Things were going to be different at Hogwarts. Sierra had told herself that again and again, and Madison had, as well, not that Sierra really thought that girl knew anything about magical schools, even if she liked to pretend she did.
And, for a while, things really were different. Sierra felt like she was constantly being watched, so she didn't dare try any illicit duelling, which was probably for the best. It wasn't as if that had gone well for her at Ilvermorny that often, and it was a big part of the reason she'd gotten kicked out of there. There was also a lot more competition between the houses.
A lot. Sierra definitely hadn't expected that, and it had taken her a while to get used to it, especially when she realized that answering a question in class incorrectly, or, even worse, not paying attention, would cost her house points. She had to admit, it did make her want to be better about not doing those things, even if she sometimes couldn't help herself.
She was lucky that she'd been sorted into Hufflepuff, she thought. For as uncool as the rest of the school seemed to see her and her Housemates, they also, generally, seemed to be more understanding about a few lost points here and there than she imagined those other Houses being.
Once she got into the swing of things, though, she actually became quite good at earning points. It helped that she'd been through most of seven years at Ilvermorny first, and that she realized the best thing to do was answer the easy questions to prove you were paying attention, then letting the teacher call someone else for the hard ones, usually somebody who hadn't been participating up until then. That also helped her stay awake in classes, even the boring ones, something she'd never been great at when it came to things she wasn't all that interested in.
And, as much as she'd dreaded having roommates again, especially four of them, they did help her keep up with her studying. At least one of them was almost always there, whenever she went back to the room, and if she goofed off for too long, she'd usually get a gentle reminder that she had work to do. A couple of them were pretty bossy, but none of them were mean, at least, and she knew it was for the best, anyway, since they were right.
It did make other things tougher, however. She had to wait for the perfect moment, when they were all out brushing their teeth or in the common room, to open her trunk and get out one of her diapers so she could hide it under her robe and change into it, and her pajamas, in a bathroom stall, where she knew she wouldn't get walked in on. She didn't think she needed the diapers anymore, at least not most nights, but the school nurse still made her come visit every morning for a check. Sierra would never forget the first time she hadn't done that, and found out that Howlers were actually real. She'd heard of them, but never seen one used, and hadn't recognized it. It had shocked her so much that she wished she had been wearing a diaper, though she was pretty sure nobody noticed as she dashed out of the Great Hall. At least the nurse was discrete enough not to have the Howler announce why Sierra had to visit her.
All in all, things weren't so bad here, even if she knew she was too old for this place. She didn't realize how good it really was until, after supper one day at the end of the month, the headmistress made an announcement. "Thank you all for another wonderful month," she said. "I'd like to congratulate the highest point earners for this month." Sierra never really paid attention to these, since they were usually upperclassmen that she wasn't familiar with at all, or Quidditch players, who were generally too busy with practice for her to get to know that well. Part of her wanted to try the sport out, but she knew she was probably too clumsy for it, and even if she wasn't, it would definitely distract her from schoolwork.
To her surprise, after the woman said, "And for Hufflepuff," and her table finished their customary cheering, she continued with, "Sierra Nivera!"
Sierra could hardly believe it at first, and thought, for sure, that she'd heard it wrong, until she started getting pats on the back and congratulations from the students around her. It felt really nice, and, while she usually didn't like being the center of attention, it wasn't so bad this time.
When she got back to her dorm after classes the next day, a neatly wrapped box was sitting on the foot of her bed, with a card on it that said, simply, "Congratulations." Always happy to get presents, she ripped into it, opening the box to find an adorable stuffed badger. She loved it instantly, even if she wished she knew who had given it to her so she could thank them. Was it one of her roomies? They liked to spoil her sometimes, but it was usually with cookies. Maybe one of the teachers, or even the headmistress herself? It could have been a gift you were traditionally given when you earned the most points, and she didn't know about it because she'd never really known anyone who had done that. Or had Madison heard, and sent it from back home?
Whatever its origin, she spent the rest of the afternoon cuddling it as she worked on her homework, and had very nearly taken it with her to supper, but she knew if she'd been seen with it by any Slytherins, they would definitely have not let her live it down for a long time. She was very eager to finish eating and get back to her room, however, and fell asleep clutching the badger tight.
It was the next day when things really started to get strange. Leaving her badger behind for classes was a very tough choice, and she'd very nearly snuck it into her bag. Almost as soon as she left the room, she was nearly on the brink of tears, and by her first class, she was a nervous wreck. She assumed that was why her first spell attempt of the day failed utterly.
