Here's the last part! The picture, as always, was done by :iconhofbondage: as a reward from their Patreon.

Sierra, unfortunately, was far too familiar with the fact that she could do what the note wanted, though that didn't do anything to make her want to do it. This was something she'd already had to do much too often this summer, especially for a grown-up, much less a nearly fully-trained witch, with only one more year of studies to get through.

"I won't!" she sulked, crossing her arms, unthinkingly smearing food across more of her shirt. "You can't make me!"

She didn't care if it looked like she was having an argument to herself, making her look even sillier to the growing number of outside observers. This was too far! Not that the rest of it hadn't been, really, but she was drawing the line here.

'You must not want your wand back,' the note replied. 'That's fine with me. Stay there as long as you like.'

Was that really her choice?! Stay here in her baby outfit, for everyone to see as they came to watch to fireworks, or mess her diaper in front of all the people who had already arrived?! She sniffled, feeling her tummy rumble ominously. With as much as she'd eaten, it would be inevitable that it would have to come out at some point, and she wasn't confident she'd be able to wait until the fireworks had started, to distract from her own shameful display, much less until they were over and everyone was leaving.

"This is so not fair," Sierra pouted, feeling like she had to make sure to lodge that complaint, even if she didn't expect anything to come of it. She did wait, for a moment, just in case it did make any difference, but she wasn't surprised when the note stayed the same, and there were no other signs that her words had moved whatever, or whoever, was doing this to her.

She looked around nervously, seeing that, by now, there were people seated on every side of her, meaning, if they happened to look her way, there was no direction she could face to try to hide what she was doing. There was always a chance that one of them would see her red face as she strained and grunted, and another would see the seat of her diaper expanding and sagging.

In a way, she almost wished she was toddler-sized again, because at least then this behavior would seem normal. She didn't look her age, and, in fact, she felt like that was more true than ever since that misadventure, that she'd never quite been able to get back to her full height, but there was no mistaking now that she definitely was too old to be pooping her Pampers in public like this.

She didn't want to stand, to put her diaper on display that much, so she stayed on her hands and knees, crawling around, trying to do the impossible and find the least humiliating position, not noticing, until it was too late, that she was getting awfully close to the edge of the blanket.

"Ouch!" she shrieked as a shock ran through her body, her bladder spasming, sending another trickle of wetness into her white diaper. This time, however, with all that lemonade she'd been drinking, it didn't stop right away, the dribble only speeding up, turning into a full-fledged stream. "Stop it!" she demanded, feeling the warmth spreading as the padding swelled up, absorbing her accident, her protests, of course, just serving to make more people look in her direction and see her on her hands and knees, her white diaper making it obvious that she was wetting herself.

She plopped down, her diaper squishing beneath her bottom, thumb sneaking its way up to her mouth again, less because of the hypnosis this time, if she could even blame that for it when she was falling asleep, and more from the habit she'd formed during her time being treated like a baby. It definitely felt like she was back in the daycare now, except that now, unless whoever had done this and was sending her notes was going to show up and volunteer, there was nobody to change her, no way to escape her soggy diaper unless she ate everything in that picnic basket.

And, in order to do that, she was going to have to do what the note had told her, and make room. Unconsciously sucking on her thumb, she closed her eyes, knowing that it wouldn't really make any difference, or keep anyone from seeing her, but at least preventing her from having to see anybody else, and, pretending she was in the bathroom, sitting on a toilet, she started to push.

Her illusion was quickly shattered when she felt the warm mush begin to flow out of her, her diaper crackling as it expanded to make room for it. She wrinkled her nose, feeling the mass grow, her body instinctively lifting itself off the blanket, then sticking her bottom out, up into the air, as she heard more and more whispering and giggling, making it harder and harder to pretend she was alone.

But she knew she had to keep going, straining and grunting, diaper ballooning outwards, and downwards, as she made it heavier and heavier with her stinky, squishy mess, absolutely mortified to be doing this here, in public, and on purpose. She wasn't sure if it was better or worse that her audience didn't know that she was intentionally choosing to do this, rather than having an accident. She didn't particularly want them to think she had no control over that, but at the same time, was it really any better that she was pooping her pants on purpose?

Finally, after what felt like an eternity, it was over, Sierra panting, wiggling her bottom and wincing as she felt the damage, tentatively reaching back with her free hand to feel the bulge. There was no way anybody was going to miss that! Everyone who looked at her was going to know what a big baby she was, even if they somehow didn't smell her!

