This is the updated and repaired version of All Hail The Queen Part One, as voted for in this poll: [link] . Changes to the story as a whole are fixing capitalisation, breaking up larger paragraphs, some small changes to make things flow better, and spelling/grammar tweaks.

this is inspired by 's pic all hail the queen redux [link] . i'd asked for permission to do this ages ago but only just got round to it and figured it could do as part of an ff8/ff9 double whammy. as you may guess from the image, it's eiko up to no good again and dragging vivi in her wake about three years after the game.

i suppose it's a pretty loose inspiration now though, since the idea i had to justify eiko petrifying garnet kind of necessitated some explaination and a lead to a somewhat happy ending in this. plus, the scene actually including the events of the picture, eiko does act quite differently... at least in this version.

i've actually wound up with a lot of ideas on this one. a darker alternative ending as well as a story based on the reasons i give for eiko not really enjoying the results of her temporary peroid as a queen. partly because of that, i had to split it in 2 parts. in this part, eiko hatches and carries out her plot...
