Whatever happened to the Zeus who would turn a woman into a fly and eat her just to preserve his throne? The man who overturned the map of the world just to spite the King of Ithica?" She started to walk her fingers across his bare chest "Where's my thunder god?"
"He's still in here" Zeus' smile widened "He's still here dear sister. You just need to muster the storm clouds."
"I can do more than that" Hera said as she teased at the zipper on his pants. She looked skywards. "We should be going."
The god turned back to Fiona one last time. He didn't say a word, just a simple, apologetic gesture of open hands and wide eyes.
Hera followed her husband's gaze and raised an eyebrow. "Oh, just leave her. I think she's learned her lesson" she turned back to Zeus "But don't think I'm not going to make you pay for this"
"I'm planning on it" he replied.
And with a bright flash of light and a roaring boom of thunder, they were gone.

It was a long time before Fiona could find the strength to rise to her feet again. She slowly brought her boots underneath herself and then unsteadily rose to standing. She teetered slightly, thrown off by the abundance of new weight in her frontal region causing her to steady herself against the fence. The altered young woman drew a shuddering breath and tried to center her thoughts. She finally decided it was time to inspect the extent of the damage.
First, she felt the length of her soft ears. Each one five inches at the tip. Her face seemed relatively unchanged, thank god she hadn't grown a snout. And no horns either, she noted as she scooped her hat off of the ground securing it firmly on her head. Oddly, and thankfully in Fiona's opinion, she hadn't sprouted a second layer of hair across her entire body. Her skin was still her own, just a milky white embellished with broad black patches.
Milky…
Fiona looked down at her expanded breasts with a mixture of revulsion and curiousity. She brought a hand to her chest, running it across the smooth circumference of the fleshy orb. She squeezed it slightly. It was firm, but yielding, and either it was just her imagination, or a sloshing sound was vaguely audible from within.  Fiona sighed, they were truly gigantic, each one easily the size of her head, if not bigger. She had never placed much stock in her breasts, maybe because they had never been anything too impressive. She wasn't about to go out and try to wrangle herself a man with these behemoths, but Fiona couldn't imagine that they would hurt. Then came time for the…udder. She could barely even see it past the expanse of her bosom, but she could definitely feel it, a great, swollen fleshy bag of milk hanging between her belly button and vulva, spotted with four thick, sensitive teats. She winced, debating exactly how far she should go with this exploration of her new body. Taking a deep breath, she pinched one of her new nipples like she had so many times before with the cows in her barn and gave it a quick tug. She was rewarded with an altogether not unpleasant sensation of relief in her new organ and the sight of a thin stream of white liquid arcing out from beneath her breasts.
"Oh god" Fiona muttered, and then cut her prayer short when she remembered who was to blame for her current predicament. The cowgirl's hands flew away from her undercarriage as she realized that she had joined the ranks of dairy producers on her farm. She felt like breaking down again, burying her head in her arms and waiting to wake up from this dream. But that wasn't going to happen. It would accomplish nothing and Fiona wasn't the kind of girl to lie around and weep into her pillow over some duplicitous guy. She could still work, nothing had truly changed. Hell, she might even be able to contribute more to the farm if she ever worked up the nerve to bottle her own milk.
Deciding that it was only a matter of time before she would have to explain this to her folks, Fiona set back to the farmhouse, all the while struggling to re-button her shirt, which could barely even wrap around her mammoth endowments. Her tail involuntarily swatted at the air behind her.
"Hell" she cursed "I can see why nobody prays to those jerks anymore. Pa's gonna kill me…"
