Samantha Black is human in appearance though can alter the fabric of reality so has been classified as Humanoid Magic User. She often appears in her early twenties, usually with like Blonde Hair, Pale skin, petite, and 5’2” and is said to give off a plain jane vibe. It’s believed that this is her original appearance as she uses it so often. The earliest known appearance of Samantha goes back over 500 years.

Samantha sees humans as boring creatures and things to toy with. That being said, she doesn’t kill usually and when she does it’s not for long. She’ll bring her victims back in a new form or keep their souls in storage for later use. Her go to transformations are usually something inanimate or animals. She also has a tendency to remove the genitalia of men for the smallest of reasons. A previous agent asked her about this preference and she did not take it well (see Incident Report: 1-992 and Case File 0000000902).

Samana knows about the Bureau of Transformation Victim Support and describes the organization as ‘cute’. She’s usually cooperative to any active investigations, she will inform the bureau of any missing persons she’s responsible for and those she isn’t. She has even handed over some victims for ‘rehoming’. Agents should still take care when interviewing her though.

Action Plan:
Samantha Black is best to be avoided outside the monthly victim update interview. New agents are to be sent every time she is interviewed (upon her request). Female agents are not to interact with Samantha (upon her request).  Agents should never ask or speculate why Samantha takes men’s genitals. Men should never be aroused by Samantha at any time.
