Netto Hikari groaned as he awoke - and as the fog and pain in his head cleared a little, he realised he was tied up, his mouth gagged... and so was Rockman.exe beside him, still out.

"Mmmph?" He said fruitlessly, looking over the netnavi.

Ropes tied his hands behind his back, held his legs together - and over his mouth was a cloth gag, taped down. More ropes were bound criss-crossed over his chest, looped under his arms. His helmet was gone, and the netnavi's rarely-seen brown hair was visible. A quick glance down confirmed he was in the same position.

As he looked, though, he caught sight of more feet. Wriggling a little, he managed to see the feet of Tomahawkman.exe, the Native American themed navi tied up like he and Rockman, but with his headdress removed, exposing reddish hair similar to that of his owner Dingo.

And speaking of which, shifting a little left, he saw Dingo himself, hood down, out cold, and trussed up like the other three in the room.

The room itself was a barren white space, only a screen on one wall, and no evidence of even a door. The lights were bright, glaring off the white walls, and the temperature was hot.

The others slowly awoke, startled and mumbling through their gags. Netto gestured towards Rockman, turning to try and undo his gag, but he found that his fingers were unable to get any purchase on the tape or the cloth. As Dingo and Tomahawkman tried also, to no avail.

And then a voice came from speakers.

"Good day... or night... to you, my four little prizes. My name is not of importance, but know that you are safe - for now. But know you are very tightly tied up, and escape is impossible. Do enjoy your stay..."

The four groaned and cursed behind their gags, feeling sore from the positions the ropes held them in, feeling warm from the heat, and their eyes hurting from the bright light.

Netto couldn't even remember what they'd been doing to get here, and had no idea who could have done this to them. And with his friends gagged and only able to mumble, he didn't think he'd learn anything from them any time soon.

All he could do was sit, wait, and wonder why Dingo kept tapping him on the ankle...

Dingo, for his part, groaned again.

'Doesn't he know morse code?!' he tapped onto Rockman's ankle.

'Sorry, I think dot.'

'...you mean N, not D.'

'I thidk dot?'

Dingo sighed, while Netto looked at his netnavi in confusion.
