This is a request for <a href="https://scoobyfan1.deviantart.com/"><img class="avatar" src="https://a.deviantart.net/avatars/default.gif" alt=":iconscoobyfan1:" title="scoobyfan1"/></a>  and it was for a story in which Daphne Blake from Scooby-Doo is transformed into a naga-like creature. <br /><br />When Daphne samples a new skin lotion, it&#039;s not long before an unwanted side effect crops up. Her skin becomes scales, and it seems she is transforming. The gang tries to find some way to cure her condition, but in the end, for Daphne all hope seems lost. Fearing she will be a monster and no one can love her, she tries to flee, only for Fred to prove the strength of his love for her.<br /><br />I&#039;m not very good at shipping/romance, but hopefully I managed the ending okay. I also found out I&#039;m not very good at writing down what Scooby would say convincingly so I&#039;ve had to avoid him saying much, but I made a little joke out of his one line. The idea was inspired by an episode of the Aladdin cartoon where something similar occurs according to <a href="https://scoobyfan1.deviantart.com/"><img class="avatar" src="https://a.deviantart.net/avatars/default.gif" alt=":iconscoobyfan1:" title="scoobyfan1"/></a>, but I&#039;ve not seen that one myself. <br /><br />I largely had to rely on a scooby-doo wiki to get the info here, and I&#039;m pretty sure me basing Mystery Inc. in a mansion-like headquarters is something from the movies, but it allows Velma to have a lab and have her try her initial testing. The wiki I used also claimed that the boys and the girls lived in seperate houses, but I thought it would be simpler to have them share the hq as their house as well.<br /><br />The villianess I put in here has a fairly self-centered kind of motivation for her plot, but I felt it might be intresting to have someone know who the Mystery Inc gang were and her whole scheme is to try and get them out of the way. I actually pondered a number of other schemes she might try out for later, and realised it would only be prudent to leave a sequel hook just in case <img src="https://e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/smile.gif" width="15" height="15" alt=":)" title=":) (Smile)" /><br /><br />I&#039;ve got to apologise for the delay finish this (Just a bad season for my free time I guess), and I must also apologise for the rather poor pun in the title <img src="https://e.deviantart.net/emoticons/b/biggrin.gif" width="15" height="15" alt=":D" title=":D (Big Grin)" />
