The Witchmon could barely contain her glee. She had the humans cornered, and knew just how to defeat them. With just a few spells, she could have total control of any of these humans, and the one in blue would be first...

The first thing Kouji knew of the attack was when he suddenly felt like he was transforming, but not in the usual way. This wasn't the effect of the Spirit of Light.

The others watch in surprise as he glowed for a second, before shifting shape and size into the form of an anthromorphic MetalGarurumon.

"Kouji? What's going on?" Koichi asked in confusion.

"I dunno, I..."

The witchmon giggled as the second spell began working. Not truly human and not truly digimon now, Kouji was vulnerable to a little persuasion... or rather, quite a lot of it.

Kouji recoiled as he felt it enter his mind. His reply to his brother was lost, and he tried to cry out in alarm. But he found his body wasn't his any more. It was moving, acting on the orders of another.

"Freezing Breath!"

He turned on the others, freezing Tommy first, but then blasting the rest. They each barely had time to react before their bodies became solid ice, slightly encased in a light layer of ice. Zoe still stared in confusion, Tommy and JP had been caught totally off-guard, Koichi was recoiling in surprise, and Takuya...

...Had already tried to transform, and was now Agunimon, thawing himself out.

'Oh? One trying to escape? Not for long...' Kouji heard a female voice in his mind as his body stood sentinel.

The thawing Agunimon began to glow, shifting shape from an Agunimon to an anthromorphic Agumon just as he began moving again.

"Kouji, what are you doing, what's happening?!" Takuya began, only to freeze up once more.

Kouji knew what was happening. Whatever controlled him, had Takuya as well.

"I only wanted one pet but it seems we can't have 'ice' things around here with mister melt-stuff there," a voice said.

Witchmon floated down on her broomstick.

"You two might be wondering what is going on. Well, basically, you're half-human, half-digimon. And that means you don't have any regular digital world code, and that means there's plenty of vulnerabilities. I have complete control of you two. I can make you dance a waltz..."

The pair found themselves moving towards each other, positioning as dancing partners.

"...make you buck like chickens..."

They began flapping their arms and clucking.

"...or better yet, make you my little servants. But you need personality - and your lame human ones won't do! Garu, obey my command!"

Kouji tensed mentally, feeling as Witchmon seemingly reached into his very mind.

"You will be an obedient and meek puppy! You will be eager to please me, but nervous! Got it?"

Kouji tried to resist, but it was useless. He found himself back in control of his body, but no longer himself.

"Y-yes, my mistress! I'll do anything you ask!"

"Excellent! And Agu... You will become obedient, but you won't always act happy about it. But you'll never resist me, got it?"

"...Yes, my lady," he growled.

"Hm, maybe you should be Deredere and Tsuntsun. Eh, it's better than whatever your silly human names were! Now, if you're my servants you need to look the part..."

She snapped her fingers, and from the air, a burst of code formed around them creating butlers uniforms.

"How do you like them?"

"It's wonderful, mistress!" Kouji gushed.

"It is adequate..." Takuya sighed.

"Well, boys, we need to get to work. There's a long walk home with my four little popsicle humans. Get carrying!"

The two obeyed, Kouji rushing to pick up Koichi and Zoe, while Takuya sighed and seemingly reluctantly picked up J.P and Tommy, before following their flying mistress home...

They soon reached what looked like a cottage. Witchmon led them down into the basement, where she began casting spells to form four blocks of ice.

"Now, just place them here, these ice pedestals will stop them thawing out for, oooh, ever. Unless someone switches them off, but neither of you want to do that, right?"

"No, mistress! Never!"

"...No, I guess not."

The four frozen humans now sat atop ice blocks, the chill mist falling down from them, but the magic keeping the subzero chill held only around the iced statues. The rest of the basement had plenty of room for more trophies.

"Well, good! For now though, I don't have much use for you, until maybe more humans show up or something... Hm, but this is a pretty small cottage, not much room. Ah, I know! Both of you walk into the garden, assume nice poses, and I'll use a gargoyle spelll! But instead of turning to flesh at night, you'll only turn back if I order it or there are intruders, got it?"

"Yes, mistress! I'll be a great guard statue thing!" Kouji nodded.

"I've nothing better to do," Takuya grouched.

"Great! Have fun as statues!"

The pair walked outside, took up positions, and felt Witchmon's spell transform them into holding the properties of gargoyles, altered as Witchmon had ordered. Turning to stone and standing sentinel, they didn't even entertain the though of being anything else.
