Guner wrapped his blankets around tightly as he didn’t want to get out of bed. He was comfortable and had the best sleep in ages. He was happy just to lay in bed, which felt more comfortable than usual and sleep all day. He closed his eyes and felt his heartbeat and he breathed in and out in a different rhythm than usual.
“Brenda!” a strange lady opened the door and yelled at him. “Come on, we’re waiting for you!” She informed him as her walked down the hall.
Suddenly Guner felt a huge weight on his chest as a large german shepherd jumped on top of him and began to like his face. Guner was confused, he didn’t have a dog and he didn’t know who that lady was, but he had recognised the name Brenda.
“Will you get off!” Guner said in a strange voice as he sat up and pushed the dog off the bed. He noticed a strange weight shift in his chest when he sat up and his head felt heavy as he saw strands of blonde hair in the corner of his eye. He wiped the slobber off his face but then noticed small petite hands that weren’t his own.
“Brenda, today!” The woman called out once more.
Guner had a sick feeling in the pit of his stomach as he looked around the room, which wasn’t his own. He spotted his reflection in the vanity mirror and saw a face that wasn’t his own but it was one he recognised. He was Brenda Jenkins, a star student in the drama department and someone he was extremely jealous of. The jealousy didn’t come from her wealth or friends or grades or anything but more so how she looked. He had always wanted to look like her, even though she was a girl and he was a boy. He could never say why he felt that way and he hated himself for it. The strange thing was outside her, he never had a desire to be a girl, he just wanted to be her and now he got what he asked for and was now freaking out.
Guner threw off the covers and crawled down to the end of the bed. His new found breasts hang loosely from his chest and he could now partially see them through his pink nightgown. He sat up causing them to move again and brushed the hair from his face as he stared at the reflection in the mirror.
“I can’t be her,” Guner protested as he touched his face with his hands. “This is a dream, it isn’t real.” He started to pat down his body but stopped at the breasts and gave them a squeeze. He couldn’t take his hands away from them as he continued feeling his new assets.
“Brenda! I swear to god if you don’t come down right this second I’m throwing a bucket of water on your face!” The woman threatened.
Guner relaxed his hands as he stood up off the bed and looked down at his cute feet, his hands then moved to feel his stomach, thighs and ass before he patted down his flat crotch, in doing so he discovered he was wearing underwear down there at least.
“Coming….” Guner yelled, “Mum…?”
It was more a question to himself than anything as he walk to the door and then looked down the hallway. There were 5 other doors in the hallway as well as a staircase, he walked over to the stairs, and headed down them. He then searched downstairs of the house for a moment until he found the lady from before and a younger boy waiting in the living room.
“What’s wrong?” the woman asked. “Did you get lost?” she chuckled. “Okay now that you’re both up I guess we can start unwrapping the presents.
The woman grabbed the first gift off the pile of presents. “To Damien from Lisa,” she read as she passed the boy the gift. He looked puzzled for a moment and opened it slowly revealing a yearbook. “Ah I’m sure that’ll come in handy,” the woman said.
“Okay, this one is also from Lisa and is also for Damien,” the woman said as she passed him another gift. This time it was a rulebook on soccer. “Another practical gift and one to be mindful of,” the woman said as she passed him yet another gift from Lisa. This one was a photo of him and his friends covered in mud on a sporting field. “Remember those faces.”
Guner watched as Damien kept getting gifts all from Lisa and all seeming to be random stuff about his life, he was wondering what was going on when he heard his name being said, not Brenda but his actual name.
“What?” He asked the woman as she handed him a gift.
“I said, two Brenda from Guner,” she said as she handed the gift over.
Guner looked down confused, he didn’t buy Brenda a gift, he didn’t even know where she lived or what her family looked like. He cautiously opened the gift and saw that it contained makeup and hair tutorial videos.
The next gift he received was a script for the school play the wasn’t even out yet, some of the lines had even been highlighted and had notes.
The following gift he received was a diary, also already filled with entries left in the same handwriting as the notes on the script.
“What’s going on here?” Guner asked. “Did Brenda….?” he began to ask when the lady gave him a nasty glare and Damien looked at him frightfully.
“You’re Brenda,” the lady said with a fake, friendly tone. “Your gifts were from your classmate Guner, isn’t he such a wonderful ‘boy’, thinking of you liked that?” She asked before she turned her attention to Damien. “And you Damien, wasn’t Lisa thoughtful in giving you all these helpful gifts?”
Guner didn’t know what to say but Damien, or Lisa; Guner figured, gave the lady a scared smile. “Oh yes very thoughtful,” he said. “I’ll be sure to thank her next time I see her.”
The lady walked over to Damien so fast, Guner barely saw it. She grabbed Damien by the chin and forced him to look up at her. “While these gifts are thoughtful Damien….” she warned as she gritted her teeth. “You are not to speak to Lisa, she expressly told me that she does not want any contact with you, is that understood?” She released Damien’s chin.
“Yes… mum….” Damien said as he sat down and began to cry.
The lady then turned to Guner. “That goes the same for you young lady. Outside any school work you are not to speak to Guner,” she raised her eyebrow at him. “Is that understood?”
“Yes…’ Guner said not wanting to challenge the lady.
“Good, now I hope you both have a lovely Christmas,” she said with the fake, pleasant tone.
