"Just follow the walkway around until you see the bathrooms," the nice woman smiled at Sierra, "and the office will be just on the other side of them. Good luck!"

Sierra smiled, feeling a little more confident now than she had been a few minutes earlier, as she'd stood out on the sidewalk, nervously adjusting her dress, trying to gather the courage to walk in. After everything she'd been through, she'd been afraid nobody would help her out, or would think she was some little kid who had gotten separated from her Mommy, but, if the woman standing at the jewelry counter had thought that, she'd very kindly kept it to herself.

Sierra smiled and waved, heading off on the path that had been indicated for her. This place was huge, she thought, looking around, gazing up at the signs overhead, arrows pointing out all the different departments. It had looked big from the outside, and she hadn't been there before, which was why she'd stopped to ask for directions, but, if anything, it seemed even more huge on the inside. Thankfully, the sign also pointed out which way the bathroom was, so she was good to go.

At least, until she turned the corner and found herself right in the middle of the underwear department. Instantly, she felt her cheeks warming up as she was overwhelmed with memories of her experiences at the mall, and, especially, at Victoria's Secret. This place wasn't that, thankfully, but the way the tables were set up, showing off all the different styles of panties, immediately made her think of that.

Was this a bad idea? She'd thought so when she'd seen the ad, and debated about showing up here at all before she told herself she was being silly. This wasn't the mall, she reminded herself, even if it felt as big as one. There was no reason to think history was going to repeat itself here.

She quickened her pace, holding her purse, with her wand tucked away inside, closer, blushing harder as she passed by a customer, as if they somehow could read her mind, or her memories, not breathing easily until she'd come out the other side into the rest of the women's clothing department. She still felt small, and a little inadequate, there, knowing most of the stuff was too big for her, but it was still much better than where she'd just come out of.

Finally, after what seemed like a huge hike, she spotted the bathrooms in the distance. She considered stopping there first, just in case, but decided against it. She didn't really feel as though she needed to go right now, and she didn't want to risk being late. She knocked tentatively on the door just past the bathrooms marked 'Employees Only', feeling anxious about opening it herself, and breaking the clearly posted rules, even though when she'd called the number in the ad, that was what it had told her to do.

Fortunately, the door opened for her, a guy walking out. "Oh, are you here for the interview?" he asked. "You can wait in that room just through there. The manager is with someone else, but she'll find you there when you're done."

"Thanks," Sierra blushed, slipping in. There was nobody else there, which gave her the option of letting her nervous energy out by pacing the room, until another worker walked through and gave her a confused look. After that, Sierra sat down in one of the chairs, legs swinging as she waited, trying to prepare herself for the interview.

She thought she was just about ready when she heard the door open. She looked up, towards the door that led further into the offices, where she knew the manager would be coming from at first, even though she could tell the sound had come from the other side, turning her head a moment later, expecting another worker.

"Well, well, well," Morgan smirked. "Look who it is."

Sierra's eyes widened, her hands reaching instantly for her purse, although all she did for now was clutch it, nibbling her bottom lip. "Wh-What are you doing here?" she asked, wiggling in her seat, staring up at the teenager who had been her babysitter for quite a while, looking after her alongside the twins Sierra had been hired to nanny for, before things had gone drastically wrong.

"Calm down," Morgan giggled. "I'm just here to interview for the job. Same as you, I assume?" She looked Sierra up and down, the older girl swallowing, adjusting her skirt, certain that Morgan was searching for signs of padding. Thankfully, there weren't any, but that didn't stop the witch from feeling self-conscious. "That doesn't look like the uniform here, anyway."

"Y-Yeah," Sierra nodded, cautiously watching the girl, not taking her hands off of her purse. "A-Are the twins in pre-school now?"

"Yeah," Morgan shrugged, flouncing over to the seat beside Sierra and plopping down. Sierra squirmed to the other side of the chair, holding her purse even tighter. "It's too bad. It was a good job. I think this'll be nice, too, though, as an after-school thing."

