Sierra was definitely glad, for once, she was in a diaper on as a hard, wooden paddle slammed against the back of it, accompanied by a dark chuckle from the large, hooded woman wielding it.
"I-I'm sorry!" she squealed, looking up at the tall, dark-haired woman sitting on the throne in front of her, watching it all. "I-I didn't mean... Ow!"
"You didn't mean to?" the Queen smirked, shaking her head, holding up one hand to pause the Royal Spanker's work, although Sierra could hear the other woman shuffling impatiently behind her. "Do you have any idea the trouble you've caused for my kingdom, little girl? You nearly helped that dryad take over, and now you've almost caused a war. You're lucky Aurora asked me to help you out, or I would have left you over in that other kingdom."
In a way, Sierra almost would have preferred that. Not that she wanted to spend any more time there, in that place where magic was outlawed, and a pair of girls, Morgan and Jessica, were having fun tormenting her with her own wand, obviously. Her wand was there, however, and she needed to get it back before she headed home. Then again, she clearly wasn't going to be able to do that on her own, and Aurora was the only person she knew here that might be willing to help her out.
"I-I didn't mean to," she tried to explain. "I told them I wasn't a spy, but..."
"Which is exactly what a spy would say," the Queen pointed out. "The only reason I had you brought here was so I could put you into my own dungeons and watch your punishment whenever I feel like it."
"N-No!" Sierra gulped. Was this an out of the frying pan, into the fire situation? She definitely wasn't getting her wand back if she was trapped in a dungeon forever! "I-I can help you! Aurora knows! I'm a powerful witch!"
"Oh, you are, are you?" the Queen raised an eyebrow. "Clearly not powerful enough to stop this." Sierra yelped as the paddle came down for another thwap. "Or to keep yourself from being captured in a village with no magic users."
"There are magic users!" Sierra protested. "They're in hiding!"
"Of course they are," the Queen smirked. "That's why they were happy to turn your wand over to us. I was going to give it to the royal museum as an interesting little artifact, however..."
"Yes?" Sierra perked up, certain this was going to work out after all.
"I do have a little issue that needs clearing up. I was going to send Aurora, but it will be dangerous, and I'd like to keep her around a little longer. You, on the other hand, are more expendable. I suppose it's up to you. You can stay here and be my entertainment for the rest of your days, and you can take on this little quest."
"I'll do it!" Sierra exclaimed. "If you give me my wand back, I'm sure I can handle it!"
"I'm not," the Queen shrugged, "but it's no matter. If you succeed, then good. If not, I can always find another subject to amuse me."
"Thank you!" Sierra breathed a sigh of relief. "I promise, I won't let you down! Whatever it is, I...!" She stopped as she felt something hard and cold being put around her neck and snapped into place, reaching up in surprise to feel a heavy, metal collar there. She swallowed nervously, staring up at the Spanker, who seemed very pleased with herself.
"We can't have you getting any funny ideas," the Queen told her. "Aurora developed this after your last visit. It will keep you from going to any other realm until you've finish your job. Not that you would try that, would you?"
Sierra chuckled. "O-Of course not," she shook her head, heart pounding. Depending on what the Queen wanted, she would have at least given it a shot. Now, however, it looked like she had no choice. "So, what do you need me to do?"
"Well, Sierra," the Diaper Queen grinned, "we have a little dragon problem."
~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~
Sierra had never really had any chances to see a dragon while she was at school, although she'd always been curious. This was not what she'd had in mind, however. She knew some general theories on how to defeat them, if she could remember them, but those changed depending on the species, so she had to hope she was able to identify that straight away. Not to mention that she had no idea if any of that was going to be true in this dimension anyway.
She did have her wand back, at least. Unfortunately, the collar worked as advertised, the portal spell she'd tried as soon as she was out of sight of the castle fizzling out with a shock that ran down her spine and made her dribble into her already damp diaper uncontrollably for a few moments. She considered aiming a spell at the collar itself, but she had a feeling it would do the same thing. Even if it didn't, it was right on her neck, and she didn't want to risk any cutting spells going wrong there.
