“Oh, just because I turned you into a hen once-

                “During my party you psycho-freak!”

“You impersonated my sister and turned me into a giant berry!”

“Well, I won the competition using you so you should be grateful I managed to turn all of that into something people actually like.”

“At least I have real friends.”

                “Real freaks, more like it.”

Such was the perpetual back and forth echoing in the empty streets of a once densely populated streets of the city that Danielle and Sophie called home. The walk from the park that began their battle to the estate that Sophie had taken Roxanne and Alexis stretched into a seemingly unending tension crescendo in the vacant city. Every statement the pompous rich girl said made Danielle’s blood boil and pushed her closer and closer to just blasting the annoying braggart to kingdom come and fixing this whole thing herself. The only thing that stayed her hand was the idea that Sophie had beaten Roxanne at all. If that’s true, then it would be best to free her before they take Sophie out for good. Danielle was not the only one to have these types of thoughts. With her home looming into view, Sophie became increasingly tempted to stab Danielle in the back and simply add her to the pen and fix this whole thing herself. That, however, seemed increasingly less likely with each empty building they passed. This was way too big for either of them to take on alone, no matter how insufferable Dani was.

The home was eerie without any of the usual bustle of the staff darting to and fro, carrying cleaning supplies or clothing or what-have-you, even for Sophie. Both girls instinctively quieted their bickering and subconsciously walked closer together, unwilling to get separated in this unprecedented phenomenon. They arrived at the barn across the courtyard after travelling through the foyer, and Sophie ran ahead, leaving Danielle to jog to catch up.

“No, no no…” Sophie was murmuring to herself.

“What’s going on? What’s with you?” Dani panted, not exactly the most athletic. One look around told her the answer. The pen was completely empty. No cow, no pig.

“They were taken right. Here.” Sophie insisted, fumbling for her phone to look at a picture for proof.

“You lying piece of…” Danielle’s statement was drowned out by the crackling energy coalescing in her open palm, aimed directly at Sophie’s back.

Sophie could barely turn to react to Danielle’s emotionally charged magical surge, and she staggered backwards, knocked back on her behind by the force.

“What the hell is wrong with you!?” She snapped, breathing heavily. She could already feel the energy working on her body, wriggling its way to her every corner, and beginning to bend it to whatever twisted desire the magic’s caster had in mind. Her head began to swim with the sensation of vertigo, and she could feel something beginning to bulge in her chest and gut. With what fury she had, she snapped her fingers, causing a bolt of magic to send itself invisibly, but quite invasively, through the more experienced witch’s body. Leaving Danielle stunned and reeling, Sophie’s attention returned to her own body. Everything ached and felt simultaneously stimulated and foreign, as though she were piloting someone else’s body entirely. Undeniably, her breasts began to swell. They were heavy and ached, practically swollen with whatever Danielle had done to her, and it made her clothing entirely too restrictive. She felt as though she could barely breathe. Even as her hands clawed at the fabric constricting her chest, she watched them change too. It began as an intense cramping in her fingers, then they were coated in a tough, black material. Soon enough they were fusing together in a crude facsimile of hooves, though they were looking more and more like the real thing by the second. Sophie whined to herself. She absolutely hated the sensation of having hooves like this. Her whine took on a different, deeper sound as it dragged out, temporarily distracting her.