It didn't help that she had her scariest teacher for that class. "I expected better from the top Hufflepuff point earner," he sneered.
Sierra had gotten used to him, or so she'd thought. Normally, something like that would have stung, but she would have shrugged it off. Today, however, something was different, and, before she could stop herself, she burst into tears. Even the teacher was surprised at that, along with the rest of the class, although they recovered pretty quickly. The professor, on the other hand, apologized quickly, asking if she was okay.
Sierra said she was, but things only got worse as the day went on. Despite her months of training herself to be a better student, she found it almost impossible to pay attention, or even sit still, and, by her last class, she barely made it past roll call before she was draped across her desk, fast asleep, thumb planted firmly in her mouth.
She made a bee-line back to her dorm after class, and after being threatened with a visit to the headmistress if she did that again, and had a joyous reunion with her badger, instantly feeling better, but also feeling thoroughly embarrassed about what she'd done that day. What was wrong with her?! She'd worked so hard to prove she deserved to be here, and not at some daycare back home, and she was ruining it!
That evening, she could have sworn the package of diapers in her trunk was torn open a little further than she'd left it the night before, but she didn't dare accuse her dormmates of messing with them, at least not yet, until she had more proof. She'd long suspected that, no matter how careful she'd been, at least one of them had figured out the truth, but they'd never said anything, or teased her about it, so she didn't mind too much. She just would have liked to know for sure.
The next morning, she gave into temptation, and tucked her badger away in her bag. She knew she'd regret it if anyone noticed it there when she was getting out books, or homework, but she couldn't stand the thought of leaving it behind again, or, more accurately, going through the day without it nearby. She did feel much calmer, but things still somehow managed to go even worse for her.
Her magic refused to work! She'd struggled with her first spell the previous day, but after that, she'd done better. Today, on the other hand, no matter how hard she concentrated, or how precise she was with her wand movements, nothing happened! After those two days, between the spectacle she'd made of herself the first, and her inability to participate in most classes the second, she was pretty sure she lost just as many point for Hufflepuff as she'd earned the month before.
Something was very obviously wrong. Had she gotten cocky? Was she letting her success go to her head? She didn't think so, but the timing definitely seemed strange. Of course, there was something else that had changed since all those things had started to happen, though there was definitely a part of her that refused to believe that could have anything to do with it, or with anything bad.
Still, when she snuck out to the bathroom to change into her diaper and PJs, she resisted the urge to bring her badger along. She'd gotten into her top, and the diaper, when she heard a tap on the door. Instantly, she froze, certain that, despite checking to make sure she hadn't seen feet in any other stalls, somebody else was in there with her, and had heard her diaper crinkle as she'd put it on.
For a moment, she considered pretending not to be there, but she knew how silly that would be, so, after a moment, she quietly replied, "Y-Yes? Do you need something?" She didn't dare move, and start pulling on her pajama pants, no matter how much she wanted to, since she doubted she could do so carefully enough not to make her diaper crinkle even more.
Instead of a reply, she saw something poking into the stall from under the door. She scrambled back, eyes wide, unsure what it could be at first, though, as she saw more of it, she began to recognize it, to her horror. It was a star, one that looked an awful lot like the one that had perched itself on top of her wand, after the curse that had made her regress herself whenever she wanted to use magic.
It wasn't attached to a wand, however, or, at least, she didn't think so. The handle under it was too large for that, too sturdy. And, at the end of it, she saw a heavy, wooden paddle, another star carved into the center. Only when she saw the whole thing, her heart pounding as she stared down at it, did she suspect that it really was her wand, just transformed into a paddle, somehow.
As soon as she thought that, it struck, flying forward much quicker than it had revealed itself and zooming behind her, delivering a quick, brutal smack to the seat of her diaper. "Owwie!" she squealed, naturally stepping away. That only gave the paddle more room to swing wider, hitting her even harder. "St-stop it!" she demanded, grabbing for it.
She was too slow, earning herself another swat. She tried to back up, to press her padded backside to a wall to protect it, but the paddle was too fast for her, spanking her before she could accomplish that, until, finally, she had no choice, or at least felt like she didn't, other than to burst out of the stall to give herself more room to get away.
The freedom only seemed to encourage the paddle, unfortunately. It followed her even closer, hitting harder and faster, keeping her moving forward, almost as if it were herding her towards the bathroom door. "No!" she shook her head, seeing where this was going and determined not to let it happen. It was bad enough she was outside of the stall like this, there was no way she was leaving the bathroom!