They hadn't even given her a fresh diaper! The Queen had deemed her 'dry enough' before sending her on her way. Sierra was still stuck in the black shirt, and the tiny, see-through skirt that left her bulky, baby-print diaper on full display. Morgan and Jessica had pulled it over from Sierra's world, finding the thickest, most embarrassing one they could. The Queen was probably right, that this one could last a while longer, although that didn't mean she wanted to let it get to that point.
What was going to happen to her?! Was she really going to be able to take down a dragon, by herself?! Her skills were pretty rusty, and, honestly, even when they hadn't been, that was a pretty tall order. Part of her wondered if she should go back to that village and beg Morgan and Jessica to use her wand to take her back home. The collar wasn't on them, after all. She had no clue if the thing would let her through anyone else's portal, either, though, and she had a feeling they were going to be very mad at her for 'getting away', even if it had been through the Royal Spanker coming by to pick her up and take her away.
She could definitely see why the Queen wanted this taken care of, though. The dragon's lair wasn't that far from the castle at all, which didn't give Sierra nearly as much time to think up a plan as she'd expected as she walked. Before she knew it, she was there, staring into the mouth of a dark, foreboding cave, nibbling her bottom lip as she imagined what was inside. Having a dragon anywhere in your kingdom wasn't great, but one right by your main city left you open for attack at any time as the dragon went out searching for things to add to its hoard.
She clutched her wand tightly, slowly edging her way into the cave, keeping her ears open for any signs of life, ready to dash away at the first sign of danger. She remembered enough from her magizoology classes to know there were a lot of different kinds of dragons, some which would be active during the day, now, and some that would be asleep. She wasn't sure which would be better. If it was awake, it might be off raiding the countryside, or it might hear her coming and be ready to roast her. If it was asleep, she might get the drop on it, or she might wake it up, and, if it was anything like her, it would be a bit cranky first thing in the morning.
And that was assuming this world had the same kinds of dragons as her own! She really had no way of knowing that, or what she was getting herself into with this. Nervously, she crept further and further in, quietly casting a Lumos spell to see where she was going, shivering as she stared forward at the dark, twisting stone path ahead of her.
She jumped and yelped as something skittered across the wall at her, throwing herself to the other side of the passage quickly, then blushing when she looked back and saw a tiny spider crawling away. She was almost glad the Queen hadn't given her a change, since now she didn't know, for sure, how big an accident that dumb little bug had made her have. Any was too much, really. Obviously, that hadn't been the dragon! If it was, she could have easily squashed it, or summoned a nice little cup to scoop it into, and maybe take it back home with her as a pet. A teeny tiny dragon would probably be pretty cute, she assumed.
Instead, she'd just freaked herself out over nothing, and potentially lost her the element of surprise. "Dummy," she mumbled at herself, shaking her head and waiting perfectly still to see if she heard any sign of the real dragon approaching. She walked a while longer, until, finally she spotted a flickering light in the distance. This was it, she told herself, stomach twisting inside her anxiously. Whether that was a torch, or the flame of the dragon's breath, she was getting closer to something.
She extinguished the light on her wand, then quickly brought it back with another tiny squeak when she realized how far away the other light still was, and how dark the cave was around her. She really needed to come up with a plan now. Time was running out! If she spent too long here, and the dragon really was right at the end of this passage, it might smell her, if it hadn't already heard her. Was she going to try to defeat it? Should she hope it was intelligent, and willing to listen to her pleas for it to move somewhere else?
She pondered that as she continued to inch forward, and still hadn't reached a conclusion before she had to deactivate Lumos for real. She kept her wand in her hand, creeping closer and closer to the cavern the light was coming from just wanting to catch a glimpse of what was there to give her an idea of what to expect.
