She was stunned for a moment or two, then scrambled up, squeezing her thighs together. It had been a shock, but she didn't think she'd had an accident. It was hard to tell for sure, since her suit, and the outside of her diaper, was definitely damp now, from hitting the sand. Nervously, she slipped a finger past the legbands of her diaper, checking.
Some water had gotten in. It wasn't much, hopefully not enough to get her in trouble, but she could feel it. "Stupid ocean!" she kicked at it, before seeing something else to make her upset with it, as she had to splash further out to go fetch her flip-flops, which the waves had started to pull out, away from her. "They're mine!" she told the ocean, grabbing them, putting them back on her feet and marching to the shore.
Before she could sit back down and worry over what she was going to do about her now damp diaper, she stumbled over one of the shovels, lying in the sand, tumbling into a hole that definitely hadn't been there before. She'd scratched at the sand a little, but barely done anything, certainly nothing this big! She tried to step up out of it, only to feel sand pouring down onto her bare legs, turning to see both shovels now, filling the hole back in, with her inside it!
It wasn't as big a shock as it could have been. Honestly, she was more surprised she'd forgotten that she'd done this. On the last trip to the playground, in an effort to keep the twins entertained, she'd enchanted their sand toys, letting them help the boys make their biggest, most impressive sand castle yet. She thought she'd remembered to disenchant them afterwards, but they'd all been so tired after the trip, she must have fallen asleep before she had, after tucking the twins in. Her idly messing with the shovel must have counted as playing, which had activated the spell again.
"No," she scolded the plastic tools as they floated back and forth, dumping more sand on her feet, working very quickly for as small as they were. "I'm not playing! Stop it!"
She bent down, trying to scoop some of the sand away, only to quickly regret it as she felt something brush against her back. There was a tug, like she was getting a diaper check, and, immediately, she turned, seeing the rake pulling open the rear of her diaper, one of the shovels coming in with a load of sand.
"No!" She smacked the rake aside, blushing at the thought of how uncomfortable that would have been. "What is wrong with you?! I made you!"
That, she realized, might have been the problem. She'd made them, then left them in the garage, and not disenchanted them, or taken them to play again, since. Was this some kind of revenge? Were they sentient enough to want that? Either way, they were determined enough to keep burying her, until she was in sand as high as her knees. "Stupid toys!" she growled, grabbing at one of the shovels to use to help dig herself out, only for it to fly out of reach, almost taunting her. As she was yelling at it, distracted, she felt the rake again.
"Go away!" she yelled at it, trying to bat it away again, only to find it had gotten smarter this time, finding a spot right at the center of her back, where she couldn't reach as easily. And, worse than that, it wasn't the shovels that were working with it now.
"No, no, no!" she squealed, shaking her head as she saw one of the buckets looming near, water splashing out of it as it moved, the other down near the ocean, likely filling itself up. "Please, don't!" She could feel the front of her diaper growing tighter as the rake pulled harder, giving the bucket plenty of space to aim for. "I-I'll play with you every day!" she promised. "You can stay in my room if you want! Just don't do this!" She could maybe explain away the little bit of wetness that was there in her diaper already, but Ms. Barclay wouldn't be happy if she came back with a whole bucketful of water in it. "I'm gonna be in so much trouble!"

"Really?" Ms. Barclay stared at her over the top of her sunglasses. "You expect me to believe that?"
"It's true!" Sierra insisted, blushing as she glanced back at the lifeguard who had found her and helped her out of the sand. He was so tall, and handsome, and very much not in diapers like she was. "R-Right?"
"I found her playing in the sand," he said. "As for the rest... Well, obviously, she has a very overactive imagination. I just suggest you keep a closer eye on her."
"Oh, don't worry," the woman shook her head. "I will. Thank you so much."
"It's true!" Sierra tried again, as the lifeguard walked away. "I-I'm a witch! I'm sorry I didn't tell you before, but that word has some bad connotations, and some people don't understand that it doesn't mean..."
"Sierra, this diaper is absolutely soaked," Ms. Barclay cut her off. "Way more than I ever imagined. Either you disobeyed me and went right into the ocean, and thought you could fib your way out of it, or you had an accident and tried to cover it up."
"No!" Sierra shook her head. "I didn't do either, I swear! I just went in far enough to get my flip-flops! That's... Hey!"
She gasped as Ms. Barclay pushed her onto her back on the blanket, starting to tug her swimsuit bottoms down, exposing all of her now very swollen diaper. It was a miracle the thing hadn't exploded, honestly. Sierra turned red as she heard the college girls giggling, almost definitely watching, and maybe even taking pictures. "Wh-What are you doing?" she whimpered.
"You can't stay in this," the woman said. "So I'm changing you."
"Here?!" Sierra squealed. "Ms. Barclay!" She covered her face, realizing her pleas were doing her no good as the woman began to untape her diaper. "Please, no!"
