This is an experiment I've wanted to work on for a while - A Choose Your Own Adventure. Now, previous attempts faltered because I had too many ideas.<br /><br />This one however was more simple. It's a short story idea, and I had branching alternative options. It's fairly simple as a story and as an experiment.<br /><br />In this story, you assume the role of a pony who lives just outside Ponyville when your peaceful night is shattered by something flying over your house, followed by a loud explosion....<br /><br />Please note, certain parts of the story are "points of no return" where the links at the bottom of the page only lead on or restart the story. You can of course use back links in browsers, but that's cheating <img src="https://e.deviantart.net/emoticons/letters/=p.gif" width="15" height="15" alt=":P" title=":P (Lick)"/><br /><br />Before the general notes that apply to and appear below each party, there's one final note. All comments are disabled everywhere but here, as the intent is players/readers play/read it from here, and therefore comment here <img src="https://e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/smile.gif" width="15" height="15" alt=":)" title=":) (Smile)"/><br /><br /><b>Notes</b><br />-Warning tag is for future potential violence in other paths.<br /><br />-This story is a crossover, with the second source of the crossover never explicitly identified. The only clue is, the fandom is apparently the source of a phrase that is often used to describe Pony stories like Cupcakes.<br /><br />-Some errors may pop up, please let me know.<br /><br />-Some sections have links to musical soundtracks that I feel fit scenes in the story on youtube, mostly using Half Life 2 music. If you dislike this idea, or conversely have suggestions for music to fit other scenes, please let me know.