A couple hard swats later, and she was doing exactly that. She definitely didn't want to be seen, but, at the same time, part of her hoped someone would notice, or at least hear the sound of wood on plastic and come investigate, and help her. Instead, the paddle led her down some empty halls, only getting her near other people when she had to run through the common room, and then, too quickly for anyone there to do anything, or even really absorb what they'd seen, out into the rest of Hogwarts.
Hogwarts was such a big place, with the stairwells always shifting and changing, that Sierra still couldn't have said where she was going, even if the paddle had given her enough time to look around. All she knew was that she was being taken on a merry chase, occasionally past other students, who mostly seemed to find her predicament more amusing than alarming, before, finally, she was led into another bathroom.
Only then did the paddle begin to slow. Was it getting as tired as Sierra was? It seemed unlikely, but you never knew. She tried a couple times to spin quickly and grab it, but it was still too fast for that, so, instead, she tried a different tactic, one she almost felt silly for not thinking of before. She waited for it to swat her again, then, as fast as she could, sat down.
Even as close to the floor as she always was, it was enough of a drop, especially with a now quite sore bottom, to hurt, and that pain made it hard to tell at first if she'd accomplished what she'd set out to do. If nothing else, the paddle couldn't hit her on the backside, though her thighs were still available, and much harder to protect since she couldn't press her legs all the way together in the thick diaper.
After a moment, however, she could feel the squirming underneath her, and realized that she had, indeed, managed to capture the paddle. She wasn't sure how long it would last, but it was a bit of a reprieve, hopefully long enough for her to come up with a plan for how to put a real end to this.
It might have been, too, if she hadn't felt something else, this time on her leg. She jumped, gasping at the touch, shaking her leg even before she saw what it was. That only made her more desperate, squeaking and kicking and wishing very much that her wand was in a more useable state.
It was a snake! A green snake, winding its way up her leg, encircling it and making it harder and harder for her to get rid of it the further up it climbed. "Get away!" she demanded, heart pounding. She wasn't terribly familiar with snakes, especially around here, so she had no idea if it was poisonous or not, but she didn't really want to find out.
It was definitely strange looking, fairly thin, and, as she saw it better, striped, with the parts that weren't green silver. It didn't quite look natural, especially when she saw that its face was still, not hissing or moving at all, almost as if it were made out of plastic.
It slithered closer and closer, inching up her leg despite her best efforts to get it away from her. Only when it was almost at her diaper did she see what was at the end of the snake. There was a large, rubber pouch, bulging and very clearly full. She recognized it instantly as an enema bag.
"Don't you dare!" she exclaimed, trying to scramble backwards, but the paddle seemed to be regaining its strength, and started moving around more, making her hesitant to wiggle too much herself, not wanting to give it a chance to get free.
"Stop it!" she wailed, watching in horror as the snake poked its head into the legband of her diaper, and, once in there, quickly found its way to its destination, pushing until her bottom. Its tail raised, lifting the bag high and starting the flow of the liquid inside, sending it gushing into Sierra's bottom.
The snake's design, and its presence at all, should have made it very obvious, although she was too caught up in everything to really process it. When the bathroom door, though, she was still shocked to see a trio of Slytherins march in, smirking.
"Aww, look at Hufflepuff's cute little mascot, " one of them mocked. "What are you doing in the Slytherin bathroom?"
At first, Sierra just blushed, ashamed at being seen this way, feeling the enema still rushing into her, but, after a moment, she realized they had to have set this all up. "St-stop this thing!" she insisted, with as much authority as she could muster, sitting there in a diaper, with a throbbing backside beneath it, in the middle of being given an enema.
"Why don't you stop it yourself?" they asked. "You're so smart, surely you can do that, can't you?"
"But why does Hufflepuff's biggest point earner have diapers just waiting in her trunk?" another asked, tilting her head exaggeratedly.
"Probably the same reason she peed herself in the middle of the Great Hall that one time," the other answered. "She's just a big baby, yet that's still the best Hufflepuff can do."
"H-How did...?" Sierra started to ask. Clearly, the incident with the Howler hadn't gone as unnoticed as she'd hoped, but how had they known about the diapers in her trunk? Before she could finish asking, she was silenced by a cramp in her tummy, and, as she was fighting that, she remembered thinking her diapers had been moved. Even before she saw her stuffed badger crawling into the bathroom, she realized it hadn't been such a sweet, innocent gift after all.
"I bet you were missing your little friend, weren't you?" a Slytherin teased. "I'd hate for you to leave him behind on your trip."
"T-Trip?" Sierra gulped.
