This is an entry for <a href="https://da-entranced.deviantart.com/"><img class="avatar" src="https://a.deviantart.net/avatars/d/a/da-entranced.gif?2" alt=":iconda-entranced:" title="DA-Entranced"/></a>'s Spring contest, <a href="https://da-entranced.deviantart.com/blog/37875214/">[link]</a> with a theme of youth and innocence. I had planned two entries, one a darker tone, and one more light hearted. This is the darker one, featuring Rika/Ruki from Digimon Tamers. <br /><br />Ruki has been having strange dreams. She hears a voice, trapped, in need of her help. But who is really the one in need of saving?<br /><br />Juri may have been more fitting, but it's hardly fair on her to get this sort of thing in canon and then have an evil clown turn her into a loyal minion here. Plus, I wanted to try and make Ruki seem innocent, and how much more innocent can you get than helping someone in need?<br /><br />Or is the right word naive?
