XXV – GOING NEW PLACES

COMMIE BONDAGE ASSAULT ON WALLSTREET,
“Communists activists yesterday assaulted a meeting of brokers on Wallstreet, forcing the 42 business ladies present to strip before putting them in red latex straitjackets, legbinders and red ballgags, leaving them all behind to struggle and mmpph, before being released after 6 hours by male cleaners. The communists left a big soviet flag and several leaflets behind. In an open letter to our paper, the RED CATS took responsibility for the action and demanded the dissolution of the stock exchange.
A police spokeswoman said, the authorities are following several leads in the case. Interestingly, the terrorists bought their bondage gear in a shop of SUPERTIGHT INC., one of the leading stocks of the DOW. Not showing much solidarity with the struggling, small gag artisan from your neighbourhood, commie gals, really!
The stocks of SUPERTIGHT INC. today rose by 3,5 %.
Hillary Vore, a young broker on Wallstreet and yesterday among the victims of the crime, denied in an interview any connection between the assault and the rise in stock value.
On another matter, young Hillary told our reportress:
“It was a crime, sure, but it was very hot bondage. I and my colleagues had a very pleasant afternoon. I kept the gag, the leg binder and the straitjacket for further use with my female companion in private.”
That’s American spirit: If in a bind, just relax and enjoy it!”

“NEW SUPER BATTLESHIPS LAID DOWN,
the new MONTANA-class is planned to consist of four ships with the heaviest guns in the world, destined to rule the seas supreme, as Admiral Benson, C-in-C Atlantic Fleet, put it
so nicely. Today, the first two of these babies have been laid down...”

CIA Headquarters, Langley, Virginia, USA, November 3rd, 1938, 9.04 hours

“The Japs have started new operations in the western theatre.”
“I see, Marcy. I still dont understand why they didnt land at the southern shores. They must strangle the Chinese to put their war effort to a halt, otherwise they wont get anywhere. The costs of this war ruins their economy, you see.”
“Frankly spoken, Arlene, you have a very different view of things than Jill.”
“Look, Marcy, I know you like Jill and I am too sorry that shes gone for good, but be assured, our outlook on things might be different, but our conclusions are the same. Lets put it straight. The fascistas are dangerous. They must be stopped. I am convinced only WE can stop them. Its only that I regard the Japs as less dangerous than the Krautbabes in Europe. The German economy has big potential. If they should get control of Europe as a whole, maybe even Russia, they will endanger even our security.”
“Isnt that a bit far in the future?”
“Might happen sooner than you think.”
“You say so in the briefings to the lady president?”
“Hell no, guess I can control my temper better than Jill. Would be of no use. But Roosevelt wont be presidentress for ever.”
“Your words in the goddess ear, Arlene...”
“Okay, back to business. This offensive there in western China burns up a lot of fuel. Hows the Japs reserves of late?”
“Uhh, I have... here it is...”
“Lets see...”

The skies over Kunming, China, November 4th, 1938, 10.27 hours

Bill had to admit he was more than a bit nervous. He scanned the instruments, then again the sky. Kunming was ahead, burning here and there, pillars of smoke rising, and... HELL, yes, there they were. Cigarlike, twoengined japanese bombers, painted in an ugly brown.
Jess Sumers voice on the radio:
“Bandits on 7 o clock. Go get the gals. Tally Ho!”
Bill curved down on the Japs. Everything happened really fast. A bomber grew in the gunsights. It behaved like a lame duck. Bill squeezed the triggers. The tracers wandered right into the plane, it started to burn. HEY! The bitches shot back. His Tigress passed under the Jap, which produced smoke. There! It went down. WOW! This was the real thing.
The young aviator was far to excited to be afraid, let alone feel pity for the jap crew.
He scanned the sky for another victim. It was a turkey shot.

