Sally wasn't sure if it was going to work, but it was this, or Gloria's birthday surprise was ruined. As the watch swung back and forth and her girlfriend tracked it, she hoped that her dabbling in hypnosis would pay off.

And when her eyes glazed over, Sally gave it a shot.

"Can you hear me, Gloria?"

"Yes...." Came a sleepy sounding reply.

"I want you to think about what you saw hidden in the closet. And then forget about it. Can you do that?"

"Yes...."

"Okay! What did you see in the closet?"

"....What closet?"

Sally realised a small flaw.

"Ah crap I can't prove you've actually forgotten, can I?"
