This is a request for <a href="https://kamon72.deviantart.com/"><img class="avatar" src="https://a.deviantart.net/avatars/default.gif" alt=":iconkamon72:" title="Kamon72"/></a> , and he wanted a story about Toph Bei Fong from Avatar being turned into a doll. <br /><br />The Bei Fongs want nothing more than their daughter back. Their efforts failed at every turn and they fear they have no options left, until a mysterious figure offers them the chance they wanted. They have misgivings, but he is true to his word...<br /><br />Quite a dark little story in the end if I say so myself. I found it intresting the hypocrysy of the figure I decided to name "Mister Erebus" as I saw in the request. It seemed to me he was getting at the Bei Fong's by insulting how they had treated their daughter, yet using their daughter to get back at them. He also gives them what they want whilst taking it away at the same time. The strange figure's actions here with regards to her all conflict with each other, yet at the same time he puts the greater body of the world first. I wrote him to imply he might be something that has no care for anything and ensured his actions were questionable. Even waiting to after the war to return her is contradictory as a risk: If she had died, nothing. If returned early, even if the Fire Nation wins he still did the terms of the job. His very character, his motivations, they just beg questions that have no answers. He is a confident figure, but certainly not sane. <br /><br />Lastly, not familiar with Avatar, but I hope I didn't get too much wrong. <img src="https://e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/smile.gif" width="15" height="15" alt=":)" title=":) (Smile)"/>
