Another story tweaked, though this time, to the request of the requester. Based on the comments from Alexwarlorn below, I've edited this story to cover the points he raised.

"This is a request for :iconalexwarlorn: and it was for Rika and her family to become a family of Renamon variants. The request was influenced by sprite work by Casetermk that inspired Alexwarlorn and also naturally influenced this story. As I wrote it, it became apparent it would get long, so I've split it in two.

A grey fog envelops the Nonoka residence as Rika, Rumiko, and Seiko sleep. Even Renamon is unaware as life changing events happen. Soon after, with no idea how, the family of humans become digimon. The family have to then contend with their transformation, and try and see if they can still live their lives as normally as they can. But the former humans seem unaware of the gradual changes to how they act and relate to themselves and others, leaving Renamon as an observer, and as the only member of the family truly aware of, or confused by, the gradual changes. How far will the transformation from human to digimon take the Nonokas?
