Contains girl to dog tf
Camille sat in a huff on a bench outside the campus' main building, groaning out a frustrated sigh. The girl was relatively short with black hair that grazed her shoulders and circular glasses that gave her a cute, studious look, and today was really shaping out to be a bummer for the second year college student. She'd spent all night making and remaking the perfect flyers, got to the campus early to use the printers to get them ready, and nearly every moment between classes was she out and about, trying to get anyone to give her the time of day to no avail. When she'd gone to student resources about starting up a club on campus to make some friends and memories it'd all sounded so easy - just write up a basic summary of the club and its functions, inform some faculty for approval of using school grounds or dorms or what have you, and get some people to join! So simple! She slumped further into the bench; no one, not a SINGLE person let her get past a 'hello, can I interest you in-'
Camille was hardly anything if not stubborn though, and she was not about to let her plans for a fun filled extracurricular activity resplendent with friends and good times die because of a few dozen strike-outs. Mustering up all the hype she could and pumped herself for another attempt. She stood and brushed her skirt off before scanning about for someone to approach. Soon enough she spotted a woman exiting a nearby lecture hall. She was on the tall side with brown messy hair and a light grey jacked with some intentional fraying, and best of all she wasn't speeding off to the next destination, so Camille figured she'd have a moment to talk. She did a quick once over to ensure she wouldn't embarrass herself upon a first impression, and then she strolled eagerly towards the young woman.
"Excuse me!" she called in a chipper tone
"What do you want?" the woman replied dismissively. She cast a sideways glance to Camille, and something about her inspired both awe and a little intimidation in the girl.
Normally Camille would just move on to the next person. She'd heard this tone and seen this expression plenty of times today, but she was sick of everyone brushing her off before they even heard her out! So, she pushed onward, ignoring the hint, "I wanted to ask you about your interest in a club I'm starting here on campus!" she maintained her bright smile and perky attitude.
The woman lifted an eyebrow, as if surprised Camille hadn't buzzed off yet, "Uhuh..." she said, starting to walk.
"Yes!" she hurried after her, "I'm uh, trying to put together a little-" she was cut off by the woman turning on her heel and flicking her in the nose, displacing her glasses on her face, "Ah-!" she squeaked, fumbling to readjust her glasses on her face. For some reason they didn't feel all that perfect anymore, just a slight bit off in that way that she couldn't put her finger on.
"That's right you're that girl in my calculus class," the woman declared, "The professor's pet."
Camille itched her nose, "You're in professor Fay's calc class?" she asked, deciding to ignore the comment about her being a teacher's pet, though it did make her face heat up a bit with embarrassment.
"Sorry hun, but I think you'll have to look elsewhere for your club." the woman said with a smirk that only added to Camille's frustration. She was blowing her off again, and again before she could even say what her club was! At this point, she didn't even want her to join, but she'd spent all day without managing to describe her club to a single person, and darn it she was going to get through her sales pitch whether this woman wanted to hear it or not.
She jogged a bit to catch back up with the woman, "Hold on - you haven't heard what it is yet!" she called. The wind on her face caused her nose to itch again, but she ignored it for now, "Isth a club where we can stholl awhl?" Her speech slurred and was overtaken by a lisp as her mouth began to feel funny. Her tongue lolled out of her mouth, as though it had swollen out of her mouth, which itself was beginning to feel funny. Once again her face tingled with heat, but she pressed on never the less, "Ahn ah wasth thinking-" she struggled to speak, much to the woman's apparent delight.
"Y'know what you need?" the brunette asked suddenly, bringing Camille to an abrupt stop. The bespectacled girl idly itched her face, looking up at the woman in confusion as her tongue finally started to fit in her mouth again. The woman dug in her purse and pulled out a dog collar.
Camille's mouth still felt off, and she could swear she saw something weird in her peripheral vision, but at least her tongue had gone back to normal, "A collarrrr?" her question ended in a light rumble, like a tiny growl, but she hardly noticed. She knew those punk kids or whatever they called themselves would wear collars and spiked chokers and stuff as a fashion thing, but it was never really her thing. Despite this, the woman went ahead and deftly wrapped the thing around Camille's neck and fastened it without it being too tight. In fact it felt pretty comfortable.
"Correct," the woman said, "what? you want a treat for the right answer or something?" she asked sarcastically.
The word set off an alarm bell in Camille's head, and she stopped fumbling with the collar with her numbing hands. "Treat?" she asked, tilting her head slightly. She could feel her tail begin to wag at the very thought! Wait- tail? She cast a panicked glance backwards and gasped. She had a tail! It was long and covered in golden fur, "Whats hrrrrrrappening!?" she growled out as she fell forward. She landed with a thud onto her hands and got a good look at them for the first time. Her hands had shrunk significantly, forming into distinctly nubbly paws, and the same golden fur was sprouting all up her arms. Despite her situation her tail continued to wag, even as the thing in her peripheral vision extended more and more, revealing itself to be a long snout capped off with a large dark nose. She ran her enlarged tongue around her painfully growing teeth and around her furry face exploratively. Her whole body began to simultaneously burn with heat and itch all over as thick fur grew in. Camille shook her head, causing her ears to flop about, growing in and rapidly migrating to the top of her head.
Her panic waned a touch when the woman knelt beside her and began to scritch just behind her new ears, "Awww, its okay girl," she cooed. Camille knew this was bad and that this woman was somehow responsible, but the pets and gentle tone was so very soothing. "Good girl," the woman continued, causing a fresh bout of tail wagging from Camille. She could feel her bones begin to realign in her back and hips, her legs readjusting to make her position on all fours much more comfortable. As an added bonus, she was finally able to scratch the itch under her collar with her back foot - it'd been driving her nuts!
Wait a minute, what was she thinking? She was being turned into a dog! She wasn't a dog she was a human girl - a college student! All she wanted was to have a club and make friends, why was this happening to her? She let out a long series of whines.
"Ohh I know girl, these must be so hot and uncomfy," the woman said, helping Camille out of her former clothes, leaving her only with the fur on her body and a collar around her neck. The ex-human was in too much shock to put up much of a fuss when a leash was attached to her collar and she was pulled along away from the lecture hall. The dog looked around, had nobody seen this happen? Nobody even looked their way. Was this even real? She shook herself - it was at least a bit less stuffy without her old clothes...
"Ah, Ms. Owens," came the familiar voice of their calculus teacher, Professor Fay, "Oh what a gorgeous dog!" she stooped to give Camille pets, "Where'd you get her?"
"She was a stray," Danielle replied, "If you know anybody looking for a dog, lemme know - my sister and I can't take care of one and if we don't find somebody to take her she's going to the shelter." Camille could swear she saw the woman that trapped her in this body smirk at her while she spoke, eliciting a whine from the dog.
"Awh well that's no good!" the professor continued to pet Camille, who leaned into it, giving her old teacher a pleading look to recognize her. Staring into those eyes, the professor gasped. I'm saved! the dog wagged her tail vigorously, "Why don't I take her? I've been wanting to get a dog and I can't say no to this faaace." she cooed at Camille, whose hope was dashed just as fast as it was raised.
A few weeks later and Professor Fay was watching her golden retriever run around the dog park. It'd been a process to get this far - she was a real fuss at the vet and she moped around for the first week or so, but now she was sprinting free and playing with all her new doggy friends. Camille got the club she wanted, in a way. They were fun and met twice a week, and best of all there wasn't any homework in between. She could get pretty used to this after all...
