Here we see Coach Britney, only appearing in a single panel in page 27.

She's the school P.E. teacher, in a town in which every human being (all females) are alternative versions of Timmy Turner, swapped with a female character from the show and then gathered together. The reality from which they all came got resetted multiple times to make it possible.

Her hair color is midway between blonde and brunette, and changes slightly to blonder tones when exposed to sunshine and generally during the summer, while in winter it tends more to browns.
