Part 12
Mum then pushed us into the ball pit and immediately we hit 3 problems 1 we still couldn't stand or walk so we had to crawl everywhere, 2 the poofy dresses we were wearing made it very difficult to crawl through the ball pit and 3 Mum had tied our baby rein leashes together so we couldn't even move more then a few inches apart. Well this changed the game completely, we went from a slim chance of finding the ball to practically no chance in the space of a few seconds. Despite all this we still started crawling through the ball pit to find the ever allusive pink ball. Communication was a huge problem between us seeing as we couldn't talk, every time one of us went in a different direction to search we were stopped and yanked back together again. Mum and Lauren were in fits of giggles at our clumsy attempt to find the ball, while Dad had been assigned camera duty and was clicking away with a smile on his face.
"Come on Dollies" said Lauren still giggling "There's only 10 minutes left"
At the rate we were going we would need 10 years not 10 minutes. We were flinging balls everywhere but there was no pink ball and sure enough we eventually ran out of time.
"Awwww dear" said Lauren with a look of false concern "Dollies didn't find the ball that means that they have to be punished"
Mum then came and lifted us out of the ball pen, while Lauren reached into her seemingly bottomless bag and pulled out two sets of baby mittens. One pink and one blue, she then securely tied them onto our hands, these weren't ordinary mittens though they were thickly padded which made my fingers practically useless. This didn't bode well for any future games, Amy in particular didn't like her new blue mittens judging by how much she was trying to shake them off.
"Doesn't Dolly like her new mittens" said Lauren while patting Amy on the head "The other Dolly isn't complaining"
It's not like I wasn't complaining, I just knew it would take more then shaking to get them off.
"Alright enough complaining off to the next game" said Lauren pulling on our still tied together baby reins.
We eventually managed to crawl to the next area, although we were more dragged there based on the pace Lauren was pulling. We had arrived at what looked to be a giant maze, except it was made out of plastic instead of hedges. Weirdly Amy was still struggling with her mittens, I guess she really didn't like them.
"Okay Dollies here's the rules" said Lauren untying our baby reins from each other" We put you both at the entrance and then all you have to do is find the exit it couldn't be more simple except for the fact that you have to get there in 10 minutes"
I didn't like the sound of that, we had 15 minutes last time and we couldn't win and now we were only getting 10 minutes.
"Oh I almost forgot" said Lauren reaching into what was becoming my most hated bag in the world "We need to make sure we can find you in case you get lost"
Lauren then produced a bag of balloons and started to blow up a group of them. Once she blew up 5 of them she tied a string around the base of them and then tied the string to the back of my dress. Now where ever I crawled to there would be a giant balloon beacon floating above me. Amy was soon sporting a new balloon beacon as well and then Mum and Lauren had a good giggle while Dad took a photo of our us with our new accessory.
"Okay Dollies it's time to let the game begin" said Lauren breaking into laughter at watching us crawl over to the entrance.
Apparently Lauren had tied the balloons a lot lower on my dress and they were lifting it up revealing my panties and diapers. I immediately tried to pull my dress back down, but with my now useless hands it was impossible. All I succeeded in doing was making Lauren and Mum laugh harder, even Dad let out a small laugh. Reluctantly I gave up trying to stop the dress from rising and proceeded to crawl over to the entrance.
"Okay Dollies what will it be this time reward or punishment" said Lauren reaching for the stopwatch again "Your time begins Now"
Amy and I slowly pushed the entrance door open hoping that this time we would be more successful"