"S-Sure," Sierra agreed, eyeing the door back out of this room. She didn't really want to end up working alongside Morgan, after everything that had happened between them, but she also didn't want to find out the girl got the job instead of her, since she was probably more qualified, considering Sierra's rather spotty employment history. Only one of them could list Ms. Barlow as a reference, after all.

"Hey," Morgan tilted her head, looking over at Sierra, "what's wrong, brat?" Sierra blushed, hearing the word she'd called the girl, when she'd been the one in charge, and that Morgan had so loved throwing back in her face after the tables had turned. "You're not still upset about what happened with the twins, and Ms. Barlow, are you?"

"What?!" Sierra's eyes widened. "Of course I am!"

"That wasn't my fault!" Morgan told her. "It was just a job! I'm older now, anyway, and I totally understand how annoying I was back then. I'm not mad at you."

It wasn't like it had been that long ago, Sierra thought. And of course Morgan wasn't mad! She'd had plenty of opportunities to get revenge! Morgan was the one who had set off the chain of events that had ended with Sierra regressed and diapered, the youngest of the family for a while.

"Listen," Morgan sighed, seeing how uncomfortable Sierra was, "I'm sorry, okay? I guess that doesn't really mean much, but I am. How can I make it up to you? Do you want me to skip out on this interview to give you a better shot?"

That might be nice, Sierra had to admit. Then again, that wasn't really fair to Morgan. There was already at least one more person interviewing for the job, and for all she knew, they were more qualified than either one of them. "No, you don't have to do that," she shook her head.

"Well, what can I do?" Morgan asked. "Seriously, Sierra, just name it!"

"Y-You don't have to do anything," Sierra told her, starting to remember why Morgan had annoyed her so much to begin with. It was nice to have someone who looked up to her because she was older, and presumably cooler, than her, and especially nice to hear that Morgan still felt that way after everything that had happened between them, but she didn't want the girl to go back to her sad puppy dog mode, and start following her around to try to help her out with whatever she was doing. "I'm over it."

"No, you aren't," Morgan pouted, seeing through her instantly. She looked around the room, eyes lighting up. "Do you want some coffee? I can get you a cup!"

Sierra had never liked coffee, unless it was something super sugary and syrupy, that barely qualified, and, if she had, she'd had plenty of chances to get some from the pot in the corner of the room herself. If it would make Morgan feel better to fetch some for her, though, and make her be quiet for a moment, she could fake her way through a sip or two. "Sure," she made herself smile. "That would be great."

"Okay!" Morgan bounced up, hurrying over to the coffee pot. "Do you want cream and sugar?"

Sierra knew it would be cooler, and more mature, to say no, and drink it black, but she wasn't confident in her ability to drink any of it without giving away how much she disliked it even with that helping out, so, to give herself the best shot, she nodded. "Yeah, why not?"

"How many?"

Sierra should have seen that coming, but still wasn't prepared. "Umm, two?"

"Of which?" Morgan smirked, making Sierra worry her ruse had already been seen through. Thankfully, she answered herself. "Both?"

Was that too much? Was it not enough? Sierra really didn't know, but she nodded anyway, for the sake of getting this over with. Morgan went to work, pouring the coffee into one of the styrofoam cups, adding stuff in, mixing it up, Sierra anxiously watching the doorway in the hopes that the manager would show up and whisk her away before she had to take a sip.

That didn't happen, however, and, a few moments later, Morgan was sitting next to her, handing over the cup. "Be careful," she instructed, "it's pretty hot."

"Thanks," Sierra smiled at her, taking the cup with both hands, staring down at it, feeling the warmth. She let it sit for a moment, cooling off, still holding onto the possibility of hearing the door open to save her. Finally, she knew she'd stalled long enough, and blew on the drink, taking a sip.

It wasn't as bad as she'd expected, if she was being honest. The cream and sugar helped, and there was something strangely familiar about the taste, although it was very faint, and she couldn't quite place it. "That's good," she said, barely even lying.