She opened her eyes, keeping them cast down at the blanket, turning towards the basket, wondering if she could make it through the rest of the contents without sitting down. As soon as she saw the basket, however, it no longer mattered, as she plopped down anyway in shock, squeaking as she sank into the mushy mess in her diaper, feeling it squelch beneath her.

'Now that you've filled your diaper,' the note read, 'I've given your basket a little refill as well.'

The basket was full again, overflowing, in fact. She'd had the rest of the baked beans to get through, as well as a few jars of baby food, seemingly there to mock her, and a bowl of pudding. Now, she had all that, except the baby food had taken over every empty space.

"That's no fair!" she sniffed. "No fair, no fair, no fair!" She kicked her feet in frustration, her soft booties not even giving her the satisfaction of a loud stomp. It was only then that she noticed the thumb in her mouth, taking it out with a blush, realizing how much more infantile she had looked that whole time than she'd even thought.

With a whimper, she looked to the basket. She was still in the same position, still trapped with this impossible, humiliating choice. Sighing, she picked up the first jar of baby food and got to work, dipping her hand into it, slurping the mush down, feeling it dripping down her chin, making herself not care.

By the time she was finished, she was feeling very full again, but she didn't dare complain about it, or try to 'solve' her problem like she had next time, knowing she couldn't afford another refill. Already, it was starting to get dark, which did give her a little cover as she sat there in her dirty diaper, covered in baby food, and gorged herself, but also, as she knew it would, drawing in far more people to come watch the fireworks.

The pudding could have been a nice treated after all those mashed peas and prunes and other icky baby food, but at this point, everything mostly tasted the same to her. "There!" she declared, slurping the last of it down. "Are you happy now? Where's my wand?!"

She wasn't sure how she was going to be able to use it with so many people around, but she'd feel so much better with it, and if she was able to find a private spot, she could get herself out of this messy diaper, and this awful outfit, and back into her grown-up clothes.

'Get out of the park before the fireworks are over, and it will be waiting for you in your room,' the note told her. 'Otherwise, I'm keeping it.'

"That's not what you said!" Sierra gasped. "You just said I had to eat everything! It's mine! You can't have it! It chose me!"

She could still remember getting that wand, and how long it had taken for her to find just the right one. None of them had seemed quite right, and wouldn't do exactly what she wanted, except for this one. She couldn't lose it! Who knew if she'd be able to find another that would work as well!

The note didn't acknowledge its cheating, or her distress. Instead, it changed to read, 'And Sierra? Watch out for the fireworks.'

Sierra squirmed, the words looking awfully ominous. Of course, that was exactly what she was here to do, but now that the note had said that, she couldn't help thinking that might not be such a good idea.

Tentatively, she reached her hand out, seeing that the bars of light had vanished. She stumbled to her feet, whimpering as she felt the mass in her diaper shift at the movement, and again as she started to walk. She kept her eyes down, tugging at her shirt, trying not to bump into anyone, which was getting more and more difficult as more people showed up for the fireworks, as she overheard them whispering to one another about her, asking each other if they ought to catch her, and help her look for her Mommy.

She sped up, not wanting to have to try to explain this, toddling frantically for the entrance to the park, moving against the crowd, the sky growing darker and darker until, at last, she heard a bang above her. Automatically, she turned, seeing a flower of color spreading out across the sky.

And then, just like with the bubbles, a haze began to flow through her mind. "No!" she swallowed, realizing that was what the warning was about. The fireworks were enchanted the way the bubbles had been! If she watched too many of them, she was going to end up an empty-headed little baby again!

She closed her eyes tight, still hearing the explosions, bumping into person after person, having to hope she was still aimed in the right direction, until finally, one grabbed her by the shoulders and told her to, "Watch where you're going!"

She opened her eyes automatically to apologize, her words replaced with a soft grunt as another cramp hit her. Her eyes opened wide as she struggled to stop herself, giving her a perfect view as the next set of fireworks began to go of. Instantly, she forgot what she was going to do, not thinking twice about pushing to help the pain in her tummy until a moment later, when her diaper began to grow even fuller, her thumb popping back into her mouth.

"N-No!" she shook her head, not far enough gone yet to accept this. Unfortunately, it didn't matter, the belly full of baby food ready to be evacuated, and too soft and mushy for her to be able to stop it. The woman who had scolded her wrinkled her nose, letting go of her and stepping away, leaving Sierra in peace to squat down, helplessly pooping her diaper for a second time that day, unable to tear her eyes away from the fireworks going off above her head as she did so, each one melting away a little more of her adulthood until, by the time she'd finished filling her pants, she was happy to sit down in the middle of the park and giggle at the pretty lights, completely forgetting about her quest to get her wand, or her adulthood, for that matter, back.
