Before you ask, I don't know the episode. But in the episode, Duck Dodgers was definitely dressed.

I reshaped the body a bit (especially the legs), made the face features more feminine, reshaped bill, erased the clothes, tried to simulate the quality distortion and shading on the black feathers, add small details in grey.