"Drink some more," Morgan encouraged her proudly.

Sierra obeyed, still impressed with the second gulp. How had Morgan learned to do this? Did she drink coffee herself already? Sierra supposed there was no real age limit on it, and she'd known some kids who liked it, but it still seemed odd to her.

"Now then," Morgan said, once Sierra had taken another couple swallows, "why don't we have a little chat?"

"Uh, sure," Sierra shrugged. "What do you want to talk about?"

"Well," Morgan grinned, "why don't we talk about how a silly brat like you thinks she's qualified to work in a place like this, with all those big girl panties, when she isn't even ready for them herself?"

Sierra blushed, gasping as the girl reached for the hem of her skirt. She didn't have enough hands to do everything she needed, especially when she was using both of them for her coffee, which, in her panic, fell to the floor, spilling all over as one hand reached down to keep her skirt held down, and the other slipped into her purse, grabbing for her wand.

"Incarcerous!" Sierra exclaimed, snapping her wand at the girl. It was the first thing that came to her mind to keep Morgan away from her, although she knew she'd have to come up with something else quickly, so that nobody would walk in and find Sierra sitting there next to someone all tied up and gagged with magical ropes. That would be difficult to explain, and probably not the best way to start her interview.

Instead, however, nothing happened. Sierra frowned, giving her wand a shake, trying again. "Silly Sierra," Morgan giggled, reaching into her own purse and pulling something out. Sierra's tummy churned at the sight of the tiny vial, a few drops of milk still sitting at the bottom. "Ms. Barlow gave me a little of her breastmilk, just in case. Looks like it was pretty handy, huh?"

Sierra gulped, knowing what that meant. As long as it was inside her, the older woman's much stronger magic would overpower hers, making it impossible to use any spells. That was what had left her so helpless against Morgan for so long.

"And thank you for this," Morgan snatched the wand away. "I had a feeling that was where you were keeping it, but I was worried you might have some booby traps set up or something."

"Y-You don't even..." Sierra started, eyes widening as Morgan gave the wand a swish in her direction, her head spinning as she felt something change. "Wh-What did you do?!"

"Ms. Barlow taught me a few tricks," Morgan smirked, tucking the wand away in her purse. "Now, just look at this mess you made! Honestly, I ought to spank your naughty bottom for this! But I think, first, I need to check on it."

Sierra reached for her skirt again, trying to beat Morgan to it, only to find the hem wasn't where she expected. She looked down, blushing bright red as she saw her dress had changed, the neckline getting higher, a Peter Pan collar growing out of the top, the skirt both shortening and blossoming outwards into a far more childish style, leaving her panties on display.

"Those aren't going to do at all," Morgan shook her head, taking Sierra's hand and yanking her up out of the chair. As soon as her feet hit the floor, Sierra could tell the dress wasn't the only thing that had changed, as, rather than the click of her heels hitting the floor, she heard a soft patter, looking down at her feet to see a pair of booties on them instead.

"This isn't fair!" Sierra protested as Morgan pulled her out of the office. The girl must have grown since Sierra had left Ms. Barlow's house, Sierra mused, because she was definitely taller than Sierra now, which only made the situation more embarrassing. Everything looked bigger now, in fact, as Sierra was dragged back through the store, nervously tugging on her skirt as she was guided to the bathroom. That must have been because of the heels, she thought, and the loss of them making her a couple inches shorter.

Except, once she got into the bathroom, she realized the toilets looked too big, too. Thankfully, nobody else was in there, because Morgan took her to the changing table that folded out of the wall, and it was right in the middle of the room, not tucked away in a stall to give any privacy. Morgan easily lifted her up, setting her down on the table, and Sierra looked across the room to the mirrors hanging over the sinks, gasping at what she saw.

She knew, from experience, that she'd fit on them anyway, but, despite her usual, petite size, it wasn't a perfect fit. Her feet, at least, would normally hang over the edge. Now, however, she looked positively tiny, sitting on top of it, and it was obvious that there would be no issue whatsoever with her fitting if she laid down. There was probably room for two of her, in fact!