Two hours later the Tigresses gathered at their base, reliving the action and drinking some serious stuff, Bill excluded, who settled for water.
17 jap bombers shot down, not a single own loss.
Jess Sumers strolled over to him.
“You got two, Bill?”
“Yes. It was real easy.”
“Guess the others will accept you know.”
“Would be nice.”
“You made a mistake.”
“Uh?”
“You should have lost in chess at least once in a while. The girls didnt like loosing to a male.”
“They should better get accustomed to loosing. Especially the Jap chicks.”
“Thats the right spirit. But I doubt they will come back. Cant afford such heavy losses. Kunming is to far for fighter escort. They will go for easier targets.”
“We can change base farther east.”
“Thats easier said than done.”
“The Chinese making difficulties?”
“Hard to work with the chicks. But I guess they will be more friendly after this victory.”
“What will the Japs do?”
“Dont know. One thing I am quite sure of.”
“So?”
“The commandress of their air force out here is in for a hard time. Its said their empress has a very bad temper.”
“Well, I will save my pity for the civilians killed by their bombs instead.”
“Well said, Bill.”

Villa Arranza, Mexico-City, Mexico, November 6th, 1938,  20.42 hours

“You are a most beautiful woman, Lady Braun.”
“My thanks, Senora Arranza. May I return this compliment?”
“Oh, well, probably we both are attracted by the exotic appearance of the other in our respective eyes.”
“I take it blonde, blue eyed ladies are seldom seen around here.”
“Only some gringas, the cursed Americanas.”
“Might not be seen so often next year.”
“Ahh, you want to get to business. You Germans are so disciplined and assidious. I wish my people had something of this in it.”
“We will see to it that you get the opportunity to accomplish that.”
“Yes, my people needs teaching a bit virtues. Cigarette?”
“Thanks, Senora.”
Lady Arranza was a beautiful Mexican lady in her fifties, due to the longevity treatment looking like 30, with intense eyes and a certain grace. She and her blonde visitor rested in wooden, throne like chairs on a veranda overlooking the city. None of Arranzas aides or house squires were present. The leadress of the Fascist Movement of Mexiko, known as the silvershirts, had met with the blonde in private and secrecy.
They lit their cigarettes. The blonde smoked as coolly as Consuela Arranza had come to expect from the confident stranger.
“It might not be easy to accomplish the mission. Well, certain elements in the army are with the movement, but there are several problems. There might be resistance. The unions, the press – if they organize the communist part of the populace to stop us.”
“These packs have leadresses. Take them out, and the packs will become mere sheep.”
“Assassinations can be counterproductive.”
“Yes. But I advice you not to asssassinate anyone. You can accomlish your mission without much bloodshed.”
“Beg your pardon?”
“Gagged mouths cant voice a call to arms or strike.”
“I am afraid I dont get it.”
“Abduct the senoras in question. Naturally, it must be well coordinated and executed, but I am not here alone. My gals are trained for the mission, and they will help your fightresses to reach our objectives.”
“An... unconventional plan.”
“In case you fail, released prisoners will look better than killed unionists and reportresses. Likewise for members of the current government.”
“I am astonished you have thought of failure.”
“One must allow for that. I thought it a reassurance for you and most especially some more reluctant members of the movement.”
“You are most right. We must go to work as soon as possible. Such a big plan...”
“Dont fear. Organisation is my second nature. Its in my peoples genes I think. My gals and I are well experienced in this sort of thing.”
“The Fuehra trusts you, I heard.”
“Yes. An old story with the communistas back in the combat time.”
“Combat time?”
“Back in the Reich the time our party fought for power is called “combat time”.”
“I see. And now... you are here to help our movement in our own “combat time”.
“The parallels are obvious.”
“Before we get to work, we should celebrate our new partnership.”
“A good idea, Senora Arranza.”
“Consuela, Lady Braun.”
“The name is Dora. What could you have in mind?”
The Arranza killed her cigarette in the ashtray and rose. Her dark eyes gleamed.
“I hunger for the sight of your naked body pressing against mine in the sheets.”
“I thought so.” Ophelia Skorzeny said wryly.

