Day 22 of the 25 Days of TF-mas! (Contains inflation themes and woman to pear tf)
Elliott tossed her hair to the side as she raced back home. Despite the wintry cold she drove with the windows down. Ever since her unintentional bond with a nigh unstoppable force of cosmic energy, she barely felt the cold. In fact, she'd barely felt much of anything in the last few hours aside from extreme emotion. Her utter breakdown in the grocery store had left her nearly catatonic until someone had pulled her out of her stupor. The newly empowered woman took a look in the passenger seat beside her. In it sat a bag of puppy chow, or muddy buddies depending on whom one asked, that was once the very someone that had snapped her out of it. There was the slightest pang of regret when she looked at the bag of treats, as though she ought not to have changed the girl, but it was easy to dismiss the feeling. She had been in a rush, after all. It hardly made a difference for a mundane creature like that girl to be human over a bag of goodies in the long run, right? Something about that sentiment felt wrong to Elliott, but before she could dissect the inclination, she'd arrived home. Rather, she arrived at another of her victims' homes, the home of Vanessa, whom she'd more or less taken over for... a reason. It was a nice enough home either way, and it wasn't like a bundle of wrapping paper was going to miss it. Elliott parked her car, also made from a former human by her hand, in the garage and headed inside to deposit the newest addition to her holiday preparations. Being surrounded by the other things that were once people started to further jog Elliott out of the fog she'd been in for the better part of the day. What had she been doing? Was a simple inconvenience really enough for her to resort to molding her fellow humans in such a callous way? She quietly chastised herself for the behavior, though spared nary a thought for turning MacKenzie back. She had a party to prepare for, after all, and these distractions were starting to really affect her. Elliott was just about to head upstairs to take a bath and clear her head when someone pounded on the door, scattering her thoughts and her plans to the wind. Honestly, could she not afford a mere moment to herself?
Annoyed, Elliott pulled the door open, "What?" she greeted rather aggressively, wanting to know what was so important so as to prevent her bath.
Standing in the doorway was an equally frustrated looking older woman, maybe in her forties. She wore a business suit and had her hair cut short in a way that screamed both 'I make more money than you so you're beneath me' and 'Let me speak to your manager'. Fittingly, although Elliott did not know this, the woman's name was Karen. Now, while not all women named Karen live up to the colloquialism kids these days used to describe entitled, petty public nuisances, this one definitely checked most of the boxes. She was president of the local school's PTO, a middle manager at some generic company Elliott couldn't care less about, and had demanded more minimum wage employees be fired than kids attended the private school she sent her own to attend. The scowl on her face was enough to wilt a flower and ruin even the most positive children's party.
"What?" Elliott repeated, her own sense of entitlement backed by her immense powers mixing with her bad experiences with women like Karen during her barista days in a perfect blend of negatively judging the woman before her. Such a judgment severely limited her already strained hold on her human empathy to impossibly thin levels. Unfortunately, Karen truly had no idea who she was dealing with.
"Excuse me, ma'am, but first of all," Karen thrust a packet of paper in Elliott's face, "I know you've been hanging around a lot, but the homeowner, Vanessa, is who needs to hear this." She said in a curt tone. Elliott was mildly impressed. Somehow she'd managed to ask for her manager in a situation like this. Her silence was met with an expectant look and a gesture that said 'well go and get her then'. Elliott did not budge.
"She's not in." Elliott claimed. While not true, it wasn't exactly like she could come get the lecture in her current state anyway.
"Ugh," Karen did a terrible job hiding her annoyance, if she was even trying to, "Well then, you tell her that she needs to deal with these violations of the HOA's policies."
"What are you talking about, lady?" Elliott asked, growing less and less patient with this woman.
"Must I explain this to every single fresh-faced first time buyer?" She asked, "Your lawn. Or rather, Vanessa's. Your tacky little decoration out here is out of line." Karen jerked a thumb in the direction of the inflatable lawn decoration playing little holiday tunes in the yard. It had once been Lorrie, a young lady that got her kicks from making fun of the very carolers she now emulated.
