Rikku stood motionless, twin daggers in hand, partially crouched her thief outfit's yellow top bright against the pale grey stone she had become. Paine stood beside her, smirking.

"Well, Rikku, seems you got careless, again. Caught another petrifying gaze. If I didn't know better I'd say you liked being turned to stone..."

Paine leaned in to the frozen face of her fellow gullwing, and whispered into the petrified ear.

"...but then again, I know I like you being turned into stone."

A gentle kiss on the stone cheek, and Paine moved around in front of the petrified Al-Bhed.

"You're much quieter like this at least. Still beautiful, but at least I can enjoy the view in peace," Paine grinned.

The silver haired swordswoman removed her gloves, then stroked the smooth stone stomach of the statue before her, circling her belly button.

"Practically sculpted. Good thing we're alone... isn't it?"

Onwards and upwards her hands went, stroking the petrified flesh, until reaching the base of the breasts, below the yellow fabric of her bikini-like top. Two little bumps in the middle of the material indicated Rikku's nipples below.

"I wonder, were you cold, or excited?" Paine rubbed the raised spots, before moving upwards to run her fingers over Rikku's lips.

"I know I'm excited... and I guess you're going to be cooling soon. You're stone, after all."

Warm lips of flesh kissed against cooling lips of stone, the live eyes closed, the stone eyes staring blankly, as -

There was a knock at the door. Paine sighed and drew back.

"What is is?" She tried not to sound as frustrated as she was.

"Sorry to interrupt you two, but we've got another sphere. Yuna wants all hands on deck," Tidus shouted through the cabin door.

With a sigh, Paine used a soft on her girlfriend.

"Aw, we barely even got started," Rikku pouted.

"I know. But sphere hunting calls. Let's get this over with and we can pick up where we left off..." Paine winked.

"Hmm... I wonder if Yunie and Tidus might wanna help you unwind too once we're done. I mean, they owe us now..."

Paine had the mental vision of three statues to play with... or three people playing with her as a statue. She resisted the urge to shiver.

"...We'll see, I guess. Let's go."