"Hush," Ms. Barclay commanded, undoing the other tape, starting to wipe the mortified girl off. How many people were around? How many were seeing this?! She couldn't believe this was happening! She squirmed, feeling so tiny, and helpless, not even able to form the words to ask for mercy, not that they were likely to do any good. She felt a fresh diaper being slid under her, the gentle rain of powder, the slickness of baby oil, and the soft massage as her employer rubbed them all in, clearly believing she needed the protection of them to save her from diaper rash, like she really was dependent on her diapers.
"Here we go," Ms. Barclay cooed, pulling the diaper up tightly between the girl's legs. "Let's get you taped in, nice and snug, where you belong."
Sierra managed a couple wordless whines of protest, none of which stopped the woman from doing exactly what she'd said, sealing Sierra into her fresh diaper. "Aww, it's okay," she said, when Sierra didn't move her hands away from her face, not wanting to see the world around her, which had just witnessed that. "It's all right, sweetie."
Sierra felt herself being picked up, much easier than she would have expected, no matter how much bigger than her Ms. Barclay was. "I know just what you need," the woman told her, shifting Sierra in her arms, then pushing her up against something. Sierra didn't recognize it at first, just felt the warmth of it, tasted a faint saltiness against her lips.
"Here we go," Ms. Barclay moved her again, pressing Sierra's mouth around something. "Just suck, sweetie. You know what to do."
Sierra was glad her eyes were already shut, or she would have had to do it then. This definitely wasn't a bottle, so she could only assume the worst, that Ms. Barclay was breast-feeding her there, on the beach, in front of everyone! She squealed her disgust, but the woman's arms were strong, keeping her from squirming away, or doing anything until, at last, she complied, wrinkling her nose and gagging as she was forced to suck, feeling the warm milk fill her mouth and trickle down her throat.
Ms. Barclay let her drink away for a couple minutes before speaking up again. "Do you feel it?" she whispered. "I bet you do. Do you feel my magic inside you, muffling yours? That's right, Sierra. I know you really are a witch."
Sierra frowned, finally opening her eyes again, squinting in the sun, as she stared up at the woman's seemingly giant face. She flinched, looking around as best she could with her boss's nipple in her mouth, before finally glancing down at herself, seeing not the young woman she ought to have been, but a baby. She wasn't sure she even qualified as a toddler! She was so tiny, and chubby, all traces of maturity gone.
"Shh," Ms. Barclay said, patting her on the diaper when she tried to detach and ask what in the world was going on. "Just drink, baby. You need your milk. I'm sure there's enough inside you to last a while, but the more you have, the longer it will last. Until it's all out of your system, sweetie, you won't be able to use your magic, even with your wand. You'll be stuck like this."
"B-But..." Sierra sniffled, squirming helplessly.
"I told you, Sierra," Ms. Barclay shook her head. "I've always wanted a little girl. Even after I found out about the Pull-Ups, though, I wanted to give you a chance. Honestly, I never expected this. I was going to see how wet your diaper was, and regress you accordingly. I assumed you'd at least be five or six once it was all over, but after seeing what you did to that poor diaper, I really had no choice."
"B-But..." Sierra tried again, this time managing to get away from the woman's breast, milk trickling down the sides of her mouth as she spoke, her voice high and squeaky and as utterly infantile as the rest of her. "Y-You know I have magic, so you know the buckets did it to me! It's not my fault!"
"I don't know that," Ms. Barclay said. "All I know is you came back in the wettest diaper I've ever seen. I don't know how it happened, but clearly anyone in a diaper like that deserves to be a baby."
"But I'm not a baby!" Sierra protested, before discovering she hadn't escaped Ms. Barclay's grip after all. The woman had let her go to switch her over to her other breast, which Sierra found herself being pushed against then.
"Sure you aren't," her boss chuckled, reaching up to wipe breastmilk from the girl's chin, patting her padded bottom. "You're not a baby at all."

"But I really don't need them!" Sierra insisted, hands on her tiny hips, still in the tankini top, diaper, and bucket hat she'd spent the rest of the day at the beach in, as well as the ride home. "I would've made it to the bathroom at the beach if you would've listened to me!"
"Fine, Sierra," Ms. Barclay shook her head. "You want a second chance?" She snapped her fingers, a potty training chart, a few frowny faces already marked on it, appearing hung on the wall behind the changing table that had appeared a few moments earlier, as the woman magically remodelled Sierra's room into something more appropriate for someone her new age. "You can try to prove it, but I'm not expecting much. You're much too small for the toilet, though." She snapped again, a pink, plastic training potty appearing on the floor, making Sierra blush, although it was still better than her diapers.
"Now, then," the woman continued, "I'm going to go tuck in my sons. They can meet their new baby sister tomorrow. Don't worry, your babysitter will be here to look after you."
"I don't..." Sierra started to whine, only to come up with a new, bigger concern partway through. "Babysitter?!"
