“I swear it wasn’t me,” Caleb defended himself. “It must’ve been Rodney.” He touched the ends of Tara’s hair which now only made it to her jawline. “I would never…”
“Sneak back into someone else’s house and make a swap while everyone was sleeping?” Rodney gave Caleb a smug expression.
“So you admit you were asleep,” he glared at Rodney then turned back to Opal. “How would I have had the time to cut Tara’s hair in the time Rodney got you and then fallen back to sleep?”
“I was still awake when I swapped,” Rodney lied. “I was in the bathroom practicing hairstyles like Tara was teaching me. That’s plenty of time to quickly cut off a ponytail and then pretend to be asleep.”
“I don’t know who to believe,” Opal looked at the two of them. “But Caleb you breaking in in the middle of the night to make a swap isn’t okay.” Opal yawned, loudly. “We’ll sort this all out in the morning but I’m going back to sleep.” She was surprised this body even needed sleep. “No funny business you two.”
Once Opal was gone Caleb approached Rodney, standing tall and looking down at him. She grabbed him with his arm, squeezing where he knew there was a bruise. He took the glasses off his former head and bent them in half knowing they were already broken. “You better come clean, you little shit otherwise I’m going to make you pay.”
If Rodney had been in his body he wouldn’t have found this display very intimidating but Caleb wasn’t exactly a strong guy and he had no doubt Tara’s body could take him in a fight. He looked up at Tara’s body and felt something stirring in his pants. He had never had a woman tower over him before one that was stronger, despite the threats he was enjoying it.
“What does it matter anyway?” Rodney asked, trying to provoke Caleb further. “She’s still going to get mad at you anyway. Also be careful who you’re threatening. I might be meek now but when I get my body back and you get yours I’m going to make sure you have a matching black eye.”
Caleb threw Rodney to the ground out of anger. “Just get out of here,” he shot back. Not noticing the other man’s smile. What he did notice was the bulge in his crotch as Rodney stood up. “I’m turning you on?” Caleb asked, slightly amused. “And you called me the creep.” He then pulled Rodney up and handed back his broken glasses. Before whispering in his ear. “Maybe if you’re good we can play around with this dynamic later,” he teased as his hands slipped into his former pants. He bit his lip as he would’ve given anything if this was Tara doing this to him in his former body.
“No…” Rodney whispered. “No…” he said more forcefully as he pushed Caleb back. “This is wrong… you’re a guy.” He was trying to convince himself more than anything.
“Not at the moment,” Caleb teased Rodney some more. “Though maybe you’re right, I’m not into guys.” At least Caleb wasn’t attracted to himself, the weak and spineless man he was. Though he did find more pleasure than he thought in tormenting poor Rodney and the fact that Rodney seemed to be into it made him more excited. “Thanks for the fuel,” Caleb said as he entered Tara’s room and shut the door behind him.
Rodney turned back trying to calm his breathing. He felt mortified, guilty and extremely turned on. He also knew whatever Caleb was about to do behind closed doors, Tara would not approve. He wanted to stop Caleb, he wanted to join him. But not knowing which one he’d do if he entered the room and that terrified him the most.
With no other plan in mind, Rodney left the house and made it the two blocks over to where Caleb’s house was. He felt so exhausted he collapsed on Caleb’s bed and fell asleep. He woke up the next morning to Caleb’s phone going off and a message from Opal asking him to contact Zachary and Tara.
Rodney rubbed the sleep from his eyes thinking about what happened last night. He got lucky with using Caleb as a scapegoat though it wouldn’t matter in the long run. He was also now quite scared of the man, now currently a woman. The bruised and beaten body as well as the black eye made Rodney dismiss Caleb as anyone threatening. He wondered what kind of resentment that built up in him and why he was beaten up in the first place. He seemed too eager to be Tara and all too happy now that he was her. Rodney needed to get his body back but first he had to shave his head.
After getting dressed and getting something to eat, Rodney contacted Tara and Zachary to let them know enough of what had happened. That Caleb was now Tara again and the game could resume. He then headed back to the house. He knocked on the door and Caleb answered wearing a sports bra and sweat pants.
“You can’t come in,” Caleb stood there with his hands on his hips. “You’re not needed until your turn so go home.” He had noticed the now shaved head but didn’t care. He had no intention of going back to that body. Rodney didn’t move for a second as he eyed Caleb off. “Am I going to have to call the cops?” He asked with a grin. “Leave!”
Rodney gave Caleb another look and stared at them a little longer. He hated how much he liked this dynamic going on. He also swore to make Caleb pay for this later. “Fine…” Rodney turned around. “This isn’t over…” he muttered as he made the walk back to Caleb’s house wondering what to do for the rest of the day.

Tara was getting frustrated, Zachary had gone out before she even got up and he took the car. She needed to get back home as soon as possible, especially with Caleb in her body. She thought about getting an Uber to get her across town. She opened up Molly’s phone, thankful it had facial recognition and saw that her inbox was full of notifications. She didn’t want to pry into Molly’s life and ignored them for now, hoping there wasn’t anything too important. So she booked an Uber and made a mental note to pay Molly back later.
About thirty minutes later Tara was across town and at her front door. She instinctively reached into Molly’s purse for the key before recalling she didn’t have them. So she knocked on her own door.
“Oh Molly,” her old body stood there smiling at her. She wasn’t too impressed with the outfit it had on and that’s when she noticed her short hair. “We’re not ready to receive guests yet.”
“What did you do to my hair?” Tara screamed. “And this is my house, let me in right now.”
“Hmm, no…” Shook his head. “Like I said we’re not accepting anyone until later tonight. So off you go.” He shut the door on her.
“Opal?!” Tara yelled out. “Opal, get Caleb to let me in.” The door opened again and she saw her body frowning now.
“She’s not going to help you, well she is… but mostly by obeying what I tell her to do,” Caleb informed her. “Like I said, please leave, otherwise I might do something both of us might regret.”
“You will pay for this,” Tara said as she turned around and pulled out Molly’s phone. She looked for the number that called her earlier and decided to meet up with Rodney.
