Here&#039;s the first part of the next Assistants story.  <br /><br />Why is it in two parts?  Simple really.  <br /><br />You see, all of these stories were written for contests at the "Magic Bookshelf" Yahoo Group.  This one was <i>started</i> for the "Song Lyrics" contest.  (Look real carefully to see how I barely qualified (again) for this one.)  The only problem was that I didn&#039;t have it finished come deadline time.  So, rather than not enter, I cut it in half.<br /><br />Anyway, here&#039;s the set-up.  I&#039;ll post the second half later in the week.
