As I said in the comments for "Halloween Showdown", I had intended that it would be a one-time story about Paul and his Assistants.  But, as often happens, I found myself liking the characters so much that I kept coming up with new ideas for them.<br /><br />This is the second of the series, written for a contest with the theme of "No Divisions".  Anyone that reads "stage magic" fiction will know that most of it tends to be about sawing ladies in half (something that doesn&#039;t really appeal to me).  This contest was an attempt to get writers to explore other types of magic.<br /><br />Enjoy
