Here we see Chloe, one of the inhabitants of New DImmsdale, the chaos harvesting colony.

She appears only in one panel in the last page, page 30.

She lives with her "sisters" Tina, Sofia and Timantha, with Curlfinger as their caretaker, in a town all inhabited by alternate versions of Timmy Turner, gathered to harvest chaos (see my comic for explanation)