"Of course, silly," Ms. Barclay chuckled. "You can hardly be in charge anymore. Morgan was almost as excited as I was to hear there was a little girl in the house now."
"No, not her!" Sierra begged.
"And why not, brat?" Morgan asked, smirking as she stepped into the room. "They're ready for you, Ms. Barclay."
"Thank you, Morgan," the boss smiled, stepping out.
Sierra gulped, staring up at the now huge teenager she'd spent so much time trying to avoid, who had been such a nuisance. Was this girl really going to be looking after her from now on?!
"You," Morgan said, kneeling down in front of the shivering, regressed witch with a grin, "are... so adorable!" To Sierra's surprise, the girl attacked her, but with tickles, her fingers finding the gap between her swimsuit's top and her diaper, savagely wiggling until she was uncontrollably giggling. "I'm gonna have so much fun with you!" Morgan promised. "Now, let's see what we have here..."
She dug through the closet for a few minutes, flipping through outfits that had, at the start of the day, been Sierra's grown-up, adult clothes, and were now baby things, cooing over how she couldn't wait to see Sierra in the cutest of them. Maybe it wouldn't be so bad, Sierra thought. If Morgan just wanted to use her as a dress-up doll, it would be embarrassing, but not as awful as it could be.
Morgan finally produced a sleep shirt that was barely longer than the swimsuit top, leaving the majority of Sierra's diaper exposed, then picked her up easily and put her down in the crib. Sierra wanted to say she wasn't tired, but if the twins were going to sleep, there was no way it wasn't well past her own bedtime now, so, instead, she squirmed and gave the crib bars a little shake.
"Morgan," she sniffled. "A-Actually, I..." She wiggled, blushing, not wanting to say it out loud. Even though she probably should have, she hadn't expected to go right into the crib, so, like it or not, she had to communicate what she needed.
"What, sweetie?" Morgan asked, turning to see her pointing at the potty chair. "What's wrong?" she grinned. "Is that scaring you, baby?"
"No!" Sierra shook her head. "I..."
"Do you not know what it is?" Morgan continued. "It wouldn't surprise me. But don't worry, Sierra, you aren't going to have to worry about it."
"No!" Sierra stomped her foot, watching helplessly as Morgan carried the potty into the closet, closing the door. "Morgan, I need that!"
"Nope," Morgan shook her head. "I'm the grown-up now, and the babysitter, and I get to decide what you need. And I know exactly what bratty little babies like you need, right before bedtime!"
She grabbed a bottle and a spoon from the changing table, and, even before she got close enough for Sierra to read the label, she knew what it was, although she hoped she was wrong, right up until she saw the words 'Castor Oil' written on the side. "Morgan, no!" she gasped, watching in horror as her new babysitter poured her a nice, big spoonful, to ensure the next day's potty training chart started off with a big frowny face.
She had no doubt, once Ms. Barclay was gone for the day, and Morgan was in charge, she'd have no hope of earning any smileys to try and balance it out, either. It wasn't fair! As far as she could tell, the regression hadn't affected her potty training at all, so she might have a decent chance of making it out of diapers, if not for Morgan. And, maybe, if she'd been more patient with the girl, and let her try to help out more, like she'd always wanted to do with the boys, she'd be acting nicer now.
As it was, as Morgan pinched her nose and stuffed the spoonful of castor oil inside, sealing Sierra's fate, the little witch had a bad feeling the teen was going to do everything she could to keep her in diapers. And if Sierra tried to tell Ms. Barclay the truth, she'd likely think Sierra was making excuses, like she thought she'd done with the story about the buckets.
Sierra wrinkled her nose, gulping down the nasty medicine and wrinkling her nose as she stared across the room at the training chart again. Would she still have it by the time the twins got rid of theirs, and moved on to big boy underwear full time? Or would she have already flunked out of potty training by then, outclassed by the children she'd been taking care of, and helping teach to get out of Pull-Ups, while she was secretly wearing them herself?
She'd always worried they'd grow past her, get out of the trainers before her, but she'd never dreamed it would happen like this, and she'd wind up demoted to the baby of the family, stripped of her magic until the milk worked its way through her. Of course, Ms. Barclay could always make more, and a breast pump was one of the things the woman had made for the nursery, so Sierra had a bad feeling that, even when Ms. Barclay wasn't around, she'd still be leaving bottles of it for Morgan to give her, to keep her a helpless infant, barely big enough to walk on her own, much less try to escape.
"Night-night, Sierra," Morgan grinned, tucking her snugly into her crib, tight enough that her tiny, weak body could barely squirm. "By the way, just so you know, I'm the one who tipped Ms. Barclay off about your Pull-Ups. One day at the park, I saw that you matched the twins, and I had to let her know. I knew she had magic, but I never imagined she'd go this far. I'm glad she did, though. I can't wait to come back and play with you again tomorrow... And the next day... And the next day..."
