Jean stirred in her sleep, scratching her belly out of instinct. Her body was reacting as the skin shifted and changed. A small growth started just above her belly button. It began the size of a pimple but instead of being red, it had a tanned tone to it. It grew outwards, into a point, slanting the skin above it. Two cavities opened on the straight part of the point. Jean had grown a new nose, though it didn't match the pale, freckled skin around it.

Her belly button twitched as she scratched her new nose. The navel begun to stretch sideways, and grew deeper. Two lines of soft and different toned flesh grew above and below the navel, forming into soft lips. The cavity of the navel, began to grow a tongue, teeth and uvula. Within a few seconds, Jean's belly button was gone, replaced with a mouth.

"That feel's nice, just a little higher." The mouth said as Jean continued to scratch the nose.

Jean woke, as she heard the familiar voice speak. Her pajama top was partially lifted up as her hands were resting on her belly, one was scratching the nose, while the other was caressing the lips.

She looked down as the nose and mouth and smiled. "Morning Penny," she bent over to kiss the mouth.

"Happy birthday!" Penny said as Jean pulled back from her kiss.

"Thank you," Jean smiled as she sat up and continued to watch her belly change.

Two tufts of sandy brown hair grew at the top of Penny's nose, as a couple of slits formed in her skin. The skin began to change to match Penny's tone of skin, taking up a decent oval shape on Jean's body. Eye lashes grew at the top of the slits as Penny's eyes finally formed.

"Now, I can see you," Penny smiled as her checks finished forming. Jean lent in for another kiss.

"What a lovely thing to wake up to," Jean smiled. "So how long are you going to stay like that?" Jean asked out of curiosity.

"Probably for the rest of the day, then we can change into something else in the evening," Penny stated, as she thought of the possibilities for the evening. She hadn't decided on anything yet but she had all day to figure it out.

"Can't wait," Jean was excited about the prospects as well but for now she had to carry on with the rest of her day. "I'm going to get changed now, I'll grab something that'll let me show you off."
