Sometimes when new legislation is passed, everyone needs to know about it. Two women find out the hard way, one harder than the other.

Not my most original story, but I wanted to write a quick one and create a couple new images to go with it.

As always, I do not own nor claim ownership to the two images; they are simply pulled from the web. Should anyone object I will be happy to remove them.
