The fourth of the various attempts to break writers block I'm writing as mentioned in my journal here: [link]

The reason I took this one, from AlexWarlorn, was it was something I'd been pondering doing a while back, and a chance to revisit something. It's not really anything all that new, but it gave me ideas. Sadly, ideas that just didn’t really sync up.

The previous works the idea was based on, [link] Standing Around Doing Nothing and [link] SADN Alternate Scenes should help anyone not sure what's going on to understand a little more as to who's who. In a way, this is just an alternate ending, but a more serious one as opposed to the humorous endings of SADN Alt Scenes.

Which is why I started this a few times over the week hoping to chip away at ti, but only had a good shot at really writing it today. The false starts were ideas that just didn't work, but even this one still has unanswered questions that are a little more like plot holes, like where the Supersofts had been hidden if Eiko had no dress, what stopped them from being turned back before?

The other part that I couldn't quite work in was that they were wearing skintight clothing, a little trick to make them what I decided would be called "Modest Nudes" to help make the three of them more notable as statues.

It's not really great, and maybe there was more could be done to fill in the blanks on this, but maybe it's better I just get it done rather than let it be counterproductive. Improving it might occur later on, but I don't want to win at irony and go get writers block again on an attempt to break it :D. But just ignoring the questions and doing what I could resulted in a story a lot longer than intended again, so perhaps it's a good thing. Anyway, hope it's good enough, even though I know it's not brilliant.
