Jasmine Green is believed to be a hybrid* between a Human Magic User (HMU) and a Succubus. She appears to only have a human form ruling out her being a succubus but the way she hunts her victims is similar.



She is known to stalk beaches, Malls, Cafes and Campuses for male victims in their late teens to mid twenties. She often wears revealing clothing to allow her to better seduce her victims. Unlike other HMUs she doesn’t always decide her victim, instead any male that is aroused by her actions becomes a target. She can encourage this through flirtation or provocative action in their vicinity. Once a victim has become aroused they cannot get her out of their head. If the climax while thinking of her Jasmine will appear at their front door.



If her target isn’t the person to open the door, the person who does will be transformed into an animal or item offering an excuse for Jasmine to be at the door. She will also take over the house of a neighbor, transforming the occupants to be closer to the target. This makes a single case multiply into many victims quickly.



Jasmine requires an active invitation by the target to enter their residence (while this trait is common with vampires it applies to demons as well). She will be flirty with their target until the point of physical intimacy. Once that point has been reached there’s no hope for her target, they become hers.



Once Jasmine begins dating her target she will become extremely jealous, transforming any woman their target interacts with. She’ll also test their commitment to their relationship by making them choose between her and work or other important events. She’ll systematically alienate her target from their friends and family, either through transforming them or their target falling out with them.



Once Jasmine has had her fun with her target she’ll transform them, usually into something sexual. This will depend on how the relationship ended. If it ends on bad terms, they’ll become a sex doll or something similar. If they can no longer provide for her, she’ll usually turn them into a dildo to add to her collection. Sometimes she’ll just want to be friends, in which case the target will be turned into a woman. While the last one seems the most ideal, she will set up situations for her new boyfriend to meet her new female friends, causing her to transform them.



Jasmine has also been known to have multiple targets at once. When she does this at the end of the week she’ll have them compete for her affection, refusal or losing ends up leading to a negative transformation.



By the time Jasmine is done with her target, there could be upwards of thirty or more additional victims. Fortunately she only actively seeks a new target once or twice a year and the ones she doesn’t seek out don’t last too long.



Action Plan:

Identify any potential targets, note their social circle. Do not warn any potential victim, this is a breach of the MUA. Avoid detection, Jasmine is unaware of the Bureau and given her behavior if it was to be discovered the outcome will likely be bad.