It was, to put it lightly, not exactly what she'd been picturing. She'd assumed, with a dragon, she'd see piles of gold, and jewels, maybe some bones from its last meal. Instead, she was looking at what appeared to be a huge nursery, one made up of non-matching pieces of furniture, clearly scavenged from a variety of places. The crib was huge, simple, and painted white, while the changing table was pink, with little flowers painted on it. Where she'd expected gold, there were piles of toys, and in place of jewels, there were diapers.
Lots and lots of diapers. Every kind Sierra could have imagined were there, in every color of the rainbow. There were cloth ones, too, along with plastic and rubber pants, but a lot of them were disposables, the kind Sierra was always surprised to see here. She'd intended, at some point, to ask the Queen if she'd made those possible with her magic, since otherwise this world didn't seem technologically advanced enough for them, even though most people she'd seen were wearing them, but she hadn't exactly had the chance.
"What in the world...?" she couldn't help stepping further in, still feeling nervous, but in a whole different way. Was she wrong? Was this not the dragon's lair after all? But, if it wasn't, then why was it here? It made sense, she supposed, that a dragon here would hoard this sort of thing, no matter how strange it seemed to her.
This might be good, though. How scary could a dragon that collected baby stuff really be? And there were plenty of giant stuffed animals she could hide behind to wait for it to return. She could wait and watch as long as she needed, until she had decided what she was going to do.
Just as she was feeling pleased with how this was going, and what she was going to do, she felt a finger tap on her shoulder. She yelped, spinning around and immediately doing the first thing she'd been taught not to do in these kinds of situations, which was to drop her wand. Frantically, she scrambled for it, snatching it up before looking up at what had touched her.
Or, rather, who. Standing there, looking pretty amused, was a woman. It was hard to judge, exactly, but Sierra wouldn't have thought she was that much older than her, although her long, silver hair almost made her question that. It really was silver, though, shiny and almost metallic looking, as opposed to gray, and was quite striking, along with the emerald green eyes twinkling with amusement as she glanced down at the little witch in front of her. She was tall, and absolutely gorgeous, making Sierra feel even more self-conscious about the saggy diaper she was wearing, since, unlike almost everything and everyone else she'd met here, this woman wasn't wearing one of her own.
"Y-You really scared me," Sierra admitted, seeing no reason to try to deny it now. "What are you doing here? Are you looking for the dragon, too?" She'd never seen anyone that looked quite like this woman, but this was a whole different dimension from her own. Who knew what kinds of people there were here?!
"A dragon?" the woman's long hair whipped around as she turned, checking the area. "Do you think there's a dragon here?!"
Suddenly, Sierra wasn't so sure. "I-I think so?"
"Oh, my," the woman shook her head. "What do you think we should do about it?"
Sierra blinked, not used to being turned to for advice like that. "Well, I was..." She lifted up her wand, which felt a bit silly now. "I-I had some spells I was going to try," she tried to sound confident and mature.
The woman chuckled, instantly shattering any sense of those feeling Sierra might have been clinging to. "I feel safer already," she smirked.
"You probably shouldn't be here," Sierra told her. "I don't know when it's going to come back, and I wouldn't want you to get hurt."
The woman leaned forward, giving Sierra a perfect look at her cleavage, leaving the far less endowed girl blushing and staring enviously despite herself as she got patted on the head. "That's very sweet of you." She paused, looking down, her eyes suddenly lighting up. "What are those?!"
Sierra knew exactly what she was talking about, of course, all her experience telling her right away. Of course, the skirt did almost nothing to hide them. She was only surprised to see the woman's shock, considering how wide-spread the things were in this world. "They're only a little wet," she blushed.
"No!" the woman reached forward, grabbing the translucent skirt and lifting it up before Sierra could stop her. "Where did you get these?!"
