Sometimes I see a work of art and it stops me in my tracks.  It might be a depiction of crushing brutal dominance.  It might be a splashy and colorful style that charges my batteries.  It might be a tender depiction of loving power exchange.  It could be almost ANYTHING that was created by the artist so long as it is an expression of their honest truth.  That pure, beautiful art arrests me.  I feel it like the hand of my Mistress on my leash.  “Tina, didn’t you see this?”  A gentle tug and the serious tone directs me to examine it more closely.

And I am sucked in.

Captivated.

Y’all, that’s what I’m here for.  I think that’s what most of us are here for.  We want to be overwhelmed by a fantasy that tickles our nostalgia or our lust or our sense of imagination.

I hope I’m not making too big of deal about this, but…swear to God….I have BIG feelings Y’all.  Lol.

Anyway, as you’ve noticed, I post other people’s art in my announcements and I write my thoughts.  Not just my thoughts about the story or the image but how they make me feel.  And sometimes I lose myself in their art and I write my own story in their world.

There’s NOTHING better than when that happens!!!

That was a big lead-up for the subject of my last little “showcase” piece; @BondageKidnapper .   He works in the most wonderfully unique color scheme; mostly black and white, or sometimes tan like old-fashioned parchment paper that they wrapped special packages in.  Or even the type of parchment used by Leonardo Di Vinci to sketch his otherworldly creations.  Combined with a few splashes of color to draw your attention where he wants it to go, where he wanted MY eyes to go, I was drawn in.  I was helpless.  Everything stopped but me and his art and I felt seen by the images he shared.

Does that make sense?

And then something so cool happened.  Like, in less than a day, he sent me a message!  He was thanking ME!  Fuck!  Mind blown.  Like, did Steven Speilberg thank you for saying Jaws made you scared to get in the freaking bath tub?  Fuck no he didn’t.  But BondageKidnapper came to me to thank me for loving the gift he put out into the world that I claimed and posted on my feed.  How happy am I right now?!

And then something even better.  I just told you that I was putting myself in his art, right?  Well, he LITERALLY put me into his next work.  Look down below.  That’s me bitches!!  Lol.

Technically bound(3)

So I freely admit that he took liberties with my hair.  No offense to redheads but this Kentucky fanatic would NEVER wear the rouge of my hated rival the University of Louisville.  But other than that, this image take me back to a time and place where I was oh so very submissive.  I’ll share.

Back when I was a cheerleader at the University of Kentucky, besides our duties on the sidelines and at pep rallies, we also frequently spent time at the fundraising events where the school used us to try to loosen up the checkbooks of the more significant millionaire donors.  Now, now, now…no lines were crossed or pressure applied.  We were to dress for a cocktail party, get made up, bat our eyes, put on our biggest smiles and be friendly with everyone there.  And truly, I never once had a bad experience.  No handsy, touchy, feely, grabby old men.  We were all out in the open and thirty or forty years younger than the “guests,” and they couldn’t have been kinder ole’ southern gents.  We had fun.  They had fun.  And the school got donations.

This was a great time for me.  I was studying English literature and learning how to train my body.

And I was mastering self-bondage and escape.  Yeah.  Mastering it.

And sometimes at these events standing in a tight skirt, black pantyhose, heels and top a half size to small so the buttons just strained slightly to hold together….sometimes, even as I “engaged” in small talk and laughed at jokes….sometimes….sometimes, I let me mind wander here.  It would take me here, to a fence or a closet or a trunk or a bed, and I’d be helpless.  I’d be in submission.  Someone would have seen me and wanted me as I am and made the choice to take me and bind me and force me to have what I wanted…needed….and always denied myself.  This was the Tina I saw in my imagination as I was discovering who I was.  Who I am.

And by some incredible miracle that I know must be from God above, BondageKidnapper saw me this way too, and gave me this piece of art to remind me and let me feel that joyful rush of exploration…all….over….again.

He even put my name on the sign, Y’all.   😊

Thank you BondageKidnapper.  You’ve made a little farm girl in Kentucky SO very happy with your art.
