Submission is serving. Everyone gets that. But serving has an “active” connotation. And it isn’t limited to action. Serving can also just be using one’s time. Waiting IS serving.

Think about it. Giving your pleasure or your pain is really nothing more than surrendering intense but fleeting moments. Short stretches of time.

And what is the most precious of all resources? Not money. That comes and goes. And it isn’t always easy, but you can create more of that. It isn’t health either. Precious as health is, a person has sway over their health. They can squander it. They can enhance it. It’s not even love. Love is so very powerful. Love can inspire you to do great things. Love can also drive you into stupid mistakes. Love on earth, though, is still a product of chemistry and convenience. Even love is not absolute.

Time is absolute. Time rolls on. You can’t do anything about the ticking clock. You can’t reclaim time. When it is gone it is gone forever.

And time is so powerful. The proper application of your time can produce more of all of the other resources. Money. Heath. Knowledge. Love. These can all be obtained given enough time.

Time is the most precious of worldly things.

Waiting is giving your time.

Service is waiting.

Submission is serving.

If you think about it, giving up time is the purest form of submission and sub can ever perform for their Dominant.