Elliott raised her eyebrows at the audacity, "Excuse me? Its a holiday decoration... during the holidays."
"What it is is a public disturbance!" Karen exclaimed, flabbergasted that Elliott would besmirch the oh-so-sacred policies of the HOA. "Lights that are likely to cause accidents or blindness, inappropriate messaging, and, in your case, an overly loud inflatable," She paused for emphasis, as though she were speaking down to a child that needed extra time to understand, "Are in direct violation and need to be rectified."
"Let me get this straight... One lawn inflatable with a speaker is too loud for you?" Elliott clarified.
"Listen to it! Its loud and barely even functioning! Its even skipping right now!" Karen shrieked. As if Karen couldn't be more of a cliché, her own demands were much louder than Lorrie's singing was. In her defense though, it did sound as if Lorrie's speaker was skipping a bit. She seemed to be stuck on a certain bit of the final iteration of a holiday song.
"A partridge in a pear- partridge in a pear- partridge in a pear..."
To Elliott, it sounded more like a suggestion, and a bemused smirk touched her lips. She spoke, interrupting Karen's irritating speech about how important the youth's sensitive senses were to preserve and how kids these days don't deserve to own homes if they don't understand basic principles of things like HOA contracts which was a weirdly mixed message to have in the first place.
"Listen lady," She said, "You've caught me in a real bad mood, and I'm extremely busy, so I'm not really going to feel bad about this." Elliott tore the packet Karen had shoved at her before in half and tossed the pieces aside for the donkey, once her own sister, that was hanging around here somewhere to eat. Karen gasped, abhorred by the display, "So, tell the HOA to shove it, kay? Not that you'll have a chance to." Elliott said, leaning against the doorframe to watch the proceedings.
"How... how dare you? Do you have any... idea- oh my... my stomach..." Karen's insipid tantrum was losing steam fast as her attention was pulled down to her lower abdomen. Her gut groaned, accompanied by a sloshing sound of liquid being shaken about. It wasn't long before the effects made themselves known visually as well. Her belly began to surge outwards, straining her suit's buttons. Her hips and buttocks raced out as well, though their force was enough to split the woman's pants straight down the sides. She stumbled with the force and sudden shifting in her center of gravity. The sloshing sound followed her every movement.
"What's the matter?" Elliott asked with feigned innocence.
"What- What do you think is the matter! Do something! Call someone!" Karen yelled, struggling to maintain her balance on the slick front steps. Her thighs were thickening at unprecedented rate. The rest of her body was growing as well, but it was clear she was very... bottom-heavy. More shockingly, her skin was turning a sickly shade of green, and fast. Little belches escaped Karen's fattening lips as she struggled to both handle her massive growth and the churning liquid within her body threatening to make her feel sick. Another surge of growth hit her body, ballooning her buttocks out and letting her belly grow more to create a smoother curve to her oblong shape. This was enough to tip the woman back. She cried out a muffled scream and even bounced a bit with the impact. The liquid in her body raged violently within at the movement, seeming to speed up her growing body. Karen's thighs squished together in a single, unbroken mass that began to swallow the rest of her legs, leaving only little protrusions of her feet behind. Likewise, her arms were being devoured by her oddly shaped body as she grew in proportion to, but still smaller than her lower half.
"Partridge in a pear- partridge in a pear- partridge in a pear..."
Karen had landed by the inflatable, whose singing seemed to taunt her. Her only consolation was that her growth seemed to be slowing down now, but the downside to that was that the liquid that once sloshed within had hardened into something much more solid. Normally, she might consider that revelation to be a benefit, but in practice it only limited her movement to near nothing. She good look around and flex her fattened, useless hands barely protruding from her sides, and that was about it.
Elliott planted a boot on Karen's green flesh. There was little to no give to it anymore, "What an ugly pear in my lawn. I ought to call the HOA and have them cart it off somewhere." She commented.
As though in agreement, Lorrie stopped skipping, finishing the song and moving on to the next.