Datscha of Chairwoman of NKVD, Natalia Yazova, outside Moscow, USSR, November 17th, 1938, 2.15 hours

Natalia Yazova, most feared woman in Russia after the Stalina herself, didnt sleep well this night. She awakened from a ghastly nightmare, her body covered in sweat, the sheets clinging to her flesh.
Disoriented, she noted several figures in her bedroom. Divorced, she slept alone. The lights were on.
“What?”
“Gospoda Yazova!”
Natalias head turned. It was Ilona Shmikova, the young bitch with the angel like face starring coldly down at her.
“You, what is the meaning of...”
“You are accused of treason and espionage on behalf of the Japanese Empire. You are hereby taken into custody.”
Rough arms sized the Yazova, turned her around. Shackles closed on her arms.
“This... no... you cant be serious. I will get you for this... the Stalina...”
“The Stalina ordered me personally to arrest you after I presented the evidence of your treason to her.”
Ilona smiled down on the horrified woman. She put a cigarette between her lips, lit a match and ordered:
“Stop these bubbling. Gag the traitress.”
“No...ummpphh!”
A leathergag was forced into Yazovas gaping mouth and buckled shut cruelly. The former chairwoman of NKVD starred wild eyed up at Shmikova, who lit her Marlboro.
Blowing out smoke, the petite brunette beamed at the prisoner.
“Oh, how I loved to give this order, as I have heard you yourself give it what must be a hundred times.  How does it feel on the receiving end, my dear?”
“Gmmpphh!”
“What? I cant understand you. – Take the traitress away.”
The guards immediately complied to the orders of General Shmikova, new chairwoman of NKVD.

Studio The Quiet Power, Atlanta, Georgia, USA, November 22nd, 1938

“My pupil seems disturbed. Do you have a question?”
Imiko looked politely down on Maria, who lay on the ground of the studio in her underwear, all trussed up with white silk rope in abundance. The small Japanese was rolling a big silk scarf into a ball.
“Yes, sensei. I... I mean, you bound me lesson after lesson, and every time you gag me too. Is this really necessary? I cant learn to undo the gag, and I will undo it anyway when, if ever, I get free. So...”
“The answer, my pupil, is twofold.
First, you naturally breath very differently when gagged, and breathing, as you hopefully have learned, is essential to the art. What if you are gagged for real and have to get free? You will master the art only under the harshest of conditions, for you may meet them under the enemies clutches.
Second...”
“Yes, sensei?”
“Second, its tradition. Tradition is important. Open wide...”
“But...mmpphh!”

Imperial Palace of the Daughter of the Sun, Tokyo, December 2nd, 1938, 7.13 hours

“So, without fighter escort we cant defend properly against the American mercenaries. I have stopped all air operations this far west to avoid further losses.”
General Hayabuze spoke fast, eyeing the empress closely.
Hirohita didnt seem to pay much attention. She sharpened her Katana with an old fashioned stone. She did so for the last fifteen minutes. Hayabuze gulped and looked about. None of the other generals and admirals in the room met her gaze.
“So, there is nothing we can do against this Americanas. The white devils are simply out of effective reach. If the army would advance further, than...”
Hirohita suddenly rose.
“I understand full well the technical matters, my daughter. What I dont understand is, why you havent stopped the mission sooner. BEFORE we lost nearly hundred planes and their skilled crews.”
“I... I mean...”
“Do you have anything else to explain?”
“We werent sure about the mercenaries numbers and mode of operations, and...”
Hayabuze was interrupted in the most effective way possible. Her head rolled over the floor and her body fell slowly to the ground. Blood spilled on the white floor.
The empress slowly cleaned her sword with a silk scarf.
“Miyabi.”
Behind the other Generals, a rather young girl in simple black garments rose and came forth.
“Empress?”
“Go into the land of the Chinese. Find the white mercenaries. Kill them.”
“As you wish.”
