Q: That is not surprising. We know that you are very interested into humans and similar, so a bit of excitement is understandable. I thought it wasn't possible for an azure dragon to blush...
A. Yeah, it's just... nevermind. I feel better now. Good day everyone, my name is Lyra. I'm a young horned dragon or, as we would say, a young hellshard.
Q: So, that is the name that distinguish horned dragons from the other kinds, right? What other kinds there are?
A: Well, there are hellkytes, that have wings, and hellbursts, that can breath fire. We hellshards can perform magic. And then there are the hellcores, they have magic horns, but wings as well. In my dimension they are the ones who rule the dragon race.
Q: Oh, you can perform magic! I was just about to ask how you managed to move the microphone just a minute ago, but this explains it, doesn't it?
Back to you and the etiquette, is there a difference in addressing boys and girls?
A: Well, we don't call ourselves boys and girls, for a start. A female dragon is called Vishap before her puberty, and Vibria when she is an adult. For the male dragons the names are smok for the youngs and Balaur for the adults.
Q: I see. Let's check the first messages from the audience to see if there are any questions. Yes, dragonfannumberone asks: "Could you please describe your appearence more". Wow, this guy is very curious about you it seems. Maybe he likes your voice. Will you satisfy his curiosity, or we will leave everything to imagination?
A: No, I don't mind answering. I'm just about as curios for humans as they are curious for me, it seems. Well, I'm a couple of meters long, from the base of the tail to the shoulders. My scales are a midground between light blue and pale green, very neony color, and my eyes are yellow, fading into orange. My crest, like most of the hellshards, starts behind my cranium and goes down till my shoulders. The crest's scales are soft and long, and alternate their colors from pale blue, to light ivory, and then back to pale blue. My fatemark, curiously enough, matches my name... it's a yellow lyra
Q: Wait a second. A fatemark? You mean the symbols on your haunches are not tattos?
A: Not exactly. We get our fatemark by discovering what we are good at, but it's not important... Every dimension has its own magic rules...
Q: Ok, we'll come back to this later if our audience is interested, Next question was already to be asked, but since we're at it: We humans use various terms to refer to ourselves: humanity, mankind, humans, etc... Do you call yourselves dragonkind or you have other terms for that?
A: I suppose dragonkind could be a general term to refer to us, but we refer to multitudes of us with the term "blazes". The term blaze identifies a dragon, no matter what kind of dragon it is. We frequently use the term blaze instead of body when referring to dragons alone: for example we would say "everyblaze" instead of "everybody", and so and so on. But this is not diffused to all dragon communities in every dimension, it's kinda our thing.
Q: Hmm, very interesting. Just a personal question: our audience can't see it, but I was really wondering why you are siting on the couch in such an unusual way, trasversal to the long side with your back arched to sit straight, just like an human would do? I was kinda expecting to see you resting on the couch with your belly down
A: Well, it's more a matter of habit than anything else. In fact..............
