"Pleased?" The tall doctor said at his client, a Mr. Dobson. Mr. Dobson smiled, but did not face the doctor.

"I couldn't be happier." He said. "This body is everything I want. So light and feminine. I wonder when I'm given the clear for 'full duty'."

"Full duty? What, what do you mean by that?"

"Don't be dense, doctor. You know what I mean."

At that, the doctor smiled a small, dark smile.

"You were the moment you woke up. That black ribbon around your neck, it is merely there to hide the bandage. With my procedure, the muscle and bone heal rapidly, but with skin, I'm not sure why it takes more time."

"Oh, oh good!" Mr. Dobson said with a grin. "In that case I'd like to thank you more personally for all you've done for me. Why don't do we the opposite of the surgery, you lay on the table and I do all the hard work?"