"I-I don't know!" Sierra tried to tug her skirt away from the woman's hand and back away at the same time, succeeding at neither. The woman was surprisingly strong, it appeared, keeping Sierra stuck there, clutching to her clothes with only one hand. "Back home, I guess?" She glanced down at herself, not even sure herself anymore.
"I've never seen anything like them!" the woman declared.
"Ummm..." Sierra gestured to the stacks of diapers littering the cave around them.
"Not any like these!" the woman hissed.
Suddenly, it all clicked. Sierra gulped, trying harder to squirm away from her grip, and failing. "I-I can take you right to them," she offered. "W-We have lots of them!"
"Yes!" the woman grinned. "I have to have some!"
Sierra, palms sweating, nodded, forcing herself to act calmly as the woman let go of her skirt, and she started to shuffle towards the entrance to the cave. "I-It's not far," she lied. "I'll show you the way."
She lit her wand back up, walking ahead of the woman, heart pounding. She probably had all the time she wanted, but it would be easiest to do it now, rather than leading her all over the countryside and making her suspicious. She repeated the spell to herself over and over in her mind, making sure she wasn't going to stumble over it, or mess it up at the crucial moment, then, when she was ready, let herself start walking a bit faster, getting a little more of a lead.
"Where are you going, little one?" the woman chanted.
"Stupefy!" Sierra spun around, firing the spell off just a fraction of a second too early. She'd prepared herself too much, gotten herself too worked up, and the spell smacked against the stone wall of the passage, making a tiny pebble bounce to the ground. In response, the woman's eyes glowed, and, before Sierra could try again, she saw the woman's skin ripple, and then burst outwards, and, a moment later, she was standing there, facing down a huge, winged dragon.
"I'm sorry!" she squealed, turning and running. Seeing it here, in person, up close and personal, she knew she wasn't going to be any match for it. She remembered the troll she'd faced here had been immune to her magic, and, seeing this thing, she had to assume it would be, too, looking its shiny, silver scales.
She barely made it two steps before her feet were lifted off the cave floor, kicking uselessly in the air as she was picked up by the back of her shirt, easily caught. As the dragon turned around, started to haul her back to its lair, she tried to spin around, to get to where she could see it, and try another spell to make it let her go, but it was quite large, and moved very quickly, getting her back there before she could manage it.
It dropped her to the floor, and, before she'd even hit, turned back into a woman and snatched the wand out of her hand. "I don't think you need this," she said, setting it on top of a tall bookcase.
"I-I'm really sorry," Sierra told the dragon-woman. "I-I wasn't trying to steal from your hoard, I swear! Look!" She opened up her bag, dumping out the spare diapers Morgan and Jessica had brought over with the one on her, which they'd sent along with her when she was taken from them. "You like the one I'm wearing, right? You haven't seen any like it? You can add these to your stash!"
"Oh!" the woman picked one up, giving it a squeeze, a satisfied smile spreading across her face as she felt its bulk and listened to the crinkle. "Wonderful. But that isn't enough to excuse trespassing."
Sierra kept thinking she'd finally completely emptied her bladder at some point from this seemingly endless stream of shocks and scares, but she was always wrong. "I-I'm so sorry!" she squealed again. "I-It wasn't my idea! The Queen sent me, but I can just tell her..."
"Of course she sent you," the woman chuckled. "I asked her to."
"H-Huh?"
The dragon-lady laughed again, running a finger up Sierra's chin and pushing her mouth closed from where it fell open in surprise. "What a silly baby you are," she said. "You don't get it at all, do you? I've been build up this hoard for years, but I've decided it was time I finally start to use it, so I asked the Queen for a tribute. And she sent you."
A tribute?! Sierra gulped, looking around at the giant crib, the humongous piles of diapers, along with the more devious items, like the rather wicked looking paddles and enema bags hung up near the changing table. "Y-You don't want me," she shook her head, trying to think fast. "Just look at my diaper! It's almost soaked through already! I go through so many of these in a day!"
"You would?" the dragon raised an eyebrow.
