Here we see the so called "Big Wanda", only appearing in a single panel in page 27.

She's unusually tall to be a fairy, that's why she's called Big. One of the versions of Wanda present in the town. Since there is no fairy tower in the town, she doesn't have the power to grant wishes, like any other fairy in town. To make herself useful, she teaches at the local school with Prof Mandy and coach Britney. In her spare time she usually hangs out with Trixie, who's her original Timmy, and her friends
