Two girls, far distant from each other loved nature. Visiting the nature gardens always brought them joy. However, both were about to learn you should be careful what you wish for. This girl was visiting a garden, saw the BirdGirl statue and wished her life were so simple, just watching the birds as she fed them, no worries, no cares. When she opened her eyes her perspective had changed, and now she would get to find out what standing in the garden, waiting for the birds, for years, would be like. Needless to say, since she is still aware of everything around her, she will experience a few new sensations. She can see, hear, and even feel when, for example, it rains, or is sunny, or birds land on her feed dishes, and for a while she counted the days, via sunrises and sunsets. Now she stands there, wondering if she will ever be free to move, or speak, or do anything again.
As always I have no claim to any of the images used to build this composite. Should anyone object or be offended, I will be happy to take the image down.