"Oh, yeah!" Sierra nodded, blushing despite herself, absolutely hating having to say all this, but thinking it was her best chance. "I-I can't help it! I just have so many accidents, all the time! I know you have a lot of diapers here, but I'd blow through them all in no time!"
"I can always get more," she shrugged.
"No!" Sierra stomped her foot. "You don't understand!"
"I understand perfectly," the woman replied coolly. "You're a tiny little baby who desperately needs her diapers, and someone to look after her. You're in the right place. I could not have asked for anything more perfect to add to my hoard. The perfect baby."
"No, I'm not!" Sierra protested automatically, so used to saying that that she couldn't help herself.
"You aren't?" the dragon leaned in closer, making Sierra quake in her Pampers, remembering what she looked like in her other form.
"N-No, I am!" Sierra squeaked. "I-I just don't want to use up all your stuff too quickly!"
"Don't you worry," the woman smirked. "I'll take care of that. But, one way or the other, little one, one of those things is a lie. Which means I finally have a reason to use this." She reached over, grabbing one of the paddles from the wall, and, before Sierra could say anything more, she'd grabbed the girl by the arm, yanking her over to a rocking chair and pulling her over her lap.
"I'm sorry!" Sierra kicked her feet helplessly, wincing already. Thankfully, the dragon didn't take her diaper down, making Sierra wonder if maybe she didn't realize how much that would protect her.
The paddle crashed down on her backside, still quite painful. There was something more, however, almost worse. Sierra gasped, squirming desperately as she felt her bottom open up, her diaper begin to fill with a mudslide of warm mush. She hadn't particularly felt like she had to go before, and now she couldn't stop herself! "N-No!" she blushed, shaking her head, wrinkling her nose as the next swat came, squishing the still-growing mess around her backside.
"I've picked up all kinds of fun, enchanted objects over the years," the dragon told her calmly, ignoring her thrashing and wailing as she continued the spanking. "I've always thought this one would be fun, and it looks like I was right. It ensures the victim always has the most humiliating spanking possible by forcing them to immediately fill their diapers. Isn't that nice, little one?"
"N-No!" Sierra sniffled.
"Oh, don't worry," the woman continued, "I have more. There's one that will literally spank you silly, draining away your intelligence spank by spank, making it harder for you to remember how to read, or write, or keep your diapers clean, if you even know how to do that to begin with, or use that cute little wand of yours, there's one that will make you nice and itchy, like you have a diaper rash, adding some discomfort to your pain, and all kinds of others! Maybe I'll switch them up, so you never know what's coming when I have to spank you, which I have a feeling is going to happen plenty."
Thankfully, for the time being, it seemed this spanking was done, as Sierra sniffed and felt herself being helped up off the dragon's lap. The woman took her hand, leading her over to the corner, where a giant hourglass was sitting. The dragon turned it over, the sand staying suspended in the top half. "Here's something else I found that I thought would be fun, and now I can see if it will be. It's perfect for time-outs, forcing the person who sits on it to only think about how they can best do what the person who put them there wants from them. Which, in our case, is how to best be the perfect little baby for my hoard. How does that sound?"
Sierra sniffled, shaking her head slightly, but she knew that wasn't going to be the right answer. "G-Good?" she tried instead.
"Good, what?" the dragon asked.
Sierra nibbled her bottom lip. "Mommy?"
"That's cute," the woman smiled. "But I think Mistress is more fitting. Now, up you go." She easily plucked the little witch up, setting her down on her messy bottom, the girl squirming and wrinkling her nose as her backside sank into the mush. As soon as she was all the way seated, however, facing towards the corner, she stopped caring about that, or thinking about how she was going to get her wand back and put a stop to this.
Slowly, the sand began to fall as visions of how Sierra could best serve her new Mistress filled her head, pushing out everything else from her blonde head. "Good girl," the dragon gave it a pat. "I think you'll do just fine."
