Two girls, far distant from each other loved nature. Visiting the nature gardens always brought them joy. However, both were about to learn you should be careful what you wish for. This girl was visiting another garden, While admiring Little Bird Girl fountain she made the same classic mistake, as she sat back, closed her eyes, and began daydreaming. Not believing in magic, or the magic of the place she was in, she wished for a simpler life, all the while having the garden fountain in the back of her minds eye. Like the other girl, there was a flash, and she suddenly became aware of the stereo sound of running water. Then she realized her perspective had changed, she was now looking at the spot where she had been sitting and it occurred to her that her eyes must be open. Before long it hit her, she was now standing where the statue had been, in the fountain! She was still aware of everything around her, but she couldn't move, speak, or even blink. Like the other girl she could still see, hear, and even feel when, it rained, was sunny, or when birds landed on her. Like the other girl, for a while she counted the days, via sunrises and sunsets, but gave up on that years ago. Now she stands there in the garden, wondering if she will ever be free to move, speak, or do anything of her own free will again. Turned out being a garden statue was not as easy a life as the girls imagined.