"That's right," one of the girls grinned. "Big babies like you don't belong at Hogwarts. This is a place for big girls, like us. But don't worry, we found a more appropriate place for you."
They grabbed her hands, yanking her up, one of them grabbing the paddle to calm it down. If it weren't for the liquid still pouring into her, as the snake raised its tail to compensate for her changing position, she might have lost control right then.
"Wh-What are you doing?!" Sierra demanded, trying in vain to struggle free of their grip. "I can't go anywhere like this!"
"Hmm..." one of the Slytherins pretended to think. "I guess you're right. Here, let's get her some better clothes."
They, of course, were already prepared, quickly replacing her pink hair bow with a yellow and black striped one, shoving a yellow pacifier into her mouth and strapping it into place. They yanked her PJ shirt off and replaced it with a shirt that had a badger face on the front.
"That looks pretty good, right?" one of the girls asked the others. Sierra shook her head desperately.
"What's wrong?" one bent down closer to her. "Does baby need to go potty? You're right, this is where you would go to do that, if you were big enough to use a toilet, but you wear yours, remember?" she patted Sierra's bottom. "Oh, you aren't done with your enema, are you?"
"I know!" another raised her hand. "She needs a skirt!"
"Of course!" one of her companions shook her head. "How silly of us! Well, good thing we have something."
And they certainly did, although it barely qualified. Even without a diaper, it probably would have been too short, but with one, it barely covered anything. It was mostly black, with a yellow waistband and a row of yellow ruffles at the bottom. There was a Hufflepuff crest on the front, giving one more way for anyone familiar with Hogwarts to be certain just what house she belonged to.
"There, perfect!" the girls giggled. "Now, let's go."
Sierra expected to be taken back out into the halls, but, instead, she was shoved towards one of the stalls. It was blocked off, though the girls ignored that, opening it up and pushing her inside, shoving the paddle and badger into her arms.
"Go on, touch it," one urged, nudging her closer to the toilet. Sierra was confused, though if they wanted her to do it, she knew it was a bad idea. When she kept still, they shoved her, making her stumble into it.
She lost her balance, bracing herself to slam into the toilet, but, instead, something different happened. It was a strange sensation, not entirely unlike Apparation, though clearly different, and much more uncomfortable.
When she fell, she was in front of a large building. It was quite pretty, but, at the same time, ominous. The snake quickly removed its head, and, almost instantly she felt her bowels give way, emptying themselves into her diaper in a big rush, filling them completely. She liked to think the transportation was to blame, but she doubted she could have held it that long anyway.
A few moments later, the Slytherins began to follow, popping into existence beside her, picking up the snake, now still and empty, and led Sierra into the building's lobby. Sierra looked around, and notice quite a few other young women, many older than her, most dressed in infantile clothing, and very obviously diapered. The ones that weren't were leading the others around on leashes.
"Right on time," a woman walked up to them, smiling. "And this is Sierra, I assume?" she examined Sierra, making her very aware of how vulnerable she was, and what had just happened in her pants. "She's adorable! I'm sure she'll fetch a great price."
Sierra's eyes widened. Price?! What was happening?! The woman snapped her fingers, and a pair of larger people appeared, grabbed her hands and pulling a pair of fingerless mittens onto her hands, then clamping a set of handcuffs over her wrist, and ankle cuffs onto her feet.
"You know," the first woman said, patting the drooping seat of Sierra's diaper, "I think one of our partners would be more than happy to help out, and get you even more for her. From what you told me, she could use plenty of re-education."
"That's definitely true," one of the girls nodded, clearly struggling to keep from laughing at the shocked look on Sierra's face.
"Qucker's School of Hard Swats is the perfect institution for someone like her," the woman said. "And I have a feeling they'd be happy to throw in tuition for her, if her new owner wants that."
Owner?! Sierra mumbled desperately behind her pacifier gag.
The Slytherins were all too eager to agree to that, shaking the woman's hand and shuffling out, each giving her drooping diaper a pat on the way out as they walked past as she tried to silently beg them to get her out of here.
"All right, Baby Slave," the woman grinned down at her once they were gone. "The big auction is in a few days... If you'd like a change before then, I expect you to prove what a good little baby you can be. But don't worry, even if you're a naughty girl, I'm sure a cutie like you will find a buyer. Some people like a challenge, and little girls who give lots of reasons to punish them."
Sierra shook her head, but her pacifier gag kept her from doing anything more as she was matched through the building to her cell, bulging diaper drooping between her legs, hoping this was just a prank and the Slytherins would return to take her back to Hogwarts before this auction, and she truly became somebody's Baby Slave.