“Nooooooo,” she cried as a patchwork of black and white fur sprouted all over her body, “You-oooOoooo can’t do this!” She knew exactly what Danielle had done to her, or so she suspected. A tightening of her pants seemed to confirm this for the girl as a mound began to push ever outward from her pelvis. Sophie gasped, clambering with her pants’ buttons with her clumsy hoof-hands. She had not expected it to be that sensitive. Another frustrated half-moo, half-whine escaped her lips, which began to thicken and seemingly stretch. Finally, her buttons lost the valiant battle, and her newly forming udder burst free, audibly sloshing as it rapidly filled with milk. Her belly and chest grew outwards in sequence. Her spine stretched beyond the limits of her rear end, which had begun to grow to counterbalance the weight of her milk-filled udders and breast, into a tail. She shut her eyes, trying not to notice the feeling of her mouth and face rearranging into that of a bovine, as well as the sharp tingling of little horns sprouting up on either side of her head, waiting for the inevitable end to her humanity. She waited, but nothing else happened. She was still bipedal, still mostly humanoid shaped, but with the snout, tail, hooves, udders, ears, and horns of a cow. The human-cow girl took one wavering step after another to test her new body, finding the pressure and weight of her body to be unruly and unbearable. It was a curse that her hooved hands were ill-suited to the subtle art of milking, and she found herself regretting what she’d done to Danielle, seeing as the witch wouldn’t be able to help any time soon.

Danielle’s body shuddered violently when Sophie retaliated. That’s right, Sophie’s magic now. Shit. Her attention fully divorced from what would normally be a very entertaining sight, Danielle tried in vain to cast Sophie’s strange powers away from her body. It felt as though a vacuum was draining her of magic with each passing second, and her body was changing with it. By the time the first few feathers painfully prickled her pores, she knew exactly what Sophie had had in mind.

“It was one time!” She cried through increasingly chapped lips that hardened into a clacking beak. Danielle involuntarily tucked her hands into her arm pits, finding relief in what felt like a much more natural pose. Her feet stamped a bit too, feeling just… wrong. What were these weird contraptions her feet were stuck in? She stared at her shoes, trying to comprehend their purpose, or how they got there. Were they a trap? Had she strayed too far from her coop? These thoughts worried the girl greatly, causing her to flap her wings in distress. A frightened BWAK escaped Dani’s beak, hoping to call for help from… from… who again? Why was she flapping her arms like a chicken? Her thighs fattened and finally the dreadful feet-traps were destroyed by her growing talons. Rough, yellow skin coated her shins and feet as the former thinned considerably and the latter changed to a more proper shape for a hen to have. The relief this brought left Danielle a bit distracted from whatever was just bothering her. Feathers finished coating her entire body, and with a hearty shake, what remained of her pants were removed to make room her a small plume of tail feathers. She let out a series of little ‘pock’s as her torso fattened and she began to strut about, pecking for seeds and the like, completely oblivious to the cow-girl beside her. Some deeply forgotten reach of her mind held a voice that cried out for her body to realize what was going on, but the hen had more important things to worry about, like where she was to lay her eggs.

Sophie slumped to rest on her plump tush, letting her udder rest on the ground while she attempted to alleviate the weight of her other milkers with her arms supporting them. She watched the hen-girl she’d turned Dani into mindless peck at the ground and sighed. Even though she had her mind intact, she still felt like she somehow lost, and it wasn’t like she could undo the idiot witch’s spell with her hands stuck as hooves. She almost envied Danielle’s mindlessness, which only served to make her more upset.

“Alright, alright, you’ve had your fun, girls, but honestly? Watching you two flounder this hard in the tutorial really puts a damper on this whole thing.” A woman’s voice echoed in the air and seemingly in both Danielle’s and Sophie’s heads, not that the hen really comprehended it.

“Whoo-OOOOOoo’s there?” Sophie mooed, finding a lot more difficulty standing back up than her ego would allow her to admit.

“Up and at ‘em, heffer,” the voice reappeared, though this time the source was directly in front of the struggling Sophie, as a woman grabbed and lifted her to a standing position with ease. The woman was tall, with long hair that brightened to a stark white towards the ends. Her eyes practically glowed an incandescent blue and she was dressed in a tight shirt that showed off her abdomen, a black, leather jacket, ripped shorts and leggings, and a beanie.

The cow-woman looked at her up and down with a bit of stunned silence. Not only had this woman appeared out of nowhere in a city completely devoid of people besides herself and Danielle, but she also seemed to be completely unfazed by the sight of two half animal girls. Sophie barely even felt the woman shake her hooved hand.

She grinned at Sophie, “The name is Elliott, I’m a barista.”