She stared down at herself in a panic, wondering how things had gotten that bad without her realizing it, but her body looked the same from that perspective. Unlike with Ms. Barlow, she'd been shrunken, not regressed, so she at least still looked like an adult, or as much as she ever did. "St-Stop this right now!" she demanded.

"I don't think so," Morgan told her, stepping away to the machine beside the changing table. Sierra stared down at the floor below her, realizing she was trapped there, unless she wanted to risk spraining her ankle from the fall. "I need to get you something more appropriate to wear."

She put a few coins into the machine, and it spit out a small package that the girl unwrapped, pulling out exactly what Sierra had feared. "N-No!" she shook her head. "M-Morgan, please!"

But it didn't matter. Morgan pushed her onto her back and strapped her down, trapping her in place as she slid the shrunken witch's panties down, replacing them with a big, thick, crinkly diaper. "That's much better!" Morgan declared. "Just like old times!"

"Morgan!" Sierra groaned as she was released and lifted down to the floor, seeing in her reflection that her diaper was almost completely visible beneath the short dress. "You can't do this!"

"Except, I already did," Morgan reminded her, giving her a pat on the bottom, Sierra blushing at the rustling of plastic, and the all-too familiar feeling of padding. "Now, I know I promised you a spanking, but I don't want to be late for my interview, so that will have to wait."

"What about my interview?!" Sierra demanded, stomping her foot, which wasn't nearly as satisfying, thanks to the soft bootie muffling most of the noise. "I can't go in there like this!"

"You have something much more important to do," Morgan told her. "You want me to change you back, don't you?"

"Yes!" Sierra glared at her.

"And you want these, right?" She held Sierra's panties over her head. Sierra knew it wouldn't be as easy as this, but she couldn't help herself, reaching for them, jumping up to try to snatch them away, only to have Morgan raise them up out of her grasp at the last moment.

"No, no," Morgan shook her head. "It's not going to be that easy. But, if you're the big girl you claim you are, it shouldn't be that hard. All you have to do is bring me a pair of big girl panties, while your diaper is still dry and clean, and I'll fix you up. Simple as that! If you can do that, I'll believe you're mature enough to deserve to interview for the same job as me."

"I have some right there!" Sierra leapt up for the panties again, seeing that Morgan had let her hand lower again. Of course, it hadn't been the accident Sierra had hoped it was, and Morgan pulled them up out of her reach again.

"These don't count," Morgan said. "Bring me some other ones, or I'm leaving you like that. Got it?"

This wasn't that bad, Sierra told herself. She'd passed tables and tables of underwear on her way here. All she had to do was go grab a pair off of them, and she'd be done! But was she tall enough to reach them anymore? She honestly wasn't certain. If she wasn't, she'd have to ask somebody for help, and, if they saw her like this, shrunken and diapered, would they really give them to her? Even worse than that, it would be a long journey back to this part of the store. If anybody saw her, toddling along with her prize, would they leave her alone, or assume she was a runaway toddler and take them away before going to 'help' her find her Mommy?

"Sierra," Morgan reached down, lifting Sierra's chin upwards, and out of her anxious thoughts. "Do you understand? Or are you giving up now?"

"I-I understand," Sierra squeaked, blushing as she felt a nervous twinge in her bladder. She squeezed her thighs together frantically, realizing the other part of the challenge that was going to make this even harder. "I-I can do it."

"We'll see," Morgan told her skeptically, opening the bathroom door and sending Sierra outside with a swat to her diapered bottom. "Now, get going! Don't forget, I babysat you for quite a while, little brat. I know it won't be long at all until your Pampers are soaked."

I seem to be doing a lot of stories about Sierra going on job interviews lately, but I realized I hadn't used that actual title yet ^-^ This is a sequel to this story. The picture was done by :iconhofbondage: as a reward from their Patreon.
